@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

@TalkTalk Totally unacceptable to not notify affected customers directly. There is FIFTEEN HOURS of planned maintenance in York and it's taken looking up the network status to find out about it. I was with @Plusnet for 4 years and had nothing like this.

@Plusnet I am trying to set up a new email mailbox but when I click to manage my email, it takes me the billing and payments page. It does this if I try to go through the help pages too. Is there a problem with accessing this page? Thanks
