@Plusnet I did wonder. And EE have got terrible customer service reviews. I must say you've always been prompt answering queries. What's the answer then? 😢

@Plusnet Please explain why you will not offer FTTP to properties with fibre cables recently laid. I cannot understand why you can connect via FTTC but not FTTP. There seems to be no just reason. I don't really want to leave you as you provide an excellent service. Confused....

@Plusnet Please can you tell me what this option is? It's not at all obvious how webmail-only customers are supposed to get through to technical support.

@XXX1v @Plusnet only incredibly slowly via my son's connection... if mistakes are made it is definitely cos it is so slow - one minute per letter... dedication!

Plusnet firewall still not working after 4 weeks!. I am getting frustrated! Not allowing any new incomming connections hence not vpn or games. Once outgoing connection is initiated will accept Established and Related incoming connections. The fault is at Plusnet Broadband end.

  • easyqueenie Sophie Brown 🏳️‍🌈 (@easyqueenie) reported from Thurlby, England

@Plusnet Any known issues around Lincoln? Our internet speed is bouncing up and down like a yo-yo this afternoon but struggling to get over 5mb instead of our usual 50. Kiddo is very concerned he’ll miss tonight’s Fortnite event!
