  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @EE your service is shocking, we were with plusnet, we get told we are now with you, we have tried to sort out where the equipment is, no luck, we try to cancel, and you say we are going to get charged a cancellation fee !
