    @Plusnet It might be that you have to follow me first before you can DM. Be advised that already I am not at all happy with the customer service and that's even before I've been set up. You have my money and I want to know when I will be able to get connected.

    Only a couple more weeks left of being a @Plusnet customer, While I've not had any issues with them what so ever, Except me struggling to pay the bill on time on a few occasions (like now), It's definitely a company I would recommend, I may return to them one day. :)

    @Plusnet Having some very unusual broadband connection drops today. Can't seem to hold a connection for more than 10 mins without needing a router reboot. I work from home full time and can't do my job! Frustrated. Please help? 🙏
