@Plusnet Hi. My phone line has been cut off for several days now, and I really need some assistance. This is the 3rd/4th time this has happened to me. I’ve tried calling customer services but apparently all your staff are out due to your company thanking them for their work.

  • sehaeney Sarah Haeney (@sehaeney) reported

@Plusnet my SIM card hasn’t arrived but you’ve transferred my old telephone number. As a result I have no service and can’t get hold of customer service??

@Plusnet I am referring this to the Omudsman. Your method of non-customer service is atrocious.

@plusnet, I though talktalk was bad but you’ve lowered your standards to another level. I am begging you, please cancel my crappy service without the penalty considering how terrible you’ve been!!!??

  • Fibresurf FIBRESURF. REAL HONEST BROADBAND FROM DEVON (@Fibresurf) reported

@joelycett Was with Plusnet mobile. No working service for 2 years but still billed. Plusnet sent numerous sim cards that did not work. I eventually just cancelled the direct debit and stopped paying them and they then set 2 different debt collectors on to us

@Plusnet Qs: for you: (I'm guessing you use OpenReach). If OpenReach were doing planned works in a customer area, (a) would you be notified and (b) would you pre-warn those affected customers?
