@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@ActualJoEdge Think plusnet are owned by bt but you speak to someone in the uk if you have any issues

@Plusnet Issue accessing emails so logged into Member Centre to find a msg saying my BUSINESS account is closing!!! Support say no way to retrieve. No bills outstanding and no warning so must be system error!!! Good job Plusnet!! I do not recommend. Action required immediately.

@Plusnet Hi I have tried to contact via phone the wait is to long . How much notice due you require to terminate broadband contract if it expires 24/2/2020.
