I have now been billed for the out of contract rate, very poor service for a loyal customer of yours.

If anyone is interested in joining plusnet then PLEASE DO NOT - regardless of how cheap it is - customer service is appalling

I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.
