@Plusnet IVE been with plusnet for a while now and I had to create a second network because the connect was very slow on the main one and I’m having troubles with the internet and it’s saying my password is wrong when I’ve tried it multiple times and it still won’t work.

Not a @Plusnet customer but they have taken £138.76 out of my account. @Monzo are dragging their heels looking into it - surely if an UNAUTHORISED @DirectDebitUK was taken I am supposed to be immediately refunded? #theft #directdebit

@Plusnet Working from home I desperately need my internet to be stable, yday it dropped so much I couldnt do my job, then last night it dropped so much I couldnt enjoy my leisure time either. You keep sending us engineers but they never find a fault here. Please sort it out :(

@Plusnet Award winning broadband ?really? Plusnet's customer service is the worst ever. Plusnet agents will give all the wrong information to you just to get you to sign the contract. Once you sign it, they will treat you like ****. So disappointed and gutted with my experience with them

@Plusnet Impossible to get through on phone. I wanted to renew my contract as the price offered, but this offer has now been removed. New price double previous. Please cancel my service at end of contract date.
