    @GeekNamedMike We recently had my own issues with Plusnet, after our speeds randomly plummeted despite no detectable faults. However, after splitting the bands per their advice, and connecting my device to the 5Ghz band, our speeds returned.

    Thank you @plusnet for ‘raising a ticket’ and ‘escalating’ for the fourth time. All I want is a connection date, not a call back, not a ticket raised, no escalation, just a Wi-fi connection..... can you please help?

    @Plusnet Hi. Just wanted to let you know I’ve been trying to set up my router with the username that’s shown in my member centre for two hours and it turns out it’s wrong. On the website it’s free-online but phone support says it’s freeonline. Usernames don’t have hyphens in them

    @_gracelatter @Plusnet I would say Vodafone, never had a problem with them whatsoever. But I’m pretty sure that if they increase it by that much you can cancel your contract without a cancellation fee.
