  @Plusnet They have done nothing but push me pillar too post. One lets me leave the next says no and essentially bullying me in too staying in contract by making me wait 30 days too fix a fault thats lasted 6 months!

  @whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didn’t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for £28m. I can’t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
