    @MoneySavingExp Contacted @plusnet today to query my bill. Didn't have to wait long on the phone. It was great to speak to a real friendly person who sorted my problem straight away. I was due a refund no quibble completed straight away. Fab experience.

    @Plusnet serious issues this week with broadband. Router is constantly orange - I've followed all trouble shooting and getting nowhere. Tried to ring and can't recognise my choices.

    @clivebell100 @denkmit @btsportmotogp If you're with Plusnet it's either 10 or 15 quid a month and the only restriction is that you can't cancel after one month.
