My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Jason (@btc8500) reported@Plusnet I’ve spoken to the team and they told me to change the channels on the router but the problem is you don’t actually supply hardware with the capability to do the speed over Wi-Fi. So unless I buy an adapter to my phones and tablets the speed is POINTLESS 😱😱

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍
