@Plusnet hey plusnet, our broadband has been terrible for weeks, supposed to get between 18-21mbs download speeds and we consistently get no more than 13, sometimes less. Impossible to work from home!

@Plusnet Hullo, received an email offering a Jan Sale "deal", but if I click the links to order it, it thinkgs I'm a new customer. And if I click to sign in as an existing one, it removes the offer. How do I get it? Do I have to phone to approve it?

@wevegotwheels We're with Vodafone and they seem to be best here. Plusnet were dire and there are constant service drops on sky and virgin going by the local fb. Are you on their top service - it might be worth checking to see if they can improve.

@RunninOnEmptee Sorry to hear that. It does often feel the good customer service goes out the window once you've signed up! Im with plusnet and they've been good so far but if you've had issues before guess you'd be wary to switch to them

@minniebirch They are all pretty much the awful same Minnie,we we're originally with BT but when it went down, they left us without internet for 6wks hence I left, My parents tried Sky & Plusnet and Sky treated them disgustingly, Plusnet only bucked up when threatened with legal action ? 🤓

@Plusnet doesn’t do your customer service review score any good when you threaten to use debt collection agencies on the first payment request letter you send. £22.01 and this after you let your side down with poor internet reliability for 18 months 😞
