    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    @ROWilliams2 So i phone @Plusnet up can't understand person on other end so they put me through to someone else they where taking to fast so after 35mins they say they will cancel it on 4th April hours later Email from @Plusnet saying I have 12 months contract I'm Dislexic

    @Plusnet Your team are having some issues moving my broadband - I’m responding to sms and e-mail but no one seems to be reading my responses. Not convenient for me call - and chat isn’t available on your website. Frustrating.

    @Plusnet Thank you. I have emailed a complaint to no avail. Its really causing us problems - we can't use security cameras, Alexa devices or watch TV in different rooms. Not what I pay for.
