For days now the connection has been poor, about 20mins a time untill it cuts out and stops working. I joined plusnet because I was told it had real people on customer support. Transferring sensitive data (email archive) without explicit permission is a huge violation of data protection act. I'm recommending you compensate your customers before legal action starts.
