@Plusnet do you guys actually care about customers or is it easier to just change provider ASAP? Tried to contact you many times but the phone just gets cut off when on hold. Shocking service

@Plusnet Any idea what's going on with your service? The WiFi keeps cutting out numerous times a day and even numerous times an hour. All day yesterday it was doing it and once again the same this morning. Getting quite annoying now

Any news yet @Plusnet because your service is becoming embarrassing now and your customer care is pathetic. Is anyone gonna reply????

  • BuryCasual87

Is anyone else having problems with plusnet ? For days now the connection has been poor, about 20mins a time untill it cuts out and stops working. I joined plusnet because I was told it had real people on customer support. Turns out I was wrong and the usual automated nonsense

  • Consumer4You
    Wanga-unLimited (@Consumer4You) reported

@Plusnet We've been told that we must renew by 8 March but as you are dropping phone service on broadband we will cancel instead. Will the account and bills lapse if we do nothing? Thanks

  • ClarityBristol
    Clarity Copiers (@ClarityBristol) reported

Anyone else experiencing terrible customer service from Plusnet? I was under the impression that they were one of the better broadband companies but obviously I was wrong having left my 84 year old mother with no connection for almost a week. @Plusnet

  • villanews11
    Dan (@villanews11) reported

@bt_uk how do I cancel my contract as I dont want to renew due to plusnet doing it cheaper

  • MarkTWIC
    Mark Crowther (@MarkTWIC) reported

@Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

  • DrGladimir
    Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported

@JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

  • bagpussforeva
    Charlotte (@bagpussforeva) reported

So... for the 2nd time in a week @Plusnet @plusnethelp have not got back to me after promising to do so to resolve an account complaint. I'm officially bored. Do I really have to make 8 calls to resolve a very simple issue. 9th looming...

@Plusnet are Openreach coming today to fix fault? The engineers came yesterday and found the fault. It was caused by the is pavement being dug up and wire cut. They have identified where the break is. Openreach have said you have to contact them, Ofcom rules.
