estevΓ©n (@superpaddiepads) reported@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever Iβve had issues with Virgin itβs never been a UK call centre Iβve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.
