@o2 terrible experience since switching over from Plusnet to 02. Four weeks without being able to receive business calls. 3 promises by 02 tec support it will be fixed within 4 hours. Nothing. Turns out it’s a split port issue but I had to find that out from Plusnet tec support!

@WeAreOpenreach Our family has had their mid term break absolutely ruined either trying to ring plusnet so they push openreach, dealing with no broadband, rubbish mobile signal and running out of mobile data... please get your finger out of the proverbial and work with plusnet to get us online

@WeAreOpenreach Complete Bulls**t!! We moved to plusnet with Openreach providing the service and we're on day 10 of openreach not playing ball..... absolutely disgusting...... keep asking for 48 hours to fix the problem and they even feel out with plusnet manager trying to push it!!

@Plusnet your coverage tracker is useless. Firstly it does not recognise Xiaomi or Redmi in the device drop down. Secondly it tells me that in EX8 2QG I will get good coverage inside and out, simply not true, I barely get a signal and then it drops out.
