    @Plusnet your broadband and home phone service is diabolical. Not been working properly since Jan, you fob me off despite hours on the phone, a non working phone line is due to an electrical fault on my home? Plus broadband does not work, I want to leave the contract penalty free

    Plusnet DNS not working.Oh well,not a problem,I'll just change the DNS on their DHCP server.Except you can't...it's all very rounded and pretty, but so restricted that you an't make even such basic changes. So wait for them to fix it, or manually set every device in the house....

    @Plusnet Award winning customer service??? Rubbish. Supposed to be getting installed today by 1pm. Waiting in. Nothing! No contact, no apologies, nothing. Should have gone with Virgin.
