    Moving to plusnet today for mobile SIM card. Great deal, loads of data and mins etc. Number being transferred today old provider confirmedโ€ฆ only issue is no SIM card here from plusnet yet. Come on Royal Mail clowns get my post to me on time for a change.

    @Plusnet Iโ€™ve been advised that my switch to broadband is delayed .. but cannot get through to the customer service 0345 number. Help & so far not impressed!

    @Plusnet still trying to get an update on my broadband activation date. You seem to be ignoring emails and tweets so not sure what I need to do to get a response? Cancel my contract?
