@TalkTalk just tried to apply for the #FTTP service down in Milton Keynes but says it’s not available but I can have broadband at 0.3mb/s speeds. That’s fine however I’m on the trial FTTP for the last 7 years with @Plusnet. So can you use the same fibre in my premises or not?

@Plusnet please can I pass on I had amazing service from Lidia Duarte after she realised I had a old ADSL router at my new address she solved my problem with my home move so fast and my new router arrived today amazing customer service can’t thank her enough.

@plusnethelp I got an email from you saying that another service provider has told you I am leaving and transferring to them. I AM leaving Plusnet but I AM NOT TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER! Please just terminate the service and don't transfer phone or broadband to anyone else

@Plusnet Please help , My mum's phone line is not working, The Internet is . She has Parkinson's and a 24 hour lifeline to Kent social services, This is now innoperable. Have been on hold to Plusnet for nearly an hour, Online chat is closed, A note there to use Twitter.

@plusnethelp Changing the channel was a terrible advise. Tried it and lost access to the internet for days, only started working again today and back to it’s slow terrible service. As soon as I can get out of my contract, I’m leaving plusnet
