@Plusnet @plusnethelp I have now contacted you 3 times by private message as I can't get through on the phone lines and still no response, almost a month now! My Internet speed and connection is awful & the wiring into my property is electrical taped together 1m from the box.

@plusnethelp hi Plusnet help. Any explanation of poor broadband signal quality in Birmingham. It seems to get worse when it rains (which is frequently). It's fine for normal stuff but it's starting to affect my ability to work.

@plusnethelp I have tweeted you twice now with no response. I changed my contract with you to get a better speed and since then the connection is awful! I just tested and I am getting dwnld spds from 5.6mbps through to 38.8mbps ( I am paying to get a minimum of 40+) @Plusnet 😡😡
