For days now the connection has been poor, about 20mins a time untill it cuts out and stops working. I joined plusnet because I was told it had real people on customer support. Ofcom rules state that if a provider makes a change to your contract that is of "material detriment" (meaning it makes you worse off), they must allow you to leave the contract early without paying a cancellation fee.

Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'
