    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    ….on Friday I was told by @Plusnet that the problem would be fixed by 15:30 yesterday but,no joy. Today my mom phoned @Plusnet using my landline (our service is fine but we’re fibre optic) & was told that @WeAreOpenreach were doing “dig work” in the street to fix the problem….

    @Plusnet Please ask the people in charge to be more open. 3.9% is a lot to add to bills on top of inflation, and it's reasonable for a customer to ask why. The 'approved statement' gives no 'rationale'. @Ofcom please note.

    Hi! @Plusnet I have contacted you a number of times regarding my dad's phone line that doesn't work. It's been around 2 years now and STILL doesn't work yet he's still paying for it!?!
