    @Plusnet Hello - router unable to connect to broadband for almost an hour. Have done tests and nothing worked so submitted support request online. How long til someone gets in touch as I have an online meeting later I need to attend?

    @Plusnet my broadband just came back on at 1.15am so that's a downtime of about 1hr or so. Still can't raise a line fault on your website as undergoing maintenance. Strange how broadband suddenly stops and then restarts in this manner. 😐 Never had issues ever until this month.

    BTW I’m not a BT customer nor I downloaded Zoho Assist-Customer app from AppStore. I am with @Plusnet who may wish to look into this. @plusnethelp

    @Plusnet Hello, thought I’d tweeted this but can’t find it! We’ve got no internet in Yeovil, has been confirmed as a legit issue but no timeline for a fix given. Can you help? Need to know if I need to find a diff wfh location today! Cheers

    @SamanthaQuek @BritishGas @BritishGasHelp I bought myself out of Sky mobile contract, was awful. No signal at place of work & **** slow even when I had one. Went to Plusnet, fantastic service 👍

    @Plusnet Where can I find information on planned outages or actual outages. Please don't send me to that Joey status page, that's always green and hasn't reported anything in 63 days ;) My FTC service went down at midnight last night, did not return until 6am.

    @Plusnet terrible wait time 3wks+ to obtain a new connection from plusnet. Stay away from "the best customer service provider" You will not receive your internet even after chasing every freaking day. They will put your issue on hold and off hold without taking action. STAY AWAY!
