But you get the idea :P I worked at the largest internet company where I live, know a big thing or two on how it all operates. there's probably an issue with your COAX, DSL or FIBER. going into your place. it all depends... where..

    @Plusnet making it way too difficult to cancel broadband. No option to do it online so forced to call with mad wait times to get through. Even tried their 'Additional support form' online and it just took my back to my account. Great support for vulnerable customers that 👍🏼

    Plusnet are sending an engineer out tomorrow afternoon, and they better be able to fix it!!! We haven’t even watched Emmerdale today, this is ******* bullshit.

    @mark395625 To be fair to Plusnet, it's not responsible for the network. But it can see the connection dropping like crazy. That would suggest strongly it's not fixed. So why claim it is when it self-evidently is not?

    @Plusnet another weekend, another two days of my wifi dropping out constantly. I’ve gone through the help text service, twice now, and still no difference. It’s gone beyond a joke.
