@Plusnet as a customer of 6 months we now have the choice of getting full fibre to our door but I notice you don't offer this option, why not? If this is not available then I will be leaving plusnet at the end of contract or sooner if my slow spreads continue

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet I had an issue with my landline phone going over to broadband and the guy at BT got it quickly sorted and couldn't have been nicer.

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet Having been through something similar, albeit not as serious, I feel your pain. I've been with BT for years but the past three months haven't been good. Seems fixed now and the customer service was excellent and based in Ireland.
