    @WeAreOpenreach My supplier @Plusnet keep getting the same answer. I’m now 2 engineer visits down and still no further ahead & waiting for our 3rd after the last one said all fibre cables were correct. I have to take AL for each visit so I’m looking forward to the same story tomorrow. Useless.

    @plusnet common carrier and network shaping in the Liverpool area. I can get bbc iplayer but itvhub is practically unwatchable. Are you network shaping and testing out common carrier changes?

    @Plusnet Is anyone out there?Last week I completed a form on the Plusnet website to report that I was having trouble claiming a gift card,i was notified that I would receive a reply within 36 hours,I am still waiting.I am not at all happy with this lack of support Teresa

    Money greedy .. everyone's over here going up by £3.. @PetsatHome hay now £5, @Plusnet extra £3 which is going over limit of set money i have going into debt meanwhile @EE greedy bleeps going I know let's add £7.50 .. talk about making money out of a bad situation and its not

    @Plusnet But that's my point, Mike. On 24/2 the call centre never mentioned the possibility of imminent rises. I'm not disputing the validity of the rise, just that you appear to have deliberately omitted that information to secure my custom. A disappointing start to our relationship
