    @Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

    @plusnethelp 210533916 this problem has gotten worse. Phone line is fine but broadband keeps failing, becoming a nightmare. If this is not fixed I will have to leave Plusnet as I work from home. Original problem was that the username on the hub had reset to setup@...

    @TheSun @SkyHelpTeam see are in breach just like last week in kent how many more times maybe sell your broadband to BT or Virgin or TalkTalk or Plusnet they never get many issues as you do

    Decent of @plusnet to restore the buttons on their webmail service. Doubtless the withdrawal of all other little conveniences, including access to emails, is a price well worth paying.

    @vantex24 @JohnLewisRetail @zeninternet According to JL, setting up a new broadband/ landline account is "a highly technical issue and so John Lewis Broadband / Plusnet are really the only ones who could address this issue." I wonder who else they thought might be responsible? Still heard nothing after 24 hours 😠
