Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

  • rosetintedlass Sally 💙 (@rosetintedlass) reported from Harrogate, England

@rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

  • GarethPc1237 Gareth Jones (@GarethPc1237) reported from Well, England

@sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

@dougie1805 Hi Dougie, I'm so sorry about this, it's not a good start at all. I can see we've credited you to help with a contingency, please DM us if there's anything more we can do. I'd recommend deleting your previous tweet as it contains personal account info. - Cal, Plusnet Leeds

  • Adrbees1 Adam Beesley (@Adrbees1) reported

.@Plusnet Never seen such an incompetent company. Called today, in order to cancel my account on the 25th August, they then proceeded to cancel it today. They now claim they can not do anything to solve this issue. Incompetent and Extremely poor service.

  • Aellabrenna Panther Aella-Brenna Pippa Bramley (@Aellabrenna) reported

@Plusnet broadband has gone down in Chesterfield are you guys okay? Do we need to send some Yorkshire Gold Tea to your offices to help the server engineers?

  • katebevan Kate Bevan 🇺🇦 (@katebevan) reported

@ProbablyADick @Crundwell @Plusnet It's an irritation rather than an active problem for me, but it's an increasing irritant

  • 4EVRDIZZY 𝟎𝟒 (@4EVRDIZZY) reported

my wifi has to be the worlds worst connection @Plusnet

  • kevinefcduffy Kevin Duffy (@kevinefcduffy) reported from Up Holland, England

@Plusnet Honestly Emma, It's a catalogue of errors left right and centre and then made worse with awful customer service. It's been escalated.

  • katebevan Kate Bevan 🇺🇦 (@katebevan) reported

Bloody @Plusnet internet connection has gone down again 🙄

  • RichfromSheff Rich Allen (@RichfromSheff) reported

@ConstableChaos Even Sky aren't perfect, I went with them 4 months ago after ditching Plusnet (thanks to their annoyingly **** customer service drones), requested to keep the existing landline number, and they gave me a new one, which I recently had to change again.

  • ProbablyADick Richard (@ProbablyADick) reported

@katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet We've pushed them on it and they can't come up with any explanation (also why they keep creating phantom support tickets, but that's a whole other thing). New router, line test after line test, OpenReach engineer etc. Just waiting to move house to switch ISP.

  • bromleyj Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

@katebevan @Crundwell @Plusnet I get this too, on my otherwise excellent and reliable PN 80/20 service. But of course the bit that's dropping out isn't PN at all - it's BT Openreach's exchange-to-cabinet-to-home stuff. I suspect you'd get exactly the same with any other provider using the same BTOR last-mile.
