    Woop woop lunch time tomorrow all being well. Should have full fibre broadband courtesy of @CityFibre and @juicebroadband A bit nervous, plusnet FTTC has been incredibly reliable and "fast enough" more is better right? 200Mb up AND down for Β£10 a month less is hard to ignore!

    @plusnethelp Hey Plusnet. You have archived one of my mailboxes and left an email in there saying "please contact our support team by raising a ticket using the Help Assistant on our website". Would you like to give me a clue as to where that is, cos I've been looking for 20 min.
