Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@Plusnet been trying to get hold of someone for 2 hours now. Working from home today so have had to cancel appointments at short notice. Not a peep on here from you either. Please sort this!

Fascinated about when @plusnet will consider posting a tweet about their so-far 2-hour DNS outage to customers en-masse, rather than trying vainly to post an inadequate reply to each person who points it out individually

@SoProJanet @Plusnet And the bots are saying everything is ok ...it's a problem internally....

@Plusnet can you please acknowledge the nationwide outage I've just been told about by your phone support team? Never had any issues like this in the 5+ years we've been with you. Hoping that it's back up by 6PM, in time for the #ModernWarfare2 Beta! #Plusnetdown

@RickieTrades @Plusnet The thing is I’ve been having connection issues dropping for the past couple of weeks. Why they have to wait til the entire service collapses I don’t get they must have been aware of the problems arising for a while now😑

@Plusnet @JonBushby77 It's not just some!!! It's clearly all customers how about actually providing am update instead of a copied message? Ridiculous paying for this and rude customer service over phone

Pretty disgusting that @Plusnet has been down for most (all?) customers across the UK for at least a couple of hours and they've refused to acknowledge it.

@Plusnet , when will I get my 'net' back? 'plus' keeping your customers updated of major issue issue like this will support your claim of good customer care.
