@Plusnet Hi. Is there a prob with your mob. network? Trying 2 call person in hospital (who is on +net) & I get a "sorry, calls to this no. are not being connected" msg. Tried from mobile & landline. Your 0800 support system suggests that there's a problem that's being worked on

@plusnet Just as a warning to anybody who might be thinking of changing to Plusnet for the mobile my advice is don’t do it I did and I severely regret it. I was told they used to EE network but the coverage is not a patch on EE. 1/….

Ahhhh @Plusnet Purveyors of the classic passive aggressive telephone advisor. Yep the one that doesn’t listen and then, when the customer gets frustrated and angry, decides to laugh at them. And all before he’s even accessed the correct account. You’re disgusting frankly.

  • Pazza_81 Pamela (@Pazza_81) reported

@Plusnet Furious that you’ve cut off my parents’ phone line as part of their DELAYED broadband upgrade, WITHOUT informing them (despite what you’re saying). You’ve cut off a vital line of communication to my mum who has Alzheimer’s. Terrible service

  • flunny907 Finessa Wallace (@flunny907) reported

@XpydaM @Plusnet A total joke!!! Day 9 worth no Internet a BT prioritising their own customers.... broadband tiredness off and IT issues mean we're still not connected....... I'm out a holy fortune and poor reception at home means I'm doing work or side local asda as I type. If you want to risk

  • flunny907 Finessa Wallace (@flunny907) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @Johnwg1984 Complete Bulls**t!! We moved to plusnet with Openreach providing the service and we're on day 10 of openreach not playing ball..... absolutely disgusting...... keep asking for 48 hours to fix the problem and they even feel out with plusnet manager trying to push it!!

  • Ch_Engel Christiane Engel (@Ch_Engel) reported

@Plusnet Thanks, the number was down but I got hold of someone shortly after.

  • 2_Wheeled_Wolf @2_Wheeled_Wolf 🇪🇺 (@2_Wheeled_Wolf) reported

coz they are just as **** at customer services as @Plusnet who have tried again to take more money out of my account again without even telling me I even had a bill & if I don't pay the incorrect billing in 14 days they're getting debt collection agency involved! Well go ahead 3/

  • jplumbum John Pulman (@jplumbum) reported

Hi @Plusnet, my landline is not working, can you please check my line?

  • XpydaM xpyda man (@XpydaM) reported

@plusnet my download speeds are appalling, 5mb and I'm paying £40 odd pound a month. I want faster connection and I want to keep my phone line. It appears you don't offer this. Long time customer but losing patience now. How can I get faster connection and keep my phone line?
