@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet Had the same issue with bt and Vodafone. Except there was a month between off and on. They say it's a simple switch, so people assume that's true. But it isn't.

@Plusnet Might take a look..oh no i cant because @Plusnet ceased my service in error snd wont do a goddammed thing to restore it. Instead i have to wait for the 'upgrade' some time in the future - next update which will inform me of further delays, due Oct 5th. Bloody useless disgrace

@slightlybored13 It looks like a Plusnet sim only might be the way to go - uses the EE network which I'm on and know is good, but is less than half the cost for more than three times the service.

@OpenreachHelp Hi @OpenreachHelp we asked @Plusnet if they could escalate and they’ve just said 7th October is earliest you can sort our internet. I appreciate they’re your customer, but nobody would leave us without water or heating. Why is no internet acceptable for that long?

@Plusnet Haven't been able to receive or make calls/texts for over a week now. Others in area report similar problems (on EE and Plusnet). How can I find out what is going, for how long and compensation? Thanks

Looks like @NOWHelpTeam are just as rubbish as Plusnet. Further issues to activating my mum… how hard can this be?
