Zain Ali (@ZainZAli) reported@Plusnet Hi team new customer, original sin didn't arrive activated replacement sim earlier today, was told it will be up and running in 2 hours around 4 to 6 pm window, still no service. I rang tech support, got through to someone at 19:59 but the call dropped.
