    @Plusnet Fed up with you telling me that I had to stay with them until 2021, charging me £30/month when I can get same service for £24. Never got a contract saying that I would be bound until 2021.. I just want to leave without penalty. Now the joker said £200 fine for leaving.

    @trussliz @BorisJohnson @trussliz We have fibre up to the house but not connected !!! Does that mean we have to wait until 2025 All my kids will have left home and their #education will not be helped !! My work is already affected with such slow broadband from @plusnethelp @Plusnet

    @Plusnet Waiting over 2 yrs 4 my compensation but Cowboy CEO will not pay this Cowboy provider answers 2 nobody and will fleece new victims every day, do not become their next victim. 2 wks No service=no compensation=No reply from CEO=Zero customer service. Avoid Plusnet Cowboys!

    Seriously the service by @Plusnet is atrocious ... held on the 📞 for 1 hr 20 mins then when someone did pick up they put the phone down! Is this how you serve your customers!

    @dieseljack3 @plusnethelp Exactly Jackie! I had the same thoughts just this week. Not only have I found their Technical Support to be useless but some of the agents have an attitude problem. This is the second time I’ve been with PlusNet & less than impressed with their customer service. Nothing’s changed
