@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@Plusnet Just an update from me regarding @plusnet specifically for @Ofcom about how customer refunds are not issued after 4 months and many promises! Someone please fine this **** show of a firm. Best customer service! What a joke. Don’t use them people.

@xrachelizabethh @Plusnet I completely agree if your in a contract for 18 months then so should the supplier. I have exact same issue and i have mentioned it to ofcom as it’s an industry practice that needs stopping or at least telling you the correct prices when you sign up

@Plusnet Any idea when the mobile signal will be restored in AB53. I know its an issue with EE's end. Lot's of people off power and have no mobile signal so cut off

@Plusnet Please can you tell me the cost of your full fibre with phone calls. As we are not connected yet ( though shortly will be) I cannot find this information as, when I put in my address etc. it states not available. I am a customer of your broadband

Sabitzer is Plusnet internet level slow
