@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

@Plusnet The worst broadband I’ve ever had. Constantly cuts out and is slow. Contacted customer service, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. The only good thing is my contact ends soon.

How do #plusnet stay in business? Awful customer service. I've just called them and agreed a price decrease, and their confirmation emails state an increase. Thieves or idiots?

@VeganTrailRunr @Rob1nStanford Yeah I can't fault Plusnet's service since we've been with them but their connection speeds are hamstrung by BT's underlying infrastructure. I am hoping that Trooli's dedicated network is able to deliver their 300mb speeds
