@Plusnet my wifi says connected but no internet/ authorisation needed. It has been like this for the last 2 days. Everytime I click on the hub page is says connection is fine but its not working

Well yet again waited in all morning for our plusnet service to be connected from 8am to 1pm. This the second time they have not turned up. After assurances this time they will be there on time. So it is evident BT Outreach or BT Plusnet are totally incompetent.

@Openreach say on their website ‘Contact your provider (@Plusnet) if they think the issue is with our network (THEY DO), they’ll contact us and arrange for us to FIX IT….. EXCEPT YOU DON’T. Openreach? No-reach.

@Plusnet Not one single day has my broadband been faultless. Today my connected has dropped twice. Some day it’s been into double figures. I should not be charged for this unreliable service. Furthermore IT SHOULD BE FIXED, once and for all!

@OpenreachHelp Done this countless times with Plusnet. Last engineer said he could do no more - like all but one other who was the one who got it working originally after six days of failures. 10 days later it goes down. Last Engineer Conrad gave me a ref No. 39298. Referred 2 second line team.

Anybody thinking of going with @Plusnet do no bother. Been almost 2 weeks with no internet, 4th day of sitting in and waiting for engineers hoping they’ll turn up! Very poor service! AVOID
