@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@Plusnet terrible speeds. Constantly losing connection. Really sick of this. Tried to call you and the number listed online says not in service?! Can you please arrange for someone to contact me back. Paying for broadband and using mobile data to send this! Frustrating.

@Sandbach Happy 2 help. U helped me when you were our local AM in Denbigh. I'd been affected by the St Asaph floods. I fled my house in the clothes I stood up in. No ID. You helped sort out my broadband, when Plusnet were grossly difficult, so i could get my life sorted again. So gratefulx

@Plusnet hi, yes i’ve already rang a few months back to tel you that it’s not a troubleshooting problem and we’ve tried many times to troubleshoot and it gets us nowhere

@SapAud Afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way in regards to the femtocell service being discontinued from the end of the month. Have you contacted Plusnet to see what options are available? I fully understand the service has been useful at your address. -Neil

@Plusnet I'm stuck. The router you sent is borked, the BT hub router backup I've got can't connect because I can't supply a PPPoE password. I can't reset my password because your pw reset link service isn't working. I'm about to miss an important meeting for my JOB

@EE Hello, It isn't about 'feeling' that way - what else are we supposed to do? Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.

@InCockKneeToe @Plusnet Plusnet are complete kunts. They refused my cashback card on sign up claiming the offer didn't apply to my account. Their complaints service was v long winded so I gave up, which was the intent.
