    @JohnCooper633 are you with Plusnet? My internet went down tonight at about 10.30pm..not great as I'm on nightshift. Using my 4G just now to get through the last hour of it.

    @Plusnet major pains in Berkshire with whole estate with on / off broadband for 7 days now - plusnet, talk talk, bt, sky. Same response “it must be the router” - not with approx 100 households having the same problem it isn’t!! Get open reach to sort it!! RG109TS

    @Plusnet customer services has gone right down the pan! Ridiculous time on hold & gave up in the end. After a year, Covid is NOT an acceptable excuse! #plusnet

    @bt_uk We are Plusnet customers - the problem is due to the BT exchange and Sky, Talk Talk, BT, Plusnet customers are all reporting the same issues so how come BT aren’t owning up to a major issue in our area. This has been like this for a week.

    @DavidGArnold @bt_uk Funny how I’ve had problems with not only BT themselves in the past but also Openreach and Plusnet (both BT companies)?! TalkTalk also come under the BT umbrella so have avoided them like the plague! And everyone else’s (bar Virgin) come over the BT network! #monopolyanyone
