@Barclaycard Hi, is there a 'real' number and not a shortcode, like 60146, that can be used to reply to automated transaction checks? Some mobile networks (e.g. plusnet) don’t support sending replies to them so I have no way to confirm if something is genuine or not.

@Plusnet what’s going on? We’ve had no internet for 5 days now and can’t process card payments. You said it would be sorted by midnight last night and we’re still without internet. All of the support numbers on your site are not recognised by the operator…. What a shambles

@MarketBlondes Ah. So I use plusnet and they have been reliable on service and price generally. I will switch to gnet soon as they are installing fibre to the home spoon, much faster

@Plusnet Would you be able to sort something out for me. I have problems paying bills and BT Home Essentials offer what you are offering me but for £20.00 a month. I recently lost my father and we were halving all bills but since he has gone I am paying all of it and I'm on brink

@Plusnet Your service has been impeccable and cost competitive BUT why send an email suggesting a huge increase and then suggest I call to barter? Why not build customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining a competitive price, which you seem to offer new customers. Madness.
