@plusnethelp Thanks for NOT letting my part-sighted 80 year old mother keep her email address. Your agent said he was filling out a form to request it be kept, but someone decided she was not worthy enough. So Plusnet should be hanging it’s head in shame. Poor service

Every time we see a BT Openreach van in the road, you mess our phone and broadband up as well. Rip the whole road up and start again please! We’ve zoom choir meetings in 3 hours and keep using this excuse, makes us look so bad. @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp

@Plusnet I arranged to switch to your network last weekend. Yesterday I got an email telling me that my SIM is now active. I'm guessing I should have actually received it by now, right?

@TalkTalk I am sick and tired of speaking to so called tech experts who have to run line tests every few months. The issue is always the same, disconnected and then reconnected to the wrong port. This is the worst ISP I have ever had. Sky, BT and Plusnet never had issues.

@Plusnet Suddenly no internet. Phoned custo services. Told engineer would visit next day 8am and 1pm. I had to take morning off work. Waited 5 hours. No-one turned up. Customer services told me my compensation for this is £25. This isn't enough. Very unhappy.

@TheRegister Worst parts today include automatically pushing up price after minimum contract: customers should phone retention team to get a sensible price, else migrate to, say, @Plusnet (or a quality supplier like @ZenInternet for business service - the price does not jump at end contract.)

@Plusnet for the sake of a few £, lost my contracts x6. Cutting the nose to spite the face? Marketing 101: unhappy customer will likely tell 20 others, my personal mission will be telling 2000 others! You are the weakest link, goodbye.

@Plusnet still haven't returned my money to me. 5-7 working days was supposedly the earliest they could return it. It's been 14 days since the first complaint. £270 stolen from me and my children. See you in court for emotional damages!!
