Shocking from @Plusnet , cutting off the internet just because a customer has said they want to leave, people working from home now aren’t able to because of this! Piss poor from them and highly recommend people stay away

@Plusnet avoid this company! Utter scam!! Won’t let me cancel after experiencing their product within the first week, threatening me with extra charges. Not happy

  • jillywincho Jill Winchester (@jillywincho) reported

@Plusnet @Plusnet if you’re part of the BT family why do I have pay £200 of charges to go to BT when your service doesn’t work? Also asked to throw away the modem or sent it back- surely there is a more green way of re-using modems. #poorcustomerservice #daylightrobbery

@rach0907 Recommend EE as they do have the best coverage, try to use one of the other providers who use the EE network as EE is very expensive. Plusnet, Asda, Virgin use EE
