@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

Service sector fails in the #UK. Today, I upgraded my #broadband and they are coming to install on 16th December from @Plusnet . It’s more than a month!! It shouldn’t be so difficult to employ more people but they prefer cutting the costs and don’t care about the service

@Plusnet I'm sitting waiting for an SMS from @sainsburys in order to log in to their website. There's a signal, just, but nothing is coming through. What am I supposed to do now?

@AnnPawley @Screwfix It's Plusnet that's the problem. Turn off your router for an hour then turn back on so it gives you a new IP address. Plusnet has a habit of given foreign IPs which get geoblocked by screwfix's website. Mine just did the same when I switched power off. It's a pain.
