@sugarcubehouse @Plusnet Thanks already contacted by phone and currently waiting for a manager to call me back. Within 5 working days. Customer service very poor so far. So much for the adverts 😠😠😠

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

@plusnethelp I'm already a Plusnet broadband and mobile customer. If I wanted to swap to a better Plusnet SIM only deal can I just change my existing contract, or should I just order a new SIM then cancel the old one?

@StevenNT @a516digital It's not only affecting plusnet, someone I know at work has had a similar issue with talk talk. And surprise, hes back on sky as well.

@Plusnet That't what I did. I've been told twice that I have to agree to the higher charges. I've raised a formal complaint and will pass this on to the communications ombudsman for the false advertising and pressure to take a new 2 year contract.

I have power of attorney over my mother's financial affairs (as she is dying of cancer) and they still wouldn't let me cancel her contract #terribleservice #donotuseplusnet. If we cancel her direct debit #Plusnet will charge us more due to being in arrears!!!!

Great stuff from BT-owned @Plusnet , "we're taking away full BT Sport than you pay £10 a month for but you can have an app-only service for £15.69 a month instead if you want". Bargain, I'll have two apps please. The hunt for a new ISP starts...

@Plusnet Thanks for promising a callback within 24 hours. This was around 44 hours ago. No call yet. Plusnet truly have a remarkable attitude towards customer retention. I had been a happy customer for many years now but was apparently of no value.

@Plusnet Hi, PlusNet staff are mostly helpful & friendly,but one of your staff at Sales L Team A wasn't like that.After she gave me the tariff figures,I asked if she could send full figures by email.She accused me of being rude to her& SLAMMED the PHONE ON ME. Can I make a complaint pls?
