    @MartinKPearson @Plusnet 33 without service 10 of intermittent. Can't say I am delighted, nor that they have done me proud. Time to move supplier.

    @Plusnet I am sorry but this email issue is beyond a joke now. We use your service for our business and this is now costing time and money. We still cannot use our emails and we use a client as you have been suggesting.

    @Plusnet is there anyway to get my reward as Iโ€™ve missed it by a few days? Didnโ€™t realise I had to claim it, assumed it was automatic. Iโ€™ve already had to fork out for a new (non Plusnet), router as the two youโ€™ve previously sent have never work properly.

    @Plusnet Just been informed that Plusnet are no longer happy to support my Fibre to the Premises and that I should move to BT when my contract runs out in January. Thanks Plusnet, I really feel valued as a customer.

    @Plusnet Thankfully my messages have both been sent now... We use an email client and messages are a bit unpredictable but seem to get through eventually... I was just relieved to find out that it wasn't a problem with my phone...

    @Plusnet This hasn't worked for me. I have two email clients on different devices. Neither are working. Both tell me to sign in and when I try it tells me my password is wrong. I tried to set up a different client. It told me it couldn't connect to the server.

    @Plusnet hi, my internet is so slow I'm having to tweet this complaint using data. It's about 0.5bps on average. And this is after waiting two months to just be connected. What can you do? Not being given the speeds promised at all.

    @Plusnet @HowardJEvans Hi, the complete lack of meaningful information about the email failure is appalling!! Messages every 12 hours with no meaningful content are a complete insult to your customers. Someone needs to make a full statement about what has happened and if/when service will be restored.
