Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@blindandb0ujee No I mean like a decent carrier. I’ve gone with plusnet because of the free roaming but it’s a one month contract so if it’s not good I’ll swap. I’ve heard bad things about all of them at this point

Interesting after almost 18 years of great service with @Plusnet they can't offer me service at my new address. No problem, account closed at last billing point and nothing else to pay. Email today demanding £1.09 or the bailiffs are coming! Please explain.

@Plusnet Hello. Forgot to say thanks for getting my broadband sorted. The engineer fixed it, apparently an issue with the supplier, and it is working fine now. Thank you. Is there an update on the other query about the error (screenshot in previous tweets)?

@dgpearce1000 As it would be an upgrade to a faster service, you would be able to do so without penalty. The same process already applies to any customer who upgrades from ADSL to Fibre/Fibre extra, or from Fibre to Fibre Extra. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@DallawayO Hi Oliver, as this is only affecting your wireless devices; there are a few changes we can make remotely which should help improve your Wi-Fi. It will cause the signal to drop for a few minutes while the changes take place. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

@AnnaCupani I have had a good time with PlusNet. Only been with them for 5 months but no issues other than some teething problems with setup that didn't seem to be their fault. Before that I was with BT - even though they're technically the same company, BT was wayyyyyyy worse at every step
