@Cruzetavia @TalkTalk @Plusnet Heard that before, but apparently the FTTP support is UK based and not outsourced.

@plusnet how do we get hold of you to deal with an issue of data being blocked on a mobile phone none of your contact details are getting back to us?

  • SRWoody23 Susan Attwood (@SRWoody23) reported

@Plusnet I’d rather have internet. Day 7 of no internet service from @Plusnet, no communication, and update I requested from bot (no people available) now says to be fixed in 14 days. I’m in a town of 100,000 people, not a remote corner of the world

  • theNewsfox Newsfox (@theNewsfox) reported

@Plusnet I would like to cancel BT Sport can you help with this ?

  • EatRisky EatRiskyPie (@EatRisky) reported

@Plusnet Plusnet have been amazing I’ve been with you for coming upto 7 years. @TalkTalk told me you were shutting down to panic me into taking their fullfibre package, but because I never received a router, I never disconnected: never had a problem with you! Tktk are billing me though.

@Plusnet @OpenreachHelp The amount of hours I have given to sorting this out is beyond a joke! The worst customer experience I have faced bar none. A complete and utter joke! Fair play to the young man who is now dealing with it who is sticking to his word and calling me back.

  • grue666 grue666 (@grue666) reported

@Plusnet Sorted thanks. I rang customer service and appears to have been content lock that was oddly applied to the account as default.

  • PicaMax Grant (@PicaMax) reported

@Plusnet after our house move on 21/10 we still don’t have a broadband service installed. @Plusnet have told us they’ll next update us about progress on 16/12 once they’ve heard from @WeAreOpenreach #poorservice

  • playwork82 Nicky Pattison (@playwork82) reported

@Plusnet why does it take so long for you to reply to messages or very good. Why have I started to lose signal in my home when I did have full signal please get back to me asap

  • TimMEsports Tim Masters (@TimMEsports) reported

@Plusnet No Mike, sorry, I need my issue addressed, not more 'you'll hear from us soon' messages. Especially as I've already heard that twice in the last two days, and on both of those occasions it turned out to be a lie.
