heads up literally NEVER sign up for @plusnethelp @Plusnet it is truly THE worst customer service i have ever had. charged me incorrectly for THREE months in a row, and have now cut off my internet and i cant get into my account to pay my bill that ISNT EVEN LATE

@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

hmmm, @plusnet support just asked for the Nth and Mth character of my login password as a security check. This implies that they store passwords unhashed, right? Is storing password hashes instead of plain text out of fashion?

@Plusnet our devices have full WiFi signal and are attached to the router, but the internet keeps dropping out for no reason for the past week. Generally a router reset seems to make it work again but sometimes it doesn’t come back for an extended amount of time. Hp6 area
