@BibiLynch @Plusnet I was promised a call back around 5pm today, I organised my day accordingly, they envetuslly phoned soon after 7pm. Been thir customer for 19 years, they’re not the company they used to be.

@Plusnet Hi Emily - it's simply down to the fact that when your company flicks the switch to block certain traffic on my router as a way of 'restricting' service, you also block your own site. Which in many cases is very counter intuitive, and to some may be interpreted as intentional.

as if @Plusnet has been taking money from my account for A YEAR after i asked them to close the account for lying about how their service would be good enough for work from home (it isn’t) and they have the nerve to say i owe closing fees when i was way out of contract

@elonmusk Starlink needed. Awful internet connection in countryside in Lowdham, UK and can’t watch Netflix or Prime. Plusnet, BT and Sky all rubbish. Not even fast fibre here. Send urgent help.
