@Ric0Neill @Plusnet I am beyond angry . They threatened not to come and fix THEIR fault unless I accept their compensation . I tried to but the system error kept showing .so co you isn’t . In other words they are not interested in repairing it

If anyone is thinking of changing to Plusnet as a provider of broadband or landline I strongly urge against that . I am currently having an absolute nightmare trying to get them to restore a down service . Now over a week

@SP_2310 @EE EE is the worst broadband I’ve ever had and that includes companies such as demon, plusnet. I now regret leaving Virgin media

@Plusnet is now threatening me to accept compensation BEFORE they will restore the broken internet service which is paid for !!!!!!
