@davemolloy @zsk I was wondering about wandering back to Plusnet. I used them pre-broadband and only moved because they were so slow going in that direction. (This is long time ago!)

  • RichStaff1 Richard Llewellyn (@RichStaff1) reported

@eleanor_c88 @Plusnet They have been terrible with my house move and left me with no broadband for over a month now

  • rachk_k RK (@rachk_k) reported

@Plusnet I see the customer Service is as bad as the broadband service!

  • acidmag_uk James Barker (@acidmag_uk) reported

Trying to change phone from @bt_uk to @Plusnet. Plus Net say they can't takeover line due to incompatible "social telephony" & I must ask BT to remove it. BT deny it's a problem and say Plus Net can transfer. To and fro, to and fro. Neither will talk to each other. HELP.

@virginmedia I can’t believe as an employee of virgin you fail to spell Internet correctly, not once but 3 times. I’m going to PlusNet.

  • Lou92Mcdonald Louise McDonald (@Lou92Mcdonald) reported

@nickswimcycle @Plusnet @Plusnet my signal is also down today.

  • Daisy75566358 Daisy (@Daisy75566358) reported

@musicmanleeds @Plusnet It’s a joke, been with them for years, bills never correct. Glad it’s over now.

  • alexis987000 Deeva1 (@alexis987000) reported

@Plusnet @AlixTraynor2 £30 for a buffering service! Nice one. You’re actually voted one of the worst providers in a poll. I’ve had faster dial up. 😡😡😡😡

  • OneFuckedUpGirl Martha (@OneFuckedUpGirl) reported

Plusnet is the THE WORST ******* provider ever. Five days I’ve been without broadband. Five ******* days for a name change. Absolutely ridiculous and I still don’t have ******* broadband.

  • acidmag_uk James Barker (@acidmag_uk) reported

@bt_uk Thank you for the quick response. Tried BT once more (that's THREE TIMES today) and got lucky - the agent understood the problem and is removing the marker. There is a training gap in your call centre, agents saying it was a @Plusnet mistake when it was theirs.
