@Plusnet after numerous issues not being able to connect calls we have worked out the problem, your crappy network just cuts off the call if the phone is engaged, what a load of rubbish.

@Plusnet @YorkshireTea Youve taken over our broadband but we have no equipment which leaves us with no hot water or heating and I think 5 days to respond is really unacceptable, I have tried ringing but don’t have relevant account details as I’m on holiday so can’t pass security. Will tea help!!!!

@Plusnet my broadband has been down in the South West since Wednesday 00:30. I've had an engineer call to say it was a major incident in the morning. No update or service since. No mention of it on your status page. Terrible transparency of your service status.
