Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

@AshtonSvm Hi Sean, thank you for the screenshot. Is your broadband provided by PlusNet? If so this is a PlusNet issue, Please disconnect from WIFI and use your 4g on your phone it will work.

I have now complained to @Ofcom regarding @Plusnet and slamming. We are dealing with two vulnerable customers who you have failed to support. This is a total car crash. I am now on hold yet again.

@cabey001 We currently have a ongoing issue with plusnet users, this is on plusnets side and we are awaiting for them to fix the issue. My advice would be to use mobile data to access our website at this time. Thanks, Adam

Okay now I'm beyond pissed. Just noticed they have all 1* reviews on Trustpilot. They have also closed their phone line for the day shortly after telling me my broadband was ready when it isn't. Love that for me. Avoid @Plusnet at all costs - hope I can cancel.

She shouted to her floor walker, Don't give him his F money Shirley, he's rude. Needless to say when Shirley came on, I repeated what I heard. Free Plusnet 4 12mth
