@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

@STEcopywriting We’ve been happy with PlusNet since ditching virgin. Have had a few disruptions but never lasted long. Can save money by signing up to prepaid landline but watch out for the 18 month period.

@Plusnet Not entirely a resolution then, this AM not so good, difficulty with video call from 25ft (clear sight) from the router. Caller from a similar sized house I recently visited where a good signal can be had anywhere in their home. Maybe that’s telling me something!

@Plusnet Can you tell if the password has been changed? I’ve managed to talk her though router settings to ensure password is correct. Still no connection and I can’t login to Plusnet website either. Maybe it’s just easier to reset the password myself
