    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    @Plusnet Yes, I can see it's connected now. Unfortunately although my devices now appear to connect to the hub, I'm kept being asked to sign in and I can't connect to the internet! Who can resolve this please?

    @Plusnet Its because the routers are rubbish ...I have to turn it off and back on every other day sp an engineer won't help cos like last time he will just say its the routers there not good enough

    It is the year 20121 and @Plusnet can't send me an engineer for 11 days! ELEVEN DAYS!!!! I can't even get a mobile signal indoors so no Internet for that amount of time is a nightmare. Buyer beware!!!! @plusnethelp

    @plusnet @plusnethelp My mum is having real issues with her broadband today. She hasn't had a connection for over 2 hours and has tried restarting etc. Is there any known issues in the Aberdeen area?
