@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

heads up literally NEVER sign up for @plusnethelp @Plusnet it is truly THE worst customer service i have ever had. charged me incorrectly for THREE months in a row, and have now cut off my internet and i cant get into my account to pay my bill that ISNT EVEN LATE

@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@Plusnet Hi, i have a issue with my boardband. The connection is slow and is never the speed it should be. Not happy about this and just been issue since i had it and when i have called customer service the sort the issue for a few days and then it happens again.
