    @ghinzani @BTCare @WeAreOpenreach We get just the same through PlusNet. Drops out at 1630 then in the hour all night. Neither they nor Openreach can fix it. Been going on for years but particularly bad in lockdown.

    @plusnethelp I have tweeted you twice now with no response. I changed my contract with you to get a better speed and since then the connection is awful! I just tested and I am getting dwnld spds from 5.6mbps through to 38.8mbps ( I am paying to get a minimum of 40+) @Plusnet 😡😡

    @MattCarnie I upgraded to fibre with Plusnet who I think use EE's network. It is just me using it but so far its been faultless and Plusnet do have decent customer service

    Terrible service today from @Plusnet and one of the useless companies they outsource to. Offered a £75 reward which expired before we had a chance to activate it. Not advised of the cut-off at point of sale. Still, probably just means more profit for you, right??

    @fkhanage Unless it's virgin, they're all using the same wires. Go with whoever offers the best customer service, whoever is the cheapest or whoever offers the best package... whatever your priority. That used to be Plusnet but that's not the case any more.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Possibly THE worst broadband we have ever had. 1.3Mbps, keeps dropping out, and after 30 mins on the phone gave up trying to talk to anyone

    @Plusnet my broadband is so slow it won't even run a speed test. How did you win customer of the year?? There is no way to contact you so am going to write to ombudsman to try to leave, unless you contact me via this and sort it! Awful. Avoid. Used to be good.
