@shane_dillon @edent Plusnet stating they’ll continue accruing charges on an account I told them to cancel - and canceled the direct debit for - would probably go down like a lead balloon had I bothered to legally challenge them. That’s some shady ****. Specially when their T&Cs indicate otherwise.

@OpenreachHelp @Kittygrizzle Seems a very big coincidence that multiple providers all go down at the same time??? EE, plusnet , Vodafone....all been contacted. I think the issue lies with @OpenreachHelp but I’m no expert 🧐

@plusnethelp Name - Zoohouse. Phil Knott. Can you please tell me why you have removed my £4 a month discount without having the courtesy to at least tell me? I've been a loyal Plusnet (broadband and mobile) customer for many years. Seems that might have to change when I move soon

@OpenreachHelp About 50 people have already done so for every different service provider, including BT, EE, Talk talk, Plusnet, Vodafone. Not all the service providers can have crashed simulataneously. There was a big local fb conversation about it. Is this just a delaying tactic?
