    @Plusnet I phoned one of your operators and they said its a known issue and affecting your Network, no one can get incoming calls? Can you confirm this is correct and should you not put this up to tell ones? Also how can I tell when fixed?

    @Plusnet my internet has been running super slow for nearly 2 weeks now. All my settings have stayed the same, it just runs slower. Is there any issues with your services or do I need a new router

    @Plusnet I am no longer able to receive incoming calls since I changed contract , I have had to turn off 4g and back to 3g where it works ok , with 4g on calls are going straight to answer machine , is there a fix for this ?

    @Plusnet we live in a 24Hr world , people use internet services over 24hrs , yet you have a 12hr service - are you suiting yourself ? .. or the customer ? .. not suiting me , I’m a customer !! ..
