@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

@AfroChuck87 @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Kind of is now as they are not BT engineers. They are Openreach engineers as they run the network. BT just provides broadband over the network the same as sky, plusnet etc.

@Plusnet had email to say sim was active at 4:45am. She’s turned phone off and on again but can’t get a signal and if I call her it goes straight to her old providers voicemail service?

@Plusnet Yes, we were really pushed in to renewing a 24mth contract with/by you as we moved house to down the road. We had NO option as you were going to charge us a fortune to move house unless we renewed! We didn't have the money to pay for it so had no choice.
