    @Plusnet Done this several times over the last few weeks and the problem still persists. Robots and no humans. Disgraceful service. Already put in place moving to another service.

    @LozzaFox We had max 12-14 mb/s from Plusnet. I was paying ยฃ44/ month inc tel line ( no mobile signal either) Starlink I get 100mb/s for ยฃ35/m and VoIP for phone ยฃ4 Itโ€™s the way to go !

    @Plusnet I want to know why my restrictions haven't been lifted on my Broadband wifi. I paid nearly ยฃ50 yesterday for a service I'm not getting.

    Absolutely ridiculous, actually non existent service from Plusnet. They pride themselves on their customer service but they cant provide the actual wifi service! Dont have any solutions and are only friendly when they can solve the problem.
