@Plusnet couldn’t wait to move my Fibre Broadband back to you - I used to be with you years ago with no issues! but what a disappointment.... slow, unreliable and actually worst than my previous one!

Hey @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach, I've been waiting 1mo for an appt today (rescheduled by you from 22nd) and your engineer or support didn't call to say it was cancelled. I've been waiting in all day and still no internet. Without it I can't work or study from home. Cc @Plusnet

@Maverick177uk @ricktaylor1987 Plusnet great , avoid Sky wish I’d never moved to them from plusnet.

  • BogBrush_ Dog (@BogBrush_) reported

@ShippersUnbound @LutineBelle @virginmedia I’m with Plusnet too. When the router they provided didn’t reach all corners of my house they sent a cheque so I could buy a better one. Couldn’t recommend enough. Was with virgin previously and the customer service standards are worlds apart.

  • adam2102 Adam (@adam2102) reported

@plusnethelp my parents are currently with plusnet broadband and have upgraded to fibre with plusnet (activation date 11th January). The router has already arrived and my parents will need my help setting up the router. Am I able to set up the router ahead of activation day?(1/2)

  • LutineBelle Lutine Belle (@LutineBelle) reported

@ShippersUnbound @virginmedia I don’t know if this is helpful to you, Tim, as I don’t know where you live and what media package(s) you have, but our internet service and landline provider for many years has been John Lewis, who use PlusNet to deliver the services, and we have had no cause for complaints.
