    @Plusnet My business has ground to a halt today thanks to your inability to fix the email issue. 24 hours without a functioning email account is unacceptable for anyone, especially a business. “We’ll do you proud” Cheap words from a below par company! Hope you are “proud”!!

    @_Railcards bought digital railcard this morning. Unfortunately @Plusnet email system has been down all day so can’t receive activation code. If still not working tomorrow, is there an alternative means of getting code? Thanks

    @Plusnet Yes, I read your first meaningful update of the day, posted at 3.09pm. And 'some customers' is a disingenuous way of putting it, plus it's not 'just now' it's been since last night. It's bad enough e-mail is down, without trying to sugar-coat it 😳

    @Plusnet @RichardnotatKF @plusnet This is not an update - it’s just repeating what you have said previously. Try explaining the issue and what you are doing to fix it. For example: mail server caught fire - currently rebuilding server.
