    @Plusnet I was attending an important online meeting. Broadband is down suddenly.... what is happening? Tried calling plusnet. Not connecting... very bad service

    @Plusnet @TalkTalk @TheMossadIL Plusnet is daylight robbery for one day of their substandard internet service that left two computers damaged, a router nearly bricked and incurred £180 bill for 1 days of connection as they informed incorrectly the cancellation clause!

    @Plusnet Since last contact the internet dropped 6 more times. Today broadband speed is very slow, struggling to even login to Plusnet to report follow-up! Suspect weather related issue on line somewhere or at some exchange. My router & filters fine & line is crackle-free.

    @Plusnet acc 78082711 moved from EE Friday been without Mobile service since because I hadn’t received my Plusnet SIM but glad to say it has arrived this afternoon and I’m now up and running again.

    @Plusnet Thanks. I tried again this morning and only had to wait a couple of hours for an engineer to call back. Fault found, so now down to OpenReach.

    @Plusnet Hi Matthew, someone must have tweaked/fixed something on the line or at your end as d/l speeds are back to around 10 Mbps. No dropped connections yet but will monitor for next 48 hours and if gets worse again I'll update the Help Assistant question #219249945.

    @Plusnet award winning customer service? Waited in for installation 19 October no show STILL not got a date!! Paid my money now deafening silence. Maybe I should stay with current provider this lot are beyond useless phone calls get cut off!
