    @SteveDoggett5 @AverteFacium @ScottAnd67 60 years old now, and I live alone. I was abandoned until Customer Service at Plusnet checked my UC journal in March to confirm I had my UC payments reinstated. UC payments of £170 for 2 weeks was and is my only income.

    @Plusnet how do I cancel my Plusnet BB and phone account? Can you just supply a direct links to the cancel my account page please? I’ve logged in and tried but it just goes round in circles and I’m not wasting time on the phone.

    @Plusnet Plusnet you have failed to reply to my complaints sent you by PM on the 1st October. Your customer service has now become very poor and as a result ,when my contract expires , I will move to another supplier after over 10 years with you

    A whole week without internet access over broadband, second engineer visit arranged even though we know the issue & outage is not on my property but in the network 🙄 You’d never beleive it’s 2025 would you, what a shambles this country is @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk
