@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@ActualJoEdge Think plusnet are owned by bt but you speak to someone in the uk if you have any issues

@Plusnet Not when you need to contact them via text or reply to a text concerning an ongoing incident. Why is it not in your network when organisations such as @UKPowerNetworks use short form to contact users in the event of an emergency?

Hi @plusnethelp @Plusnet I renewed my contact - all exactly as before. I was sent a new hub. I’m trying to connect but everytime I’ve put in my password it goes to the hub manager. It say its connected, the light is blue but still not going further than the manager. Please help!

@Plusnet Got a new Hub Two router a month or two back, and having lots of issues lately with devices' connection to WiFi regularly dropping out (e.g. Google Home and TV). Any advice?

I am sick of this now, I am paying for full fibre and getting no fibre. Sort this out @Plusnet I want compensation as I can not use my internet to stream any tv. Should never have renewed the contract last month. It has been useless. I have sent DM like asked.

@Plusnet hello, someone was supposed to activate my internet today but they didn’t come out. I got a text that my phone service is active, but that’s about as useful as toenails on an earthworm. When can I expect internet service?

If ur in the UK never go to @Plusnet as your ISP, we swapped 2 days ago and our internet still isnt on, we were told that it was going to be instant They told us an engineer was going to come today between 1pm-4pm to fix it, and they never turned up, we called them again (1/2)

@Plusnet the customer service gives false promises of the date and providing call backs to update me but that never happens. If I didn’t hound them myself I’d have to wait a whole month. I’m extremely stressed my mobile data is about to finish what am I supposed to do?
