    @Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?

    @TackJompson @JamieGBarry I just cancelled. **** dancing with these pricks. Nearly same speed with Plusnet and their call centre is in the UK. Cheaper as well. Never going back to Virgin. Theyโ€™re so bad Iโ€™m moving my O2 contracts when they expire as well.

    @NtantuNow @virginmedia Switch to @Plusnet . Havenโ€™t had a single outage in 2 years sine watching. With Virgin it happened twice in 6 months of joining lol

    @Plusnet any chance of resolving my issue. Your company took ยฃ22.99 for a new account from me. No account created and long wait times each time I ring getting passed to other teams. Over 40 mins so far. I simply want a refund.

    @Plusnet Are there any issues in ST7 with service? My router light is orange & when I try & connect on my phone I get a msg that hub 2 manager now requires a connection

    @Plusnet Disgusting practice fining my 91yo mother for cancelling her phone service early due to moving home for health reasons. No sympathy shown by your staff either. Cold heartless company.
