Anyone else in Milton Keynes area having massive problems with @Plusnet broadband this morning? I'm a week into using their service and right now I'm getting less than 10Mbps - dipping as low as 1.5Mbps 😩 - when I'm paying for 35-45Mbps. Not happy.

@andrewmk Yeah... I have to say though, so far the @Plusnet support staff are the nicest I've dealt with, so that's something. But in an ideal world of ICT, you'd never actually have to speak to them!

I really do not understand @bt_uk; their Fibre 2 package is £33/month for new customers but an eye watering £58/month for existing customers. So I’ve become a new customer at @Plusnet instead.

@Plusnet Internet connection has very high latency (over 200ms on various speed tests) and much slower speeds than normal. This has happened today and Tuesday. I’ve reset all my devices and the issue persists.

@Plusnet Can someone please activate my SIM as agreed in DMs. I am disabled and have been left without a network all day! I’ve already been made to jump hoops and hurdles. This is getting ridiculous how hard you make it for disabled customers. Too many barriers!

@Plusnet Maybe it's just me then. I've called your support line once since switching to you last week; it briefly improved but now is worse. 9am video call was a disaster, connection-wise, smart TV keeps dropping out... Haven't had such issues in 20 years of broadband at this address 😟

@Plusnet my internet is hardly working, it is so slow it can hardly load the speed test page and when it does it’s saying download speed 1.5 mbps. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I start work in an hour and can hardly load my systems. Thanks

@Plusnet another disconnect despite your tech team saying it has been sorted out. Apparently one or two a day is acceptable. No it isnt it!!! I am so done with your service. How do I say enough is enough and move to another provider without a penalty?
