    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    @plusnethelp Hi, our plusnet wifi keeps going down (over the last 3 days) with an error light on the router. We have upgraded recently and are transferring to fiber soon so is this whats likely to be causing the issue?

    Three calls later and apologies and emails from them saying a mistake, I've now received a debt collectors letter!!! This is disgusting @Plusnet it has caused stress, worry and confusion, is this how you treat all your customers?? #shockingcustomerservice

    I thought customer service couldnโ€™t get any worse until I dealt with @Plusnet @plusnethelp , several messages and dm but still no reply

    @Plusnet Weโ€™ve switched to your service on 27th January, however thereโ€™s no broadband service yet. We also havenโ€™t received the router despite it being dispatched on Saturday. It is affecting our jobs and education a lot!! Could you please help?

    Absolutely shocking service from @Plusnet House move should have been completed 2 weeks ago, they arranged an appointment for today without consulting me and then didn't even turn up. Cant even get through on phone. Not like I need broadband in a pandemic or anything ๐Ÿ˜

    @Plusnet mobile services are down for the second day in north Exeter. Again. No way to contact you to report other than publicly like this as I can't phone and all other comms options are off on your website ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜•

    Absolute worst home service decision I ever made was move from Sky broadband + phone to Plusnet. I've been bombarded with scam calls constantly since changing. I miss Sky and Talk Shield I had SO MUCH ๐Ÿ˜ญ Actually counting the months til I'm out of contract 6 down, 12 to go! ๐Ÿ˜ข

    @Plusnet you promised i would have broadband on 18th Jan then 27th jan still no broadband , Vodafone were useless i thought you were supposed to be better , its getting desperate here i am on my own i need my internet back locked down and getting so so stressed with this
