@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@Plusnet Joined you because your advertise heavily. Left Virgin because of price but had no issues in 3 years. Rung your helpline and gave up waiting after 30 minutes. Can you at least have the decency to acknowledge this? Issue is in WF5 area. (2)

@Plusnet my broadband has been up and down, but mostly down, for over 24 hours. What is going on? No public statement, status page says everything is fine, but thousands have issues. You're gaslighting us
