    Absolutely sick of @Plusnet & their constant failure to provide a service. We have had no end of trouble since moving house in Jan. Over a fortnight without service while homeschooling and regular failures since then. Ridiculous that they are still sorting their errors from Jan

    @Plusnet That's a shame as what used to be a very stable line has been poor since April. Those seem pretty low standards! If I had a power cut 3 times in a day or 6 over 3 days I'd be feverishly checking the fuse box. I'll shop around and see if other providers hold themselves higher. Ta!

    @Plusnet my broadband has been down for over 24 hours, I've called the helpline twice and I'm still net-less. I'm having to cancel meetings and losing money as I'm freelance, why hasn't this been fixed yet? I really regret switching to Plusnet, been a disaster the whole time 👎

    @Plusnet Your Internet does not work. Its crap. Keeps dropping after 5 mins. When you have kids self isolating that need Internet for school work and it does not work because stupidly dad moved broadband over to you. Never had this issue with the last provider🤬🤬🤬
