@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

@RobinSmith82 Glad you got it sorted. Away for weekend with plusnet, which seems much better! Upload on giga always v very slow and service breaks frequently.

@digitaldaisies I hear about this, but it never happens to me - I often renew my car/home insurance because it's still the cheapest, and I've been with PlusNet for 20 years because they always let me know when there's a cheaper product.

@Plusnet I'm thinking of switching to PlusNet Mobile from @EE but I hear there's no support for 'Short Code' numbers. Does this mean you just can't SEND texts to short code numbers or can you not receive from them either? I often get verification codes from these numbers.

@Plusnet you must be ashamed of yourself for loosing my number I had for 18 years and allocating someone else's number to me causing further headache to others. So far no communication or action to recover the number or provide a solution.... Disgraceful and cowardly

@Plusnet I've received an email about exceeding my bandwidth quota, but the links to the faq to fix it just give 404 errors.
