    @plusnet only provides a phone no for closing account when you can do everything else online. So much for companies making it as easy to leave as it is to sign up. Current wait on phone is apparently 20 minutes. Worst decision I’ve ever made was using this lot and I was a smoker!

    @Plusnet switched over to yourselves as a provider and today was my switch day, I had the confirmation email my broadband was ready to go 2 hours ago yet my router is not turning on whatsoever, been trying for half an hour and no lights are on nothing, can someone help please
