@Plusnet you’d loose a customer of 3 years rather than offer a reasonable bolt on charge (1st time needed) or change date of a new plan? You don’t need customers in this economic climate? Sure my business will be welcomed elsewhere. Nose/face comes to mind.

@OpenreachHelp Trying to get a new FTTP install unblocked. Originally a Vodafone order - external works completed by OR in November. Subsequently Vodafone order cancelled, reordered from Plusnet but PN say OR can’t provide/no date possible. It’s clearly nonsense. Can you help?

@virginmedia Hi again VM - just trying to cancel my service via Whatsapp. Plusnet being installed on 3/01 but keeping our number. Agent is saying I cannot give 30 days notice until after the ‘exportation of the number’ - is this correct?
