    @MartinSLewis Broadband with Plusnet for 2 years, this year's quote £15 per month higher than vodaphone.. asked what was going on, told our customer service is better, vodaphone £25pm vs £40 AND vodaphone additionally offered £150 tesco voucher.. Absolute no brainer ! Thx MSL

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

    @Benleo They, Virgin media are terrible. I'm with Plusnet now, wonderful customer service, always speak to an English person in UK, they pick up quick too.

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @Plusnet Hi. I've had a letter saying my broadband and phone service will be transferred to EE soon. As there is not fibre option (only copper) how is this going to work? Many thanks.
