@rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

This morning = no internet! Frustrating call to Plusnet Support who tried to tell me the lack of Internet was linked to the landline fault. They finally agreed it was not. They said I need to be ‘educated on how to install the router’ which was working yesterday 5/

@Plusnet shambolic service from Plusnet. Meant to be connected to FTTP today but no engineer as no reference in your system even though openreach have prepared outside and I have had router sent!!?? Cancelled another provider so you have an existing unhappy unimpressed client.

@Plusnet You tried to take my payment on the 1st of this month when I usually get an email a week in advance telling me it will go out on the 9th. Why have you done this and why are you threatening to cut my service off?

@Plusnet got any issues in LA4? I’ve rebooted the router, light is blue, broadband status is “connected” in the hub manager, but can’t seem to use the web at all.

@Plusnet Hello. When I log in to my account it says I'm out of contract, even though I started the upgrade process to Full Fibre back in August. I actually have no idea if I'm on a Full Fibre contract or not. Can you help?
