    I’m not saying they’re not trying, but I’m REALLY having issues with my @Plusnet #broadband service. Probs all over Christmas. Engineer came on Monday - thought he had it sorted. But no. Second time lucky tomorrow? Really irritating 🙄

    @JL03MOO @garethadams @Plusnet To the cabinet, yes, not to the customer! Don’t tell me, your mobile phone has fibre internet too because the mast basestation has a fibre backhaul!

    @Plusnet ,the agent who tried to help me was very sympathetic. But he just could not get a manager to speak to me. I'm a network engineer, I know the fault is not with the line or router. I need this escalating so I can work. #poorcustomerservice

    There was a slight hiccup but this was sorted out quickly. Top marks to @Plusnet and their customer service team. Mum, who is in her 80s, says they have always looked after her very well. 2/2
