Listening to the phone line through a handset it was all static. They had to dig up my garden and some of the street as the wires to and from my T bar had corroded. Good luck.

McGeorgeOfTheJungle (@McGeorgeOfTheJ1) reported@Plusnet Yeah this happened after in game a remote signal from plusnet forced my router to restart, when fully restarted trying to log back in resulted in problems at that point, and the logs of the router showing data from the EU datacentre being blocked. Lets not shift blame shall we.

However, the point I was trying make was you have our mobile numbers, why haven't the Support team sent a text message of informing the affected customers? This I would calla VERY GOOD Customer Service!!!
