    @Plusnet I joined in Dec. Promised Β£150 voucher. Claimed it. Never arrived. Chased to be told u have no record of me claiming & I can't prove claim as done on your website so tough luck out of time. WTF? This is not a "straightforward" way to do business. It is welching! Pay up!

    @Plusnet No emails for days, messages that mailbox full, it isn't. Have I been migrated - no idea as am not receiving messages. This really is unacceptable, how about someone extracts their digit & sorts these issue now

    @Plusnet so I cancel my contract with you 6-8 weeks ago and you now take a new payment from my account today. Then I’m told it’s ok you can have it back in 30 days… wtf?

    @Owramgirl @bt_uk I'm considering Vodaphone if price is the main concern, Plusnet is also on that list. Zen if I decide to pay more for a company that seems more customer focused. All are cheaper than the best offer from BT.

    I swear, having to deal with @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet bouncing me back and forth just to have my fibre order, WHICH I PLACED IN FEBRUARY, fulfilled before MAY, is a layer of customer service hell I did not need. Openreach is organised with the sole purpose of making it..
