@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@ActualJoEdge Think plusnet are owned by bt but you speak to someone in the uk if you have any issues

Do @jlandpcustserv @Plusnet know how very poor their WiFi help is!? Spent many hours trying to get through to speak to someone. If you’re moving house don’t bother with them. Waited 3 weeks for transfer.
