@Plusnet l have switched to Plusnet because of their customer services. We were supposed to be connected yesterday but haven't. They have not contacted us. We can't contact them the number that they advertise 08004320200 gives a reply that the number doesn't work.

Sorry we didn’t live stream today on Instagram. We spent 13 hours at the new HQ waiting for an engineer that @Plusnet promised that never came. Don’t worry, they’re going to apparently charge US a rebooking fee for their failings as a company! #CustomerService

Literally just joined @Plusnet mobile for three contracts and already thinking was this a bad idea? Contracts started before SIM cards arrived, unable to set up one of the accounts to manage it....

@Plusnet Genuine question. What is the point in having a contract, when line rental and broadband will now increase every March with inflation irrespective of contractual price? Energy companies are taking the mick but at least fixed is fixed - shoddy way to treat customers

@TimMungeam @virginmedia @Plusnet the email that comes with it isn't much good, but otherwise, reliable connection, good customer service when I have had to contact them

@Plusnet My original private message to you was at 12:07pm. I have not had any response as of 8pm when your line closed. I am still needing help with the product I've bought from you.

Having a stressful change over of Internet package with @Plusnet Router only arrived in the post 2 hours before the engineer visit, and I’m still being charged line rental despite them terminating my phone service as agreed! Beginning to wish I’d never started this! 😡

@Plusnet any chance someone can respond to my complaint made on 22nd August? Your code of conduct states 5 working days…

From @Plusnet “Thanks ever so much for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay…….I understand how frustrating it can be when when you've been waiting for so long for that series starring Zach Braff to be released.” Just fix the broken line! Perhaps the most moronic reply ever.
