    Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! πŸ™„

    Champions League - 4 goals in first 12 minutes I think. Missed them all though thanks to useless @Plusnet service and waste of money BT Sport subscription. Only one mobile phone on in the house and got fibre. Can't wait to get away from Plusnet - avoid at all costs

    @Plusnet Hello, can you find out from your end what has caused my router to disconnect at least 3 times this morning, eventually restarting itself and now is completely red? Yes I can restart it manually but I am concerned about the frequency of the issue today. Thanks

    Hey, @Plusnet @plusnethelp people. I have fibre broadband with you guys specifically for watching movies (Amazon Prime). But I'm getting such slow speeds from you, it's ruining my viewing. The speed I'm paying for would be nice, gents.

    @BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

    @Plusnet - Please tell me that things are going to get better? I just upgraded and all I get is errors connecting like my connection wasn't and is not even an upgrade. Rollercoaster.. very you and down.

    @Plusnet ....charging Β£230 to a 90 Yr old who has had to go into a care home due to alzheimers. Yes we have asked to end the contract early, but surely due to the extenuating circumstances you have some policy in place to help our elderly. @alzheimerssoc @ageuk

    @TheEddChina @Parky1919 @Plusnet @plusnethelp I have to say I've been with them for 18 years, and any problems I've had with the service have usually been down to Openreach, or the crumbling local infrastructure. As an IT consultant I've dealt with many other ISPs, most of whom have had similar issues.

    @Plusnet Been a customer for years. Moved to Full Fibre this morning. Now problems!! Not Internet cable sent. Need Internet and mobile for health reasons. I'm deaf and Kelly (Open Reach) send guy who mumbles with heavy foreign accent! I want my Internet back please πŸ˜₯

    @Plusnet two engineers came out to fix my neighbours phone from Open Reach and now we don’t have our landline anymore as the work was done here
