@OwsWills @Plusnet I wouldn’t have Sky but do have a NOW TV subscription for the footie - I cancel out of season & then they give you lots of discounted offers to rejoin :-)

The @Plusnet customer services people help as best they can, trying to find alternatives, but BT WiFi hotspots aren't strong enough in my flat. I've already racked up quite the mobile bill using extra data. I resign myself to having to wait until 23rd March.

This is appalling support from #PlusNet Just had phone call from PlusNet support who asked me to send screenshots of speed tests. As stated previously the wizard link sent does not work. Pathetic

number of calls each day. Such rubbish customer service - get it sorted @Plusnet @plusnethelp - not good press for you when I have to tell so many businesses and individuals the vicarage phone number has changed - and why! Get it sorted!

So I called @Plusnet & said I think there's been a mistake. Their customer services people are always easy to talk with, & they said yes, so sorry, that's an error, we'll get that removed & it won't come out on the directdebit. Sorted. Cut to the day before the directdebit's due
