    @rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

    Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

    @sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

    @Plusnet Hi, I am meant to be getting over 20mbps download speeds, however even when connected via ethernet this rarely gets into double figures (2mbps currently) could this be looked into. The text message service just says there is no fault on the line

    @gracegausden93 Help! I was told lies on my doorstep by a forceful saleswoman, as a vulnerable person living alone. @TalkTalk told me plusnet was closing down which panicked me. The router never came and I didn’t want the product so asked to cancel..

    @Plusnet Plusnet have been amazing I’ve been with you for coming upto 7 years. @TalkTalk told me you were shutting down to panic me into taking their fullfibre package, but because I never received a router, I never disconnected: never had a problem with you! Tktk are billing me though.

    @bt_uk I’ve been waiting since September to get my bt up and running Ian still paying astronomical bills with Plusnet and don’t even get the full power bt took £35 pound of me for upfront payment but apparently they have no none nobody engeeneers to connect be What a pile of crap ****

    @Plusnet 40 mins on hold with your terrible music. Seriously regretting signing up to 18 mnt contract switch from @johnlewishelp was supposed to be switched 22Nov no updates. Not impressed. How come @JohnLewisRetail calls were answered yours aren't yet same company!

    @Plusnet I am having issue with my Internet for the last two days and now it is showing orange all the time and I've tired restarting it and nothing is not working
