So 14 days after raising an issue with @Plusnet explaining the exact problem and directing them to the solution. After 1 no show @Openreach aborted visit. The second engineer actually listened and solved it In 39 minutes. #shitshow

Zen Internet out again, I was working on my site, turns out there are works outage again til 6am? That's it, I'm going back to Plusnet 1st chance... Many hour outages every week because of 'maintenance' is not acceptable. 6 1/2 hours last time. Might.complain to the Ombudsman.

@Plusnet Please send an engineer out so I can use my broadband. I’ve tried everything to get you and @OpenreachHelp to send an engineer and no one seems to care about the issue at all. 24 days without any internet connection and counting.

@OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.
