    @Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

    @Plusnet Thanks. So for me to answer a request from PN about changing my service (not at my request), I have to incur potentially significant costs as I am overseas with just my mobile phone for next 30 days and will miss deadline. Can someone in support just call me via WhatsApp? Thanks

    I know this won't be news to anyone... but @Plusnet are ******* ****. Stay a million miles away, whatever you do. The most useless customer "service" it's possible to imagine.

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @MadDogBrit Go with Plusnet.... Customer service when needed is MUCH better.
