@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

@ActualJoEdge Think plusnet are owned by bt but you speak to someone in the uk if you have any issues

@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

heads up literally NEVER sign up for @plusnethelp @Plusnet it is truly THE worst customer service i have ever had. charged me incorrectly for THREE months in a row, and have now cut off my internet and i cant get into my account to pay my bill that ISNT EVEN LATE

@theroyalfactor @Plusnet I can think of one where they insisted you use FB Messenger to contact customer services, then suddenly they can't reply on that anymore so you have to email. Maybe it was to do with all the customers they were blocking on Facebook for highlighting their 8 tentacled shadiness.

@Plusnet are ridiculous. Couldn't fix our internet after we renewed the contract, cancelled 4days into the 14days cooling off period yet now trying to charge us a full cancellation fee! CS are no help, 3 manager call backs requested but not had 1. I'm going to trading standards.

@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

@Plusnet our fibre broadband drops connection at around 21:30ish every night. It usually comes back on a few minutes later. Could you help please?
