@Plusnet your website is broken. The bottom menu is all that appears after initial loading is done.

  • lhogg01 Leo Hogg (@lhogg01) reported

@Plusnet Hi need to cancel my contract as I am moving away. Nobody is answering the phone. Should I just cancel the standing order?

  • Maribellmouse Marianne (@Maribellmouse) reported

@xkatie_morganx @allyw222 @Plusnet Another 3-4 weeks!! ****** I’ve been waiting a week already with no data or texts and it’s been really difficult! So many affected and they just aren’t doing enough to help.

  • Leslemcee Weightogo (@Leslemcee) reported

@Plusnet Forget it, anyone thinking of joining @Plusnet, unless you’re happy to lose your number. One week and counting, they have no idea or info on when this tech issue will be sorted, or how to give me a PAC to go elsewhere for an actual mobile service.

  • helensurridge32 Helen Surridge (@helensurridge32) reported

@Plusnet you owe me money. You send me a link to add my account details which doesn’t work as I’m no longer a customer. 35 mins on hold to get an answer from someone who then hangs up on me because i said what a rubbish system it is! You owe me money!

  • MCMLXXXIVCLXI -..-._._-._:-_._-.-__-._:-._ (@MCMLXXXIVCLXI) reported

@Plusnet Dear Plusnet, I can't get hold of you to pay my bill. My lanline is down, and your restrictions have blocked me to your site.

  • Spheron1 Edward Dore (@Spheron1) reported

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk TalkTalk were (understandably) rather annoyed as the line was still within the minimum term. I somehow managed to get it stopped (this was under the old switching rules) but Plusnet we’re too incompetent to work out how they had done this and fix it, so they ghosted me instead!

  • carlheaton carl^ (@carlheaton) reported

@Spheron1 @Plusnet @TalkTalk TalkTalk: "It's not possible to have more than one service at the same address, so you must have agreed to transfer" (absolutely does not say anything of the sort). Me: Orders 900/900 via CityFibre/Pure while still on hold and will cancel talktalk within the first 30.

  • Spheron1 Edward Dore (@Spheron1) reported

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I ended up having to cancel the Plusnet order and went with Zen instead. Not that they were much better in the end as they weren’t able to do basic troubleshooting of congestion on their own network.

  • Maribellmouse Marianne (@Maribellmouse) reported

@EmjayRox1 @Plusnet Same issue here! And they still are not warning new customers! It’s shameful!
