    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    @Plusnet hi there I pay for 70m download, speed test says I am getting 16,slower than my mobile network I have data.

    Ive got a small problem with my router, phoned plusnet got straight through, all sorted, amazing service, ive just phoned my doctor for repeat prescription, call number 34. Couldnt make it up. Pathetic

    @Alexis_Bushnell Do you know what type of fibre connection you have? Sky currently throttle their speeds, so people with the potential for 900mbps get a max 250mbps. More providers such as Sky, Plusnet, etc run off the Openreach (BT) network. Best to do a service check on Openreach’s website.
