Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

Dear @Plusnet I am an unwell disabled person home alone all Xmas with no emergency telephone helpline button to press in an emergency and no internet so no alexa either.

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.

@Plusnet Hi, I have issues with my mobile service: - FB Messenger doesn't load on 4G at all in UK - In an EU country I'm on 2G and can't make outgoing calls. I reset my phone but didn't work, CS couldn't help over the phone. Can you please help? Happy to DM w/ details. Thanks!
