@Plusnet Am I missing something on your website? I can see where to report a problem online if you're a full fibre customer but broadband customers have to wait until 8AM to send a text? Is there really that big of a difference in the level of service?

@MissIG_Geek Virgin took over my isp which was once cable telewest and b4 that blueyonder, could not support a new address so ditched them. Fell back on my IT student force9 dial up payg company, now @Plusnet owned by BT. I maybe have a tech problem once every three years or so, works for me.

Need you to respond please - l'm guessing being left with no Internet connection last night was a Plusnet issue as thank goodness it's back on this morning?

@ThevoiceofSL A functional port wow progress indeed nasha you do us proud. That is sarcasm for the fellow Landers. Plusnet in the UK is a shockingly bad internet provider but they will do you proud.

@Plusnet, if you have award-winning customer service, would you mind explaining why you've cancelled my 94-year-old grandmother's broadband with no notice? Surely even your monthly rolling contract requires notice of termination?
-
Matt Regan (@MattRegan) reported
@Plusnet I've ordered a new SIM from you, transferring my number over from my current provider. I'm going away and not sure the SIM will arrive before then, what will happen if my SIM arrives whilst I am away - will my current provider cancel my SIM?
