@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

If you have award-winning customer service, @Plusnet, would you mind explaining why you've cancelled my 94-year-old grandmother's broadband with no notice? Surely even your monthly rolling contract requires notice of termination?

@MartinSLewis Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease could you help me. I’ve been without my Plusnet landline & broadband since 27/7/22 when I reported a fault. They told me it would be repaired 22/8/22. It wasn’t! They told me this morning it would be today. It wasn’t! What can I do??

I feel like an idiot. After recommending @Plusnet to a friend today, I immediately lost my broadband connection for almost an hour tonight - AFTER closing hours, of course. 🙄
