@rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

Any one else have problems with @plusnet? I used them, in the guise of John Lewis Broadband. Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. 😠😠😠

@OpenreachHelp Done this countless times with Plusnet. Last engineer said he could do no more - like all but one other who was the one who got it working originally after six days of failures. 10 days later it goes down. Last Engineer Conrad gave me a ref No. 39298. Referred 2 second line team.

@tryingtobeaDr which provider are you with? BT are supposed to give never dropout of coverage wifi, as you can use your cellphone as a hotspot with them. We've been through all the providers here: Sky internet - seems the most reliable of BT, talk-talk, virgin, Plusnet & is the cheapest!

Hey @Plusnet @plusnethelp. My contract with you ends next month. I am more than happy to renew because I love the service you offer but think I could find a cheaper deal if I signed up with someone new. Is there any decent deals you can offer me to renew? Thanks in advance!

@Plusnet I have resolved the issue for now. The trouble is the billing mistakes happen every 2 months as Plusnet try to put their price increase through again. Then it takes an hour on the phone to sort it out - again. Plusnet is as useless and tiring to deal with as BT their parent.

@BobaFatt @virginmedia @Plusnet Can't believe how badly you've been treated by them mate, it's a comedy of errors. Not that it's funny given how much you've had to pay out on mobile data. Clowns.
