I realise everyone has different experiences, but I cannot rate the @Plusnet customer service highly enough. Efficient doesn't come close. (Here's hoping this tweet doesn't jinx it!)

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@brianwinteruk Hi there Brian, that can happen if someone calls but then hangs up before leaving a message. If you give the number a call from another line, leave a quick message then delete it that should clear the issue for you. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield.

@scousepower_19 @virginmedia I’ve had Plusnet for years. Customer service is first rate as well

  • mrmumbl35 Jamie mccrory (@mrmumbl35) reported

@lumynosyty @EddyThomas1997 I know I'm late to reply but openreach and virgin are the two main physical network providers for the UK. In my previous tweet I state that BT's 33% market share includes EE and Plusnet so yes I am aware that their bandwidth is provided by BT

  • Shurawesome Shura (@Shurawesome) reported

@Plusnet Whoops! Forgot all about that. I can never fault the Customer Service with you folks!

  • HeroVoltsy ⚡Voltsy⚡ (@HeroVoltsy) reported

@Plusnet we are still waiting on our router. service started yesterday....

  • lucyrh Lucy (@lucyrh) reported

@Plusnet My internet is down again. North Yorkshire. Tried calling unsuccessfully last week. Not a happy customer!

  • the1retreat Mike Gilbert (@the1retreat) reported

@Plusnet Still extremely angry that Plusnet insists on charging an early termination fee given the appalling broadband experience I had with you.  Why credit my account for poor broadband delivery then insist on a charge to leave after 2 miserable months ?
