@Plusnet your broadband speed has been poor this week. Currently getting about half the estimated peak time speed and it's not even peak time. 20Mb below the minimum guaranteed speed too.

@Plusnet Thanks for getting back to me, the service appears to be back on. It was definitely a plusnet fault, had it confirmed by customer services yesterday. Not being able to receive calls or texts to my business phone for a day and a half is unacceptable.

@Plusnet Tried everything...sim card out...and in another phone..tried divert..called many times this morning. I have 3 accounts..they will all be with another supplier by Friday. Terrible terrible service.

@basher5000 I've been with plusnet twice and they've always been brilliant, customer service is really good and no pressing options to get through to them, UK customer services too which is always a plus.

Hey @Plusnet y'all having any issues in the DE55 area? I'm getting less than 1mb down at times. Resetting the router works for a short while, then it's cutting back again
