    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

    Well Done. EE is a wholly owned subsidiary of BT, and is being used as its main marketing arm. Plusnet is another, more at the budget end, and with fewer strings to its bow. Finally, Openreach is another subsidiary that installs and maintains the network for all suppliers, so it has a degree of autonomy.

    @EE Totally useless if you think I haven’t spent all my waking hours ring these numbers you are mad. Please read what I say NO ACCESS to any one other than a call handler. Not the high customer service you speak about. Just hope we don’t need urgent medical help. Why cut off Plusnet?

    @EE why is it impossible to speak to a manager? Are they frightened or simply don’t care. 2 elderly people in remote position shut down phone and Bband from Plusnet which worked but hasn’t connected to EE. Nobody appears concerned.

    @Plusnet Landline down past month due to underground fault. Openlink scheduled tentatively to fix locally in a few days. Now internet down. Cant check on website on ticket update as...website down. Frustrated and look forward to compensation.

    @Plusnet As per the call you guys given the commitment for my services will be activated with in 7 days now I am getting email it will activate after 19 August. It will not work I need it before else you can cancel your connection I will check another provider as well as cheap

    @Plusnet. I wish to terminate my contract under the 14 days notice cooling off period. The new package is slow and wish to go elsewhere. Please could you advise
