6 weeks after trying to organize a home move: 10 calls to @Plusnet, 3 no-show @WeAreOpenreach appointments, £65 spent on mobile data and wifi hotspots, no compensation offered. 8 years as a customer written off. @virginmedia shut up and take my money!

@Plusnet the quality of our internet connection is awful. Our TV streaming such as Now TV, Netflix are constantly buffering/cutting out. Its been a repeat problem since we joined plus net last year. We have done all trouble shooting as suggested and it's still an occuring issue.

@Plusnet You should be ashamed of how bad a company you are. I'm receiving bill demands from you saying you are forwarding my details to a debt collection agency for an unpaid bill, despite your advisors giving verbal communication I don't have any outstanding bills. 1/2

Oh, and every time I bring this issue up I get no response lately. All I'm asking for is the plusnet site to NOT be restricted when a payment is late. It's counter-productive and pointless.

Other March channel changes: BT & subsidiary Plusnet have pulled Crime+Investigation, Sky History and Sky History 2 from their legacy TV packages. (BT TV viewers with the 'new' Now TV-based service can continue to watch Sky History.)
