@Plusnet Thank you Samantha for your reply. Frustrating situation apparently not helped by problems with your website. But I think things are as sorted out now - as well as they will ever be. Kind regards Ian 👍👍👍

@GeekByteUK Welcome to my world of Plusnet, they tried sending out a "new" router that helped a little bit, switching to vodafone in a couple of weeks as for less than what I currently pay I get a better router that includes backup 4g if it has issues

It took @Plusnet 4 days to "Pick and Pack" one of their standard routers after ours was knocked out by lightening & left us with no broadband or mobile. FOUR days! Lack of emergency service lets them down badly. Perils of dealing with a challenger brand? #plusnet #broadband

@Plusnet useless customer service. Just called with a simple query - was put on hold for more than 25min by someone who sounded like they rather not be helping customers and maybe WFH.

@englishgirlm8 Phone £50? If it’s a landline you should change to PlusNet. It’s £25.99 a month for unlimited high speed broadband and includes landline rental. PlusNet is owned by BT. Service is excellent. 100% UK call centres and my broadband speeds are 3x faster than with BT.

@patrickkincaid I stick with BT because my broadband is super-reliable and I like the TV bit that comes with it. But we have PlusNet at the shop, never had any problems. BT customer service is soooooo bad.
