@Plusnet I've also completed the line connection test via the manage account page. This included a direct test with the modem. This gave same username/password error as we see in the router. There is clearly some issue with our broadband account that needs fixing your end.

@Plusnet phone line works fine, WiFi & lan is also fine, it's the broadband login account being refused. Modem & router have been rebooted & showing no errors, aside from the Internet connection saying "Invalid account or password". Appears issued actually started Sat 12:46pm

@Ms_Samarax Plusnet are ok. They're owned by BT, but they are the discount brand. I was with them for years until Inhad a line fault that BT said they couldn't fix.

@Plusnet Seems you have a nationwide problem for speeds.. for me I am again having even more problems, which I hoped was fixed last week. However after a while downloading the Diablo 2 beta, my speeds dropped heavily only to find out lots of packet loss and rubbish speeds again.

@Plusnet I have a simple technical question regarding EE MNVO and support of Carrier Aggregation. Is there an email where I can ask this of plusnet please or where best?

Apparently it's cheaper to cancel my phone/broadband and both mobile phones and move suppliers than it is to pay the moving house fees with @Plusnet. All in an effort to push another 2 year contract. Looks like I'll be switching suppliers.

@Plusnet hi we've lost Internet connectivity tonight and our router is no longer able to login with our broadband username and password. These have not changed our end and it looks like it first failed 6:22pm today. We are both dependent upon this for work. Please help!
