@Plusnet Appalling service from you #Plusnet. My elderly, recently widowed Mum has just switched to a new provider and you are refusing to allow her to port her landline number to the new provider. She is worrying herself sick about it.

@Plusnet 3/x Because apparently they are ONLY for new customers, so current customers have to sit with rubbish tech and have problems for the last year or so, with very little being done about it, except swap connections at the exchange and send out countless openreach engineers.

@Plusnet Rubbish old BT router and uses old technology so 25Mbps slower than Vodafone broadband over same lines. I was told I should be glad it wasn't an even capper service.. BT company, so don't give a toss about the customers.. Cheapish, but same old crap really..

@Plusnet hi, I've just order a sim only contract with you. I've received a text saying you are completing my port request. The new SIM has not been received and I have no network on my phone...

@bristolren @bt_uk All communication providers be that BT, Sky, EE, Plusnet, TalkTalk, Virgin media, Zen (list goes on) will only be able to provide a digital (Internet based) voice service from 2023 and everyone moved off the current PSTN network you are on today as that is closing by 2025

@docsa2021 Probably Plusnet but there’s loads. Most phone providers now offer Wi-Fi, you might get a good deal if you’re already a customer:

I’m not saying they’re not trying, but I’m REALLY having issues with my @Plusnet #broadband service. Probs all over Christmas. Engineer came on Monday - thought he had it sorted. But no. Second time lucky tomorrow? Really irritating 🙄
