@EE EE is the best network for reception, but if you aren't fussed about wi-fi calling you might as well pay Plusnet for the same service, starting at £6 a month. You'll get free roaming too.

  • CarlNewby1 Carl Newby (@CarlNewby1) reported

@Plusnet avoid this company at all costs. Suspended my service after long period in hospital unable to take calls or emails. Offered to pay in full which was refused as I was three hours late. Appalling customer service. No understanding flexibility or sympathy.

@Plusnet I’ve messaged now, thanks. Aside from it not being mentioned (not in itself an issue, easily missed), any comment on why this is being added as an extra charge? I was mid-contract before, and given it was either £65 to move house or over £200 to leave early, it’s just greed

  • HarmanKler Harman Kler (@HarmanKler) reported

@insurgent2047 @Plusnet That's so annoying. To be fair mine has been fixed and they said there was an issue and were going to send an engineer. But somehow it's fixed. The customer service is great

  • emmakirton Emma Kirton (@emmakirton) reported

@Plusnet Your customer service email pls? Today you informed you had to cancel my residential order as you couldn’t fulfil it, I asked for an email confirming cancellation & you send me a generic one saying sorry I had to cancel! I didn’t cancel - you did! Please send a corrected email

  • Rhod45560044 Rodduz (@Rhod45560044) reported

@Plusnet why does my router restart almost every single day without fail. Just sitting there and it'll restart and go through the red flashing then turn blue again. Really annoying!

  • marionste Marion Steggles (@marionste) reported

@Plusnet No this issue hasn't been resolved. It went down Saturday and it's just gone down again. Luckily I have back up facilities

  • littlekimmy Kimmy Mac (@littlekimmy) reported

@Plusnet please can you give me an email address to send a complaint to?

  • roiontech Roi Perez (@roiontech) reported

@mikejjennings the broadband options in my area are basically BT-types (Plusnet, EE) or Virgin... and the speeds are crap. I've been thinking about moving to Virgin but honestly I've only ever seen tweets like yours. You never see someone saying "Virgin are the best" haha

  • AngelaT50 Angela Thompson 💙 (@AngelaT50) reported

@Plusnet just had very good customer experience with Plusnet. I generally find their sales, Comms and technical team members are very good. Hence why we have been loyal customers for over 15 years. Great to be able to acknowledge that in this day and age!
