    @EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

    @PaulPaul482 Hi Paul, we've found that some customers are having problems logging into their email and we’re working quickly to resolve the issue. PIusnet broadband and mobile services are not affected. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    Anybody else a @Plusnet customer with no way of receiving emails, or sending them, since midnight last night. To give them credit, their customer service people respond quickly. But I can't email out, or download emails coming in. Never had this before.

    @Plusnet I'm going to lose a whole day of work. I know you are the mouthpiece off the organisation but I can't understand why there isn't a working back up system, it looks like corner cutting to the determent of the customer.
