@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

.@Plusnet Do the engineers ever show up? Second time nobody has arrived and nobody has the decency to call us. Total waste of time. WE have to call YOU in order to find out what's going on and nobody at customer service has asnwers. Do you and OpenReach speak to each other? 🙃

Just been on the phone to @Plusnet about a broadband issue and while I was following your agents instructions to fix it (neither of us were talking) I heard one of your staff in the background say “if you could kill one Tory MP, who would it be?”. Disgusted beyond belief.

@Plusnet Don't you worry. You were happy to fob me off to the Ombudsman knowing the way you treated me was crappy and the compensation was insulting so I'm sure they'll deal with the situation as effectively as possible. Your customer service is: mess up then apologise. Rinse. Repeat.

Not sure what to think now about changing to @Plusnet no internet all day, no 1 answers phone calls, no1 answers on here. I work from home, no holidays left, so tomorrow will lose pay if I don’t log on. The money saved in the year will be lost on the 2nd day.Shocking service

Back to @Plusnet where we were told that there wasn't a block on the line. So reassured that there was no issue at plusnet's end, and with no deal from @VodafoneUK we decided to go with @ShellEnergyHome, again good deal and this time with an Amazon voucher attached. Great! 5/?

Poor show from @Plusnet overall - why not tell customers about this strike action that is clearly going to affect lots of new and existing customers?
