    @JessfromW At least with plusnet you can speak to a nice person in the UK usually, who attempts to help, not some evil 3rd worlder who will say or do literally anything to stop you getting an open reach visit (although I've disappointingly got someone from the subcontinent,in the UK, once).

    @Plusnet Already raised a complaint and doesn't seem to be making a difference! Really quite woeful to be honest. Please can you forward my complaint to the Ombudsman

    @MikeyCleave @Plusnet When I talked to plusnet about this they always said that there was no problem but I couldnโ€™t talk to openreach directly even though they werenโ€™t solving the problem. After weeks of waiting I ended up with a faster speed with Virgin at a cheaper price.

    Dear Sky, Your customer service is rubbish, our loyalty used to matter not any more. As soon as our current contract for broadband is up, we are switching to Plusnet. A pissed off customer

    @Crime_Penguin Using a Chinese router atm but I can't want to have the privilege of spending 240 US dollars on an "AT&T 5Ghz PlusNet Router" locked to WiFi 5 and hardware id bound to only support 3 devices at a time
