    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    @Plusnet Really frustrating that Plusnet mobile doesn’t support short code texting. Unable to reply to the bank, NHS, dentist etc. are there any plans to introduce this. Adding WiFi calling would also be helpful.

    @onevoicesinging @Plusnet Problem is they only have 1 router and it’s rubbish. Supposed to get up to 76mb which is ok on wired connection but generally only get around 30mb on wireless 👎

    If you’re a student, please never go with Plusnet. My housemates and I have been waiting since 20th September for a router to be delivered. All we are being told is that they’ll send a new one out. No accountability whatsoever to find out what’s happening. Absolute joke @Plusnet
