    @Plusnet Hiya, i signed upto your Broadband service on the 12th Aug. Im still waiting for the router to arrive and as you can imagen with the kids off school we really need internet!!! Could you let me know who can i contact to chase this up please?

    Man I have never had such bad service as I have with @Plusnet . Internet on 16th Aug? Try Sept 15th! Just lies and broken promises everywhere. Avoid

    Living in a rural village it is really disheartening waiting for @Plusnet to get out & sort out internet issues. Pretty sure it’s the phone line causing the issue (first reported over 2 years ago & ignored after engineer came out & agreed it was hanging low) now a real issue. 😡

    @Plusnet I activated the Plusnet Call Protect feature last week but when I dial 1572 to access it, I get a "this service cannot be connected" message. Can you please advise?

    @AndyWoodturner Oddly enough, we were with Plusnet for years (they were proper reyt local like). No problems until that bunch of muppets bought them and slowly started breaking everything…

    Now we have no internet our mobile signal is patchy (3 have just told us they are working in area so it’ll be bad until tomorrow) so are basically cut off. Tomorrow will be the 3rd working day @Plusnet so it’s not looking good, is it? Big legal meeting next week online too.😬😥
