Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

@SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@plusnethelp @Plusnet Signed up for Plusnet broadband on the 13th Nov, money taken out of our bank the following day. Router not posted until the 25th, STILL no router. Paying for a service we can't use and STILL can't get through to call centre!! Unimpressed is not the word.

how is any one meant to cope when your phone and mac keeps getting hacked , plusnet broadband bad , boots sent email delivery by here by 8th but they tried today , when my dad is deaf ! cant hesr door bell ! pls sort your companies out arghhhh

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I booked to move our broadband to a new house on 7/12. Woke up today to find line at current house has been terminated overnight 6 days early. Wife and I have a busy week of work meetings. I phoned customer services, who say nothing can be done. Really?
