@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@Plusnet Thanks for the reply Chris, but over 3 hours of log in issues, automatically being directed in to the hub menu, frankly one is done and will cancel. Never known anything like it. One normally simply puts in wireless password & hey presto connected. This is pure farce..🙄

@Plusnet internet has been going off all day, I have gone through troubleshooting. At first I was relieved that I wasn't the only one today then it hit him how poor this service is and it shouldn't be that way in 2021. I shall be looking forward to my contract finishing.

Can't wait until 29th November when I can ditch @plusnet for my 1 Gigabit Full Fibre, given the best they can give me is 45Mbps down and 6Mbps upload...
