@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

heads up literally NEVER sign up for @plusnethelp @Plusnet it is truly THE worst customer service i have ever had. charged me incorrectly for THREE months in a row, and have now cut off my internet and i cant get into my account to pay my bill that ISNT EVEN LATE

@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

@Skog200 So glad you are back, hate it when people disappear. Bt are the pits, swore never to go back to them after they claimed we had renewed contract when we changed, we hadn't, and charged us hundreds. Plusnet belongs to them so they are out too

2/2 connection providing an interim connection for when my @Plusnet contract ended on 16th Sep. Despite agreeing to this over a month before it never happened and I’m now paying the extremely high out of contact price. Despite trying to contact @anlx multiple times no response.

@Plusnet when the internet goes out the night before you need it for uni stuff and you know that as you aren’t the account holder there is nothing you can do to get help. Hope it is up and running by the time I wake up otherwise I’m doomed!
