  @ScotsValkyrie @bt_uk I pay about £90 with BT, ridiculous amount, decided to make a switch via a comparison site, found a deal half the price but then told sorry you can't have it as BT own EE as you're an existing customer, as is Plusnet. Options seem limited!!

  @Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @Plusnet Your 900mbps is a joke. Wish I had never left @zeninternet . I was on 57mbps service with them and it was faster than your new service we have opted in too. How can this be? To be fobbed of with you should use a cable to connect is very poor.
