    @Plusnet I rarely have signal to recieve calls in my home on my mobile. I can often make calls. Is this an issue that is going to be ongoing?

    @Plusnet you have left us 10 days without internet. You promised to connect us today, confirmed in writing. Yet we just get passed from one call handler to another, with no follow up and have spent hours on the phone. Shockingly bad customer service.

    @JamesStant @bt_uk I used Plusnet since they took over Metronet in 2005 and although under the BT brand once again they operated as a separate company, I never had any issues with them. Customer Service on the few times I needed it was excellent. I only left because I ca only have fibre from Virgin

    @dsue1441_re I use Plusnet. I’ve had no problems and get a cheap SIM deal through them.

    @Plusnet so far no luck ! call agin to ask for an update… an engineer booked to bless the line tomorrow. almost 4 days wasted on this entertainment.. if this line not upon running by tomorrow 13:00. I would love to know how to cancel such substandard service.

    @Plusnet Plus, as I keep explaining, the speed alone isn't the problem, it's the fact that in a matter of minutes it can vary from below 5Mbps to over 50! I just want, need and expect a consistent service, as I've had from all previous ISPs.

    @Plusnet Hi Jess, you're at least the third member of your team to ask this! We seem to be at an impasse because I don't think it's reasonable to expect me to use a wired connection (it's not the 90s!), but you guys refuse to acknowledge there's an issue if I only use WiFi.

    @Plusnet Terrible broadband. It gets disconnected several times a day but on the service status website there is no mention. I sorely regret switching over.
