@EnigmaAMC @Plusnet Only ever had 1 issue with BT fibre and that was sorted fast. They even sent me a dongle type thing to get me back online while the net locally was down

Thank you @Plusnet Phoned yesterday with tech prob, tech guy arrived this morning and sorted it out. #Openreach vans in the area changing wooden poles, but didn't bother to tell residents that they would be cut off! Excellent service.

@DanToTheFuture_ Yeah, I used to be on Plusnet mobile. Only problem I had with them was finding out shortcodes didn't work. Annoyingly thanks to an airport parking service it cost me £80 to find this out.

Sat here. No internet. Mobile data cover. Fault reported Thurs 1700. Out since 1630. 2 hrs on landline as we kept copper line!! Done swap to internet phone! Line dropped. No calls back!! No updates from any service providers. @Plusnet Please call me. I will DM my details.

@andywasley @JCDrummo @Plusnet Really, my entire BB is 4G powered and manage to send video and stills. Might be worth looking at for an interim solution.
