@Plusnet We have not used our phone line or broadband since leaving our unit in July. Our new storage premises do not have any phone line connection so can you advise how much you will charge me to cancel the agreement

  • scott161 ⚒ Sir IronLion ⚒ (@scott161) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet BT came round twice to the house and pointed the finger at internal wiring. Finally traced it to a line fault at the box down the road. I’m sure they would have tried to blame that on me too.

  • AndyLawrence Andy Lawrence-Levy (@AndyLawrence) reported

@OpenreachHelp They say they can’t reach you @Plusnet Please can you help I can’t not work for 10 days

@Sarah_Hants I have been with Plusnet for the past few years. The cost is reasonable and I’ve not had any major problems. I’ve always been able to contact them when needed

Is Plusnet down or is it just my machine???

  • nhh322000 happy:0) (@nhh322000) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet Same ours was too, but the thing I brought connects to something else, its not an ideal solution as vodafone investigate, but at least it plugs the gap so we are not without internet during 1-4am

  • imkSushi imkSushi (@imkSushi) reported

@pipmadeley @Plusnet I have a very similar issue at home (we're with BT): At roughly 00:48 every night, the internet drops out for a few minutes. So it might be something beyond PlusNet (my guess is that there's something crucial somewhere that restarts in the middle of the night every night)
