the same issue. Is it a known problem you’re working to solve or is this the quality I can expect going forward? Really not a great start to a new service and may need to consider another provider if this doesn’t improve?! 2/2 #plusnet

  • redgers_twit Redgers (@redgers_twit) reported

@Plusnet Not sure if previous Tweet got sent but I'm trying to cancel my BT Sport broadband add-on without a long wait on the phone. Sorry but I'm new to Twitter.

  • MarkSadler75 Mark Steven Sadler (@MarkSadler75) reported

@Plusnet Doesn’t really help sorry. Who do I need to call in order to get the money please. Shouldn’t the money automatically comeback to me. Why should I chase it. Plusnet don’t seem to understand that I have left. Told them three times. If you have a phone number?

  • RebourneThe The Rebourne Identity (@RebourneThe) reported

@Plusnet I'm amused by your "award winning customer service" which in Rosy's case had you saying you'd resolved the case before you had investigated it. While you can't comment on other people's cases, I certainly can, & I'm sure @rosysparkles doesn't mind at all. Shoddy customer service!

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@jared9821 Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear you want to cancel your BT Sport package. We’re not able to cancel here, please call 0800 013 2632 and my colleague will be happy to help. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • tonymc39 Tony McDonough (@tonymc39) reported

My sister was in dispute with @Plusnet over an offer via the @MartinSLewis site they refused to honour - glad to say Martin and his team acted swiftly and offered a resolution, even though they had no obligation to do so. Martin, you are a top man. Plusnet you are the pits.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@99tractorboy Hi Gavin, sure and I'm really sorry to see that's an issue, just to check too were you calling 0800 432 0200? Please feel free to send us a DM along with your username and I'll look into the issue with the missing engineer for you too. - Adam - Plusnet Sheffield

  • frankspicer Frank (@frankspicer) reported

@Plusnet I am now hearing from a friend who has been in contact with @EE that people in my area will not have the issue of no phone signal resolved for another 2 weeks, making 3 in all. I trust that this month's bill will be £0.00

  • DeanDonkin Dean Donkin (@DeanDonkin) reported

@Plusnet new customer as of last week. Why does my internet signal keep dropping numerous times during the day, devices losing connection, streaming services buffering/quality dropping. Also impacting on our working from home. Seems like many other customers are tweeting with 1/2

  • Laurence_Hurst Laurence Hurst (@Laurence_Hurst) reported

@Plusnet In that thread PlusNet says you still have that information: “We will still have sight of it as we measure it through a tool called Capacity Based Charging (CBC) we're simply getting rid of VMBU and as such the customer's ability to see their own usage.”... (1/2)
