    @ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

    heads up literally NEVER sign up for @plusnethelp @Plusnet it is truly THE worst customer service i have ever had. charged me incorrectly for THREE months in a row, and have now cut off my internet and i cant get into my account to pay my bill that ISNT EVEN LATE

    @TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

    @ActualJoEdge Think plusnet are owned by bt but you speak to someone in the uk if you have any issues

    @Plusnet has the be the most unreliable service ever, I thought @bt_uk was bad, wish I’d never switched over. 8 times today I’ve lost internet.

    @MartinSLewis EE are just as bad. I was migrated from Plusnet on a cheap deal but it's gone up over 280% in just two years!!

    Help please I've got a Plusnet modem plugged into a Linksys mesh router with three child nodes but the WiFi signal isn't fantastic and is a little fragile for a large house. Any recs for replacement router/mesh system or even modem/router combo replacements?

    Well @Plusnet since upgrading to Full fibre the service has gone downhill. What is happening? So many hours of total blackout this week.

    @Plusnet my broadband is up for renewal but why is it always cheaper as a new customer? It's the same every year. Can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere.

    @Plusnet one of your advisors has just rung me, I haven't aske to be contacted by phone. He was unsuccessful, tried once ,so will ring tomorrow, or i can ring him as he's there until three pm... I.dont need to be rung, just answer my. Complaint via the ticket raised!!

    @Plusnet what's the latest on your broadband outage?, this is ridiculous, being told 7pm on the 27th at the earliest which is shocking. Im sure if I didnt pay my bill you'd want to know why. It seems BT openreach dont work weekend's and your happy with that, not us lot 😡
