Dear @SkyUK why did no one tell me that your Sky Q Hub for Sky Fibre is shocking for Wifi coverage and to inform me before ordering that I would need to check my existing mesh kit would work with the service? Existing kit works 100% with BT, EE, PlusNet etc. Offers no help….

Here's a great example of a customer service system. You call @Plusnet. They tell you the issue will be resolved by the end of the day. When it isn't, you naturally ask what's happening - but that actually pushes your question to the BACK OF THEIR QUEUE.

After troubleshooting for myself it seems that the router that Plusnet provide is just, well, s***. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing!

@Plusnet you need to sort out your webmail box size limits issues to make it more easily useable and stop crashing in use. Wasnt a problem until 3 months ago, and I’m not doing anything different but getting ready to move ISP if no improvement #plusnet #webmail #sizelimits

@Sundaytwist @VodafoneIreland Vodafone is such a rubbish company. Dispensed with their services years ago. Phone wise been with 3 for 12 years and get my broadband from plusnet. Not let me down yet

@plusnethelp @Plusnet hi all, have email confirm to set up my broadband. Have the router now plugged in but Red flashing light. Tried resetting, with button / paper clip / unplugging everything. Can’t find anymore help online, can’t get through to customer services. Thoughts?
