    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    @bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

    Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄

    @BSLterplife @weebitchilly Plusnet have got a good reputation. I think it is the router letting you down. Powerline are good - only if your house electrics are wired up correctly and in good nick.

    @plusnethelp Hi, the initial contact was with the support team and the support team told us they would be in touch with a date for an engineer which didn’t happen. As it happens we’ve now left Plusnet and joined Sky broadband

    @Plusnet since 8th June mates mum has been unable to receive calls. Mates mum is having to shield. @Plusnethelp are not taking this seriously and fix it despite the fact this is a 79 year old lady living on her own. Disgusting

    Now sitting on hold with no indication of where I am in the queue, or how long it'll be..... I miss the old days when @plusnet were good at customer support. Now they give an impression of not wanting to talk to you. If only I could get @toobbroadband where I am!

    @Plusnet We have a terribly unstable connection and despite informing you, it remains unresolved. I have 2teenagers who are being disadvantaged further by your inept service. They cannot participate in their home learning successfully due to your poor service

    Pro Tip: Don’t use @Plusnet. Their fibre optic broadband won’t even load a 3-minute video without it buffering and you can’t get through to their support team. Pass it on.
