  heads up literally NEVER sign up for @plusnethelp @Plusnet it is truly THE worst customer service i have ever had. charged me incorrectly for THREE months in a row, and have now cut off my internet and i cant get into my account to pay my bill that ISNT EVEN LATE

  @TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

  @ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

  @ClareQ12 @Plusnet Never had a problem with Plusnet in 20 years except when we moved house and had to wait for a landline. Customer service has been great, and speed is as promised - otherwise you can get recompense.

  @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

  @BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

  @Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but I’m already installed and have a router…this is surreal

  It's now been over a week without broadband and still no confirmed fix time. According to Plusnet, Openreach don't even work on problems over a weekend.Not good enough! @Plusnet @WeAreOpenreach
