so my @plusnet broadband goes down.. @plusnet say I should plug my modem into the BT test socket and leave it like that for 2 days. 2 DAYS without internet... what will I do.. well probably sit on my phone and tweet about how bad @plusnet are at fixing things.

  • lukbut Luke Paul Buttigieg (@lukbut) reported

@Plusnet My query was left unanswered. My service is being activated tomorrow and my modem was not dispatched. It was marked as dispatched then the order was cancelled! What is going on?

  • stephenknight33 stephen knight (@stephenknight33) reported

@Plusnet shocking company - why are you forcing me to phone you up to cancel my contract! Why can't I do this on line from my account. Oh and you're not open till 10 in the evening either.

  • Fibresurf FIBRESURF. REAL HONEST BROADBAND FROM DEVON (@Fibresurf) reported

@joelycett Was with Plusnet mobile. No working service for 2 years but still billed. Plusnet sent numerous sim cards that did not work. I eventually just cancelled the direct debit and stopped paying them and they then set 2 different debt collectors on to us

  • itsTheShley Ash (@itsTheShley) reported

@PtrSsb Really solidifying the fact that there is no objectively 'good' ISP out there, I've had no issues with plusnet, from a mere broadband standpoint, but I know that hasnt been the same for you/others. I'm gonna switch ISP once my contract is over (as everyone should).

  • RadventureDave It's Dave Yeah? (@RadventureDave) reported

@Plusnet How can I escalate a fault? Broadband keeps dropping and upload speed is unacceptable at .3mbps. Speeds dropped in January and service has been poor since.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@RadventureDave Hi there, sorry to see that there's been an issue with your connection for so long. I'll be able to help out with that, could you get back to us with your username please? - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • mcbazza B:\a.zza (@mcbazza) reported

@Plusnet Qs: for you: (I'm guessing you use OpenReach). If OpenReach were doing planned works in a customer area, (a) would you be notified and (b) would you pre-warn those affected customers?

  • cambrianguy Clive Sedgebeer (@cambrianguy) reported

Think I might cancel my switch to @Plusnet not as helpful as they claim to be I am afraid
