    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    Sack Virgin Media off having not getting 4G for nearly a month. Switch to @Plusnet and guess what…4G!! Virgin are awful at EVERYTHING

    @Plusnet why have I had trouble trying to speak to customer service for the past few days not impressed bill price increased no notification can not even get hold of anyone

    @plusnet 24 hours so far with calls to 3 of our mobiles going straight to voicemail. No courtesy text to let us know the service is down. Not a great start 1 month in. Will seriously have to consider whether we remain with you.

    This is now a complete joke! I signed up to Plusnet Broadband on 20th April still waiting for it to be connected! Openreach tell us Plusnet need to push there end. Every few days Plusnet tell me Openreach are saying wait another 24hrs! What is the problem? Unhappy customer!!

    @Plusnet £8.40 is TINY compensation for the damage you've caused & for the hours I've lost at work. Your advisor said it would be fixed in 24hrs, 72hrs later & we're still waiting. This is unacceptable. You need to fix the issue asap OR compensate us properly for hrs lost & stress caused

    @Plusnet I have no signal or mobile data on my phone. It keeps telling me to ring customer services but I can't as I have no signal. It's been like this since yesterday afternoon.
