    @Plusnet @Plusnet internet down - again. Any particular reason for the outage? According to yourselves, there's no issues, even though down detector has multiple PlusNet internet issues from all over the UK. ST20 area.

    @ClarkQuadGirls @Plusnet Both arranged by Plusnet. This has been going on for months. Last contact over a month ago when they agreed ro register a complaint. No further contact from them, breaching both timescale for resolution and also failure to acknowledge the complaint. But I can't break contract????

    @Plusnet It's not the router/internet that's the problem. It's the mobile signal that's the problem.

    Yet again disgraceful service from @Plusnet STILL not supplying agreed speeds so in breach of contract. Also in breach of their complaints procedure by not only failing to respond in timescale, but also not even acknowledging the complaint. But I can't leave cos of contract???
