    @Plusnet It’s not good value when you have charged me 7 times for an international call when the call was to a local landline number! I also don’t appreciate having my integrity questioned by a member of your customer service team. Appalling company.

    @shane_dillon @edent Plusnet stating they’ll continue accruing charges on an account I told them to cancel - and canceled the direct debit for - would probably go down like a lead balloon had I bothered to legally challenge them. That’s some shady ****. Specially when their T&Cs indicate otherwise.

    4/4 The end result was that he was so frustrated and embarressed by this attitude that he said he would end the call. WELL DONE PLUSNET,your staff abuse a customer that has cancer that rang you for help. Disgusting!!! PLEASE SHARE ALL WHO FOLLOW ME!

    @Plusnet @BTOpenreach1 broadband down on Christmas Eve! Affecting numerous houses locally according to local Facebook site! 😫 Kids get presents that need WiFi and husband has 2 days off from NHS and we can’t play music or watch TV! Told expect resolution by ... 30/12. 😫

    @Plusnet @Plusnet your service is so rubbish and it's been almost year now you been promising to come and fix but it's all just talk and talk your advisor promised me that u will send an engineer but still nothing and then you closed my case my internet keep crashing and I hate you now

    @johnae111srcou1 @Plusnet I’ve had no connection for 3-4 days. They r saying that an open reach engineer broke something in the box at the end of the street but it seems I’m not the only one whose plus net broadband is down. It’s ridiculous.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet thanks for having a fault with our WiFi service on Christmas Eve so nothing works & we don't have cable TV. Everyone else don't use plusnet unless you want to spend lots of time fixing your WiFi & Internet

    @Plusnet If you make a call to customer care i assume the call is recorded? If so can a customer request a transcript of that call under the GDPR?

    Been nearly 3 weeks now that I signed up with @Plusnet and still don't have broadband. Can't ring CS as apparently they're closed 2 hours earlier than stated. As a new customer the service so far is abysmal.
