@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet To avoid any possible future issues I suggest an email address that is separate to the service provider. There are many free or low-cost reliable email services such as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo! etc. The advantage being you can take them with you when changing ISP.

Still no contact from @Plusnet despite their horrendous mistake deleting my account on Friday 19th. No customer care you must feel so proud.

@plusnet I would be grateful if you could confirm the cancellation terms, plus refund of all fees paid and compensation for loss of work. @MarcAllera Only recommendation I’d be giving for your service is to people I really dislike.

@Plusnet before I go and waste a day trying to work out how to do this, does the Hub Two you've sent me actually support a /30 IP Block?

@EE Plusnet are offering the same service/speed for about £18.00 less. Is there anything you can do for me?

@Plusnet trying to sign up, but getting message "We can't run a line check at your address at the moment" Is it because I don't have a handset attached to my phone line? Or anything else I can fix myself?
