@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

Waiting for @Plusnet to complete internet switch. Was told 16/12 at 13.55 on 19/12 told me phone was done and broadband by midnight. Nothing has happened, account says being processed and phones never answered. Committed to poor service.

@OpenreachHelp I'm frankly fed up with the number of major broadband outages in Elsenham. Three major issues in the past six months. Please sort the street box out so that a mere sneeze next to it doesn't knock out our connection. @Plusnet @BTBroadbandOUT

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

@bt_uk is there an issue today. I know I’m with @plusnethelp @Plusnet but their not answering. Seems that my connection was up for a short period of time and then dropped. Any chance you can advise network status?

Good support from @Plusnet today -- ~10s wait on the phone then immediate fix to billing issues Also had great support from @fireangelsafety a month or so back when they sent out a replacement for a glitchy smoke alarm, also had zero wait on the phone
