@jwripple @Plusnet Whole day on phone listening to robot alternatives - press 1 if you want boredom, press 2 if you want canned music… get to end & line cuts off due to problem you were calling about - apparently know learn it's called being 'slammed' someone trying to take over your digital ID

@MartinSLewis another case of loyal customers not being treated the same as new. Tried to switch my Plusnet mobile contract to take advantage of the £30 gift card offer only to be told as an existing customer I was not eligible.
