I only noticed this afternoon as our internet is barely working so I checked my bank to see what I was paying so I could start comparing. 🙈 it seems your better off being a new customer to most.

Simon Flood (@simon_flood) reported@Plusnet Whilst your IMAP servers have never worked well they're really bad now. Thunderbird on 2 PCs (one Windows 10, the other Linux) each with different accounts unable to fetch new email since 25 September. TCP timeout upped to 600 but server keeps disconnecting.

They checked the router remotely and made some changes to my router's wireless channel that might work and asked me to keep an eye on various other issues and get back in touch. Impressed with the service.
