How do @Plusnet keep being rated highly on customer service. Rang to change provider on 4/1, persuaded me to upgrade to fibre with them as will be sorted in less than 2 weeks - faster than changing. Agreed as need this quick for work. 2 weeks later, now delayed by 2 more weeks.

@TheSinanKose As if Plusnet provide anything of the damn sort.

  • dacook42 Darren Cook 💙 (@dacook42) reported

@plusnethelp do plusnet make reporting a fault as difficult as possible on purpose? Internet chat doesn't work, on hold for 30 mins, no easy way for members to report fault and no acknowledgement that there's an issue. #plusnet

  • kingstongarrick @kingstongarrick (@kingstongarrick) reported

@LeoKearse Corbyn proposed a free-to-use national broadband service available through the Post Office. He wasn't going to nationalise any existing providers. So anyone could get online, and you would still have had Plusnet around, if you preferred to use that instead. This one needs work.

@ParisZarcilla @Plusnet Oh gods what awful treatment..
