@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

heads up literally NEVER sign up for @plusnethelp @Plusnet it is truly THE worst customer service i have ever had. charged me incorrectly for THREE months in a row, and have now cut off my internet and i cant get into my account to pay my bill that ISNT EVEN LATE

@Plusnet are a disgrace. They messed up an order to transfer over to them as providers. Left us mid week with no internet service for over a day and have offered £5 in compensation. Would you say this is acceptable? when we are all trying to work from home!!

@Plusnet Plus, I have neurodiverse kids, who have sensory issues. An intermittent, unstoppable static noise isn't great for them. And turning off the 5GHz capability isn't a solution. I'm not paying for a service without full capability.

@Plusnet once again you are unable to provide me with the internet speeds I pay for. It's always 15-18mb. Always. Literally the worst internet experience i've had my whole life is the 8 months I've had the misfortune of choosing Plusnet. Absolute disgrace

@eddiecoke Turns out the problem was the crappy PO router. I changed back to my old Plusnet router, logged into the router admin and entered my PO router's connection username & password. Now the connection never drops.

@TalkTalk Had it checked several times but theres an issue with fiber port. Openreach engineer marked job as complete today as Plusnet put a hold on our line (we're switching to them 24th may). We've had the hold removed. Now you are saying you cant get an engineer out for 8 days. Trash.

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met
