    @plusnethelp Changing the channel was a terrible advise. Tried it and lost access to the internet for days, only started working again today and back to it’s slow terrible service. As soon as I can get out of my contract, I’m leaving plusnet

    @plusnethelp I got an email from you saying that another service provider has told you I am leaving and transferring to them. I AM leaving Plusnet but I AM NOT TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER! Please just terminate the service and don't transfer phone or broadband to anyone else

    @Plusnet is there a cancellation period? I’m out of contract for the last 2 years plus. Or what do I do to cancel as I’ve switched services but technically not as I wasn’t asked if I was leaving an old broadband service for new.

    @Plusnet Absolutely fed up with the constant speed drops and calling cust serv to be told the line is ok and the speed is fine. Only been with @Plusnet since Nov, can’t wait till leave awful service
