@Plusnet Are you having DNS issues with mobile internet? I can't view heaps of websites using the 4G. Everything works fine on the non-Plusnet landline. Thanks

@Plusnet Calling all uni students. Avoid Plusnet like the plague, alright until a problem arises then absolutely horrendous at solving it.

  • yorkshabastard LlamaSouffle27 (@yorkshabastard) reported

@DavidByrnand @Plusnet Similar but early cancellation fee applies. Even for them been absolutely useless and causing stress through no fault of our own. Already been charged an early cancellation fee even though we still have the service.

@EE Well, I have tried to update my address many times in the last 15 months and your app won’t let me. I have looked at your sim only deals and I can find it cheaper with Plusnet who use your network. Why tell me you are going to charge £67 per month when I can pay £10?

  • 2_Wheeled_Wolf @2_Wheeled_Wolf 🇪🇺 (@2_Wheeled_Wolf) reported

FFS! It'll be easier to extract blood from a stone than getting @Plusnet to cancel a ******* contract! Have told them multiple times since 31st August I'm ceasing agreed contract on the 30th Sept as it ends that day & not want to renew it & they still haven't ******* actioned it!

@LouHoddz @Plusnet @LouHoddz did you get this sorted out in the end? I'm having the exact same issue with plusnet
