@JohnFin75257340 Hi John, our mobile network doesn't support the use of short code numbers I'm afraid. I'm really sorry if that disappoints. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • advanced_ict Computing and ICT in a Nutshell (@advanced_ict) reported

@digitaldaisies I hear about this, but it never happens to me - I often renew my car/home insurance because it's still the cheapest, and I've been with PlusNet for 20 years because they always let me know when there's a cheaper product.

  • RobinGasc Robin Tracey (@RobinGasc) reported

@Plusnet My mobile phone is down and the phone system was no service for awhile and now it’s come back as plusnet but my phone doesn’t work.

  • picoflu Simply Diagnostics (SDN) (@picoflu) reported

Shocking service from @Plusnet we signed up for business internet on 21st April, the line wasn't connected until 12th May and we are still waiting for the router to be delivered. Promised the hardware had been sent twice. Still nothing. Avoid.

  • NickMoyes NickMoyes (@NickMoyes) reported

@Plusnet Thank you. Sorry for sounding so cross, but I still feel for an email provider to fail to directly email the email account about concerns over the email account, and only to email a secondary email account given 10+yrs ago really is the cause of the problem. Its a PlusNet #fail

  • quinacosatu Cristina Riudoms (@quinacosatu) reported

After 8 year as a customer I am leaving @Plusnet, you are not allowing to dispute an unreasonable charge because an @OpenreachHelp engineer has lied. You do not give any option, leaving the customer unprotected from @WeAreOpenreach abusive claims

  • Porrohman1 Restless Native (@Porrohman1) reported

@lindy_lou077 All use the same network, only difference is exchange equipment and customer service. Plusnet is basically BT anyway.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@louise_sarah Hi Louise, I'm very sorry to hear that you've been having problems with your connection. Is this solely affecting your wireless connections or are wired connections affected too? Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds🌞

  • louise_sarah Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from St Albans, England

@Plusnet Yes I have done that many, many times. It does nothing to help.

  • quinacosatu Cristina Riudoms (@quinacosatu) reported

This is unreasonable not transparent behaviour by @BT_uk @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet lesving the customer unprotected from abusive charges by big companies
