@TalkTalk is officially d worst company n worst customer service in d whole world.This is purely for my experience of waiting for engineer to connect my new line. Customer service agents rescheduling my appointments without consulting me.Happened twice. I'm going back to plusnet.

@ActualJoEdge Yeah exactly the problem we had,Think plusnet are in Sheffield and always helpful and know what you are speaking about if you need to contact them which we have done once in 5 years

@mbga_uk I use PlusNet. They're probably no better or worse than any other, but their call centre and support is excellent, especially on their mobile phone side. I'll be sticking with them.

43 days now without phone and broadband Plusnet tell meOpenreach have to much work have not got an engineer available you would have thought after 6 weeks they would have found one after continually telling people are working on the issue what a load of lies

@plusnet I sent a DM, I tried ringing 3 times last week (on hold for 40 minutes each time), and I’m STILL waiting for my refund of £107 which was due to reach me on Friday 2nd December! Is anyone there? @ofgem can you help?
