Now an issue where it won't work at all and I have too wait 5 days for an engineer!! With a disabled child who relies on Internet as a sensory calm! Not good enough.

Todayβs engineer M group for OpenReach couldnβt get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?

My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerβs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
