    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    @bmbix_robin @Ofcom @Plusnet Glad it wasn't just me. From 10.30am this morning. Nothing on their website. The status update page was down - no mention of the outage now it's back up. And impossible to get thru on the phone and didn't call me back.

    @Plusnet I can ping Google, I can visit Google website, but I cannot resolve any other domain names ? Still an issue

    @davelovemartin Hi Dave Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks
