Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@calisnenath @john_seto @magicroundabout They won't mind. Our ISP (plusnet) used to give us a free VOIP service which is why I set it up for Tricia to use. When they closed it down they recommended Gradwell and we're happy with them.

@MrAlgolagnist @Plusnet Lol, yeah, might have to come to that, today it seems okay! I mean, it's fine if it's just because of ongoing work and it'll settle down eventually but I hate it being unpredictable.

@Plusnet It seems like the rubber banding and high ping was down to the 5Ghz channel starting to fail, router has been factory reset, channels split back into two and I can't pick up the 5Ghz channel on any device.

@Plusnet Morning, do you know why Plusnet seems to hate Korean apps/Facetiming to other countries? Constantly cuts out, messages fail to send

@Plusnet Hey no sorry your explanation was straight out of the corporate play book. Hang up every hour on a phone call? What about the 2000 minutes a month limit? What do you call the 2000 minutes a month limit? ‘Fair use’ no doubt…
