@plusnethelp hi received an automated call re internet disruption not Plusnet I promptly hung up. Hub was interrupted twice this morning but never went offline please advise as I dont think it was genuine please advise

@chrishallrides @virginmedia The only way you can "negotiate" a lower price is to cancel. Not threaten to cancel, you actually have to cancel. Then they ring you back with all these amazing deals they couldnt offer before. I gave up after 12 years and moved to Plusnet.

@Plusnet You've just sent me an email thanking me for being a long term broadband customer, advertising a cheaper rate.....that is only available to new customers! Not quite sure I get your logic there, it's flagging that I might be able to get a chapter rate, but not with you!

@Claytoncast @ThreeUK I went from being an O2 customer for years as customer service was shocking lots of problems and deals expensive to Plusnet. Fab deals great customer service 👍🏻

@Plusnet Yeah. My New Years resolution is to switch to a new provider as soon as my plusnet contract is up. Ideally, a new provider whose router doesnt have to rebooted at least three times a day ! Shite.
