    @Plusnet Question 249155549 I’m not returning it.  Please charge me for it if you want. You never told me to return it when you sent me it. It is too old to refurbish and not a very expensive item. I feel insulted by this requirement you are burdening me with. Just charge me for it if you want. I have paid you a lot and you are trying to waste my time. Nicholas

    Call me old-fashioned (I’m certainly old) but when your email and broadband service provider doesn’t respond for days of email outage, one might be inclined to think it somewhat rude, particularly having been a customer for THIRTY-TWO years. So, @Plusnet get your act together

    @Plusnet i have router 2 but it is not allowing me to name each ghz which causes issues to a firestick outside, its set to 2.4ghz which makes it slower, but the cameras need to be on 2.4 ghz so i cant turn 2.4 ghz off

    @Plusnet our internet went down this morning and apparently you can't get an engineer out until Monday? My husband and I both work from home. We need this fixing as a matter of urgency. Cant someone come out over the weekend please?
