@Plusnet home internet down for the better part of a week, router setup correctly. Spent ages on the phone to customer support and it did begin working this afternoon, but now it's gone again. Help. Please.

@Plusnet Thanks Emma, I did and your representative was pretty awful, displaying no empathy for my situation and repeating things I already knew at me without listening to me at all.

@Plusnet any idea on if/when you plan to offer 5g and WiFi calling? I've just got a shiny new 5g phone and want to be able to use 5g. I've been a loyal customer for many years but might have to switch to another provider if there is no roadmap for 5g and WiFi calling?

@Plusnet I need to cancel my contract and am not willing to call you to go through your sales pitch. Please advise what information you need in order to cancel my contract. Ps it's ridiculous that an Internet supplier does not have a direct way to contact them online!!!

@Plusnet I’ve been trying to solve a problem with my 4G while roaming abroad. Speaking to plusnet support they could not offer any help at all. They did suggest everything that I had already tried. I can not raise an issue now that I’m back in the UK.

This is the standard reply from plusnet customer services when they cannot be bothered to-ensure fairplay to customers Hi there. Thank you for your message :) I've checked your account and can see that the reward expired in February this year. Unfortunately, this being the case

@Plusnet Hi, can anyone please help?? We have had no internet for over an hour. It was fine earlier, but it now has a solid orange bar and the occasional orange B comes on at the bottom? No service issues in our area as far as we can find out.
