@ActualJoEdge Think plusnet are owned by bt but you speak to someone in the uk if you have any issues

@Plusnet why can I not receive ANY calls on my mobile? One of your operators says there is an mobile outage but NOTHING on your status update !I’ve been waiting in all day for a call from ICU where partner is and nothing but they called 4 times what is going on this is appalling

@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.
