@Plusnet it would be nice to be able to get some customer services but I guess that's too much to hope for

  • willhclay Clay (@willhclay) reported

Poor show from @Plusnet overall - why not tell customers about this strike action that is clearly going to affect lots of new and existing customers?

  • Beelzebab666 Beelzebab (@Beelzebab666) reported

.@Plusnet Do the engineers ever show up? Second time nobody has arrived and nobody has the decency to call us. Total waste of time. WE have to call YOU in order to find out what's going on and nobody at customer service has asnwers. Do you and OpenReach speak to each other? 🙃

  • Shinobilyrical1 Shinobilyricalassassin (@Shinobilyrical1) reported

@Plusnet 2/2 Then apologise and apologise but never actually do the work in the 1st place til I spend hours on the phone kicking up a fuss. Then apologise again. And when it comes time to compensate, lie to me to get me to stay with no intention of honouring anything. Disgusting.

  • Chloe32624388 Chloe (@Chloe32624388) reported

@Plusnet I'm trying to get my PAC code and I can't get it via text 'because it's already been issued' and the website wants me to call instead...except the reason I'm getting a PAC code to switch is because I have no service and therefore can't make calls.

  • TommyNosebag Hail the Jew dawn. (@TommyNosebag) reported

So @Plusnet this is my 2nd day without internet, if I’m not up and running that’s £160ish I’ve lost. And to be honest your £8 a day “compensation” is a slap in the face. I need a fix and it needs to be before next week. #sortitout

  • richardaburns Richard Burns (@richardaburns) reported

@Plusnet hi, can we have a chat? I've just left your service but received an email saying I've got a bill. When trying to log in my username or password is nolonger recognised. I've reset my password just now too, but still not letting me log in. Thanks

  • RachelParkinso2 Rachel Parkinson (@RachelParkinso2) reported

Hey @Plusnet - any chance you might partner with @CityFibre in Wolverhampton? We've months left on the contract with you but would like to go full fibre...unstable Zoom calls not good for home working
