@Plusnet Hello. How do I contact you regarding a home phone not working? There is an 0800 number provided but obviously I can’t use my phone. Is there a “landline” number for from a mobile ?

@theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.

@Nemesis3000 Best in the area for us is plusnet tons of people I know are on them. Better service speeds and when there is an issue they actually sort it

@Plusnet There is a known issue on EE but we have had no info from Plusnet. No info on your website either. It is supposed to be put right by this evening but it has taken much too long to fix

@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.
