@plusnet claims it offers unrivalled customer service. My changeover to @plusnet broadband has taken nearly a month so far. Ive been on the phone to them for more than an hour now and theyre just not answering the phone. This is what they call unrivalled customer service is it?

  • Annas_Kitchen Anna P (@Annas_Kitchen) reported

And now the customer helpline is closed! Amazing. So glad I spent half an hour waiting for that. (Good Christmas tunes though @Plusnet can’t fault your music choices even if your broadband now sucks!)

  • janebryant59 Jane Bryant (@janebryant59) reported

@Plusnet I have a problem with my landline and my mobile is currently unable to receive calls due to a battery fault. I was advised to contact you by the man trying to help me.

  • PAChallis Peter Challis (@PAChallis) reported

@MoneySavingExp Remember that these MVNOs may not have access to all frequencies and facilities from the main network. Worth checking before switching. For instance EE supports 2G voice for wider coverage, and WiFi Calling. Plusnet does not so where I live they would not be suitable.
