@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

Sorry I haven't had much to show latley... Was due to have new broadband set up over the last few weeks but it's been a very slow progress for what should be an improved speed compared to PlusNet :/

@Plusnet @Ofcom Although the issue was fixed by myself, there is still no explanation of why a customer would have to reset there router password when a person password hadn’t been changed by myself across any part of the plusnet network until it was needed to be done regarding router

@Plusnet you've taken my direct debit payment 10 times over rather than once this month. 10x £10.46 payments on 10/9 rather than 1. Kinda need that for rent lol wtf My name is Craig Anderton, no. 07528282265. Payed with nationwide. Please help sort this out! Not acceptable!
