Woke up this morning with really poor WiFi from @Plusnet. Never had any problems before today. Anyone else having a problem? Noting will work via WiFi? Even my Google chrome won't play the radio it's that poor? Not good

Plusnet is absolute dog ****. People moan about Virgin, we have Virgin at home, never a problem. We have Plusnet at work and I reckon honestly it's down more than it's up.

@Plusnet I just want internet in my bedroom im disabled and spend a lot of time upstairs but all this is driving me crazy the router hub 1 is powerful enough to send a signal upstairs..so deffo need another router tech guy said

@TalkTalk Nonstop issues with my internet since June and today either no connection or less than 2mbps speed. All you say is it’s the exchange but I never had ANY issues with plusnet here for over two years! This is costing me the earth in mobile data packages

@Plusnet Nope couldn't do it so still at square one ..I've spoke to a guy today he said the new routers should be out soon so I'm going to hang fire ..and he promised il be priority for a new hub which should fix the problem he said
