    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    @BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

    @Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

    Absolutely shocking customer service from @Plusnet Been trying to cancel mobile for a month but apparently insecurity to get through is my fault for not staying online in queue for hours or trying all day every day.

    Champions League - 4 goals in first 12 minutes I think. Missed them all though thanks to useless @Plusnet service and waste of money BT Sport subscription. Only one mobile phone on in the house and got fibre. Can't wait to get away from Plusnet - avoid at all costs

    @Plusnet since 8th June mates mum has been unable to receive calls. Mates mum is having to shield. @Plusnethelp are not taking this seriously and fix it despite the fact this is a 79 year old lady living on her own. Disgusting

    @plusnethelp Hi, the initial contact was with the support team and the support team told us they would be in touch with a date for an engineer which didn’t happen. As it happens we’ve now left Plusnet and joined Sky broadband

    @bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

    Plusnet. Well where do I begin. The worst Broadband supplier out there!!!! Changed companies 9 days ago. No broadband, customer services are almost impossible to speak to. 3 different stories from technical team. I want to cancel my subscription but they want a cancellation fee!

    6 weeks on getting an internet connection after moving house is driving me nuts. @Plusnet messed up so we changed to @BT_BTBROADBAND. They've botched our connection and can't guarantee a fix before 30 Dec. I'm paying to use my phone as a hotspot. No streaming etc. over Christmas.

    @Plusnet totally shocking service so far installation done wrong been eating all morning for an engineer who has not showed and a recorded messaged on your phone number saying you are too busy call back tomorrow not amused!!!

    @virginmedia So I've now given up....spent all day yesterday trying to sort this out...numerous hours wasted on hold. Will now cancel and go back to plusnet. Horrendously bad customer service
