@plusnethelp You sent me an email saying "Your Plusnet Protect service has been cancelled" and "If you still have the Plusnet Protect software installed on your PC, you should now uninstall it." What is Plusnet Protect? How would I know if I had it? Wouldn't YOU know? I don't!

@Plusnet so my broadband is out for the 2nd time today. Go to support pages, says you are open until 10pm, phone up and lines say you closed at 8pm. Live chat also not available all day. Not great :(

Our connecting isn't set up yet (thanks to the terrible process @OpenreachHelp force you to go through when moving house), but @Plusnet have been really helpful and responsive when I've spoken to them (which had been a lot!)

@GStebson @Ian_urRu @Plusnet They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.
