@domandcats @plusnethelp Cancel while you still can! Plusnet aren't worth wasting your time with, the strCustActivationDate error is absolutely indicative of the quality of the rest of their product. Best of luck getting a reply!

@Goldilox1969 @Plusnet Plusnet is crap thats why. Mines been like it for two years, no apology, no refund and I'm off to BT. They aren't interested in customers or the service they provide. Crap company, Crap servoce, crap broadband.
