@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@Plusnet It has suddenly rectified itself it has never happened before, obviously an issue with plusnet as when I tried to login it kept coming up with an issue.

Dear @Plusnet - seems you've known about the "change payment method" being broken for YEARS now, and have STILL not done a thing to fix it. I may just cancel my Direct Debit since you can't be bothered to fix it so I can pay you. Broken on on Edge, broken on Firefox also.

@Plusnet Iv have a contract that runs for the next 16mths. However you only provide FTTC as you are locked to the Openreach network. Other ISP’s are now able to offer FTTP (much faster speeds) in my area. Am I able to exit early without penalty? There is no date for Openreach.

@Plusnet we are on day 12 of not being able to contact my family or attend teams calls / interviews without using a coffee shops wifi. Are you trying for some sort of awful service award???
