Cancelled in June due to very slow Internet speed but they have continued to take payment despite the account being closed and phone calls trying to sort it out. ๐ ๐ ๐

EB B260 (@B260Eb) reported@Ofcom @Plusnet @JohnLewisRetail Try taking a contract with them and after a few days, you get cut off then spend 8 days speaking to different people who tell you they don't know what the problem is but you have a contract so cant go elsewhere

Mo Djavanroodi (@mo_roodi) reported@sil This is true... Ironically I chose PlusNet as mine because they're owned by BT, as is EE now, so I'm hoping (probably rather naively) that if there's a problem they'll be able to deal with it a little better since it's all "internal"!
