@Plusnet I tried replying to the open ticket and it says inbox full. Tried calling and over 10 minutes wait. Sorry but this is too bad a start so I'll just cancel my plan.

@Plusnet hello! Last week I phoned to say I wanted to stay with your service - now I have a load of texts from you telling me my installation and router are set to happen/arrive - but Iโ€™m already installed and have a routerโ€ฆthis is surreal

@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever Iโ€™ve had issues with Virgin itโ€™s never been a UK call centre Iโ€™ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust

@Plusnet will you be answering the phone by 20.00? Or will I be disconnected as per voicemail? Is there an overall problem with the internet with you?

@NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Havenโ€™t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

@Plusnet @bt_uk It's been reported on PN, BT and EE forums now but there seems to be a regional issue with your GGC cache (specifically affecting some in the North West / Wales and Midlands) When Connecting to rr5---sn-cu-cime7 and others there's a bad initcwnd that lowers speed

@DeviateDefiant @MoneySupermkt Go to Plusnet. Didnโ€™t realise how **** Virgin broadband was until we switched. Great speeds, no dropping out
