Was promised a call from the manager but still waiting. There’s a lot of garbage on both yours and Qube websites re customer service. Very disappointing.

In fact they got a guy out to sort my speeds and disconnections by going up the pole and fixing it, which BT said wasn't necessary. So hopefully they fix this charge seeing as I'm out of contract

So your affiliate sales system assumes I'm existing customer? Quidco & aff network should be able to reinstate? I'll delete old DD.
