    Hey @Plusnet my internet speeds are really poor recently. 4.4 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up. Streaming videos is virtually impossible. Please assist!

    @accessstratford @Plusnet @OpenreachHelp Just trying to have a speed I can work with when creating short films. It took three hours to upload one for a friend (usually about 10-15 minutes). Trying to watch films is laughable - just constant Buffering, although you can watch fuzzy moving images at low resolution!

    @Plusnet Plusnet is a mess at the moment.... No communication between departments and can't even send me right bill after I upgraded my service, so I ended up overpaying my bills... Another issue is that plusnet by mistake disconnected my broadband without letting me know and

    @virginmedia I actually don't know, sorry - I just know I'm still paying for it and am on contract so can't leave without paying a massive disconnection charge (£273 approx, I seem to recall). The new buyers of my previous address have installed Plusnet so they're not using my service.

    @mrsdavisdaniels @Plusnet I also have spent 70 wasted minutes on the phone with 3 calls and no answer. I have also messaged on Twitter and still yet no reply/response to my issue. I am a brand new customer and very disheartened. It says award winning customer service?

    @Plusnet hey there. We've just moved house & were told our fibre broadband would be connected (you've cut us off early). Broadband isn't switched on and the guy I spoke to didnt ring me back like he said he would. Annoyed that you're still billing me but not providing a service
