@Plusnet Hi. I was with three other friends, on various UK networks, and they had absolutely no problems with getting a 4G signal on roaming. Is the reason I only had 2G because Plusnet only has cheap contract agreements with German carriers?

apparently the order was cancelled (though not by me!) last Thursday, but @Plusnet didn't feel the need to update me - if I hadn't rang on any of the days I was due to get service and didn't I never would have known

@Plusnet Hello Emily & Plusnet team, just to confirm that when I arrived back on Saturday eve & my phone connected to the network,it worked for calls for the first time. It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

For now the 3rd time @Plusnet have cancelled my internet installation only telling me on the day it was due to happen - the original instillation date was well over a month and a half ago - awful service do not use
