@Plusnet I simply want to change my visible hostname so it doesn't show my real name to the world, this is an obvious safety and security concern. But the plusnet systems do not allow for this! The only option is to cancel my account and open a new one with a different name. Mad!

@Plusnet I am a new customer and switched to you - and fiber broadband - to get a better connection. Overall really good, but the broadband connection drops for 15-20 seconds every time it rains. What is this and how can it be fixed? The rainy season is upon us!

@Plusnet I'm afraid that doesn't help problem is that outlook won't let me enter my plusnet username. it assumes my username is my email address

@Plusnet I'm an existing broadband customer at the end of my contract. I live in a row of 4 terraced houses. 2 of the houses in my row and all of the surrounding houses in my street seem to be able to access a range of packages with much higher speeds than me? What gives?
