    @hannevaan @Plusnet Tell me about it, press the option to cancel your service straight through, want them to convince me to stay and move house, cant help@put you through to move team, on hold for over 30mins first call got cut off and no one answered

    Always had a great experience with Plusnet, until they charged me £200 to cancel a contract for my mother in law who died recently. I set up the account up in my name because she had dementia. Nice!

    @Plusnet Had a problem with low download speed last night. Question opened and seemed better today but now only getting 2.00Mbps!!! Guaranteed 30 ??!! What’s going on?

    @Plusnet I’m really not happy. Internet and landline still not working. You said back in January you were applying an 18.99 credit to my next bill, you didn’t. Then I spent over an hour on the phone in May and was assured the credit would come off June’s bill. It hasn’t, all lies

    @ellenheathcote Hi Ellen, sending voice notes via text isn't supported on our network I'm afraid but I'd recommend using an app such as Whatsapp or messenger which allows you to send and receive those instead. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

    @plusnet connection has been really up and down this afternoon in Cambridge, maybe weather related? But rather difficult to get anything done or talk to my partner in the Netherlands with it going up and down every four minutes.
