@mmetcalfe Firmware is out of date. Plusnet don't allow auto update but push out an update on request - which I have done. All device drivers up to date. ISP are aware of issues.

@Plusnet third day no mobile service. Got through yesterday on to *** but no response. I am disabled and need mobile service for my safety among other things. PLEASE HELP!
