    @Plusnet Ok this makes more sense, 2021 yes, not a few weeks ago - that was not communicated by the person I spoke to, they never said 2021 - I was looking for emails from two weeks ago.

    @Plusnet Hi there. I live in Carway, Carmarthenshire, UK and I've had poor if no mobile signal for coming up to a week now. I have two phone numbers/SIMs with you - same issue with both. Could you provide an update on when the signal will be back please?

    @Plusnet Of course. But why should I have to? It's frustrating. Compare to something like the iPlayer log in, or Pinterest, with a pop-up box..those are not cluttered with poorly placed and spaced eye-clutter. It's an accessibility issue.

    @virginmedia Internet down twice within 10 days & over 24 hours to reconnect, never had this problem with plusnet!

    Had to switch everything of (not the plusnet obviously) Bunnies and Meatloaf was a very complex issue.

    @Plusnet Not had an in-contract increase until now. CPI plus 3.9 is not transparent since inflation is an unpredictable variable and unfair as it makes the service more expensive in real terms as the contract progresses. It’s becoming something of a scandal the regulator should attend to
