@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

Shame on @plusnethelp @Plusnet A friend of mine recently signed up and has been left without internet access. Promised engineer has not materialised. She relies on support from family via virtual access and now so near to Christmas, will be left isolated.

@plusnethelp #randomservice openreach (not plusnet) contacted us about a 6hr break in service. 5 days later service is restored. Over that period data charges, no connectivity, no remote work. Plusnet no answer. Still waiting for customer service to at least apologise.

@Plusnet Now told on the phone there is a fault on the line and it will take till tuesday evening to fix as Open Reach dont work at the weekend. This means unable to work from home during COVID

So after 1 hour and half, still noone knows what the issue is. Told that it's been raised to supply team to try and figure out, despite being told the same two days ago... Still though, @Plusnet have done 'nothing wrong'
