Sodding Plusnet. They used to be a good company. I'm going into debt because they couldn't connect me up at my new address after conning me out of a months payment when i had no service. Never been in debt in my life 😠 This is the bloody BT effect. Had dealings with them before.

@Plusnet All we really need to know is are there still issues affecting Plusnet customers in the west Norfolk area, yes or no, and if so, can you please give an estimated time to fix the problem. But you just ask for my username every time which I can’t provide due to circumstances.

@Plusnet can you tell me how long it's going to be before the mast on Bellemont Road, Frodsham is functional again. I'm told it's been out of action since Sept '22 & is the reason my mobile signal is so poor & at times non-existent

@MariaCostello Good luck with Plusnet! I complained on Twitter to them once and got a missive from BT management asking me to remove the Tweet as Plusnet were their partners. What should have happened is that Plusnet customer service should have got a kick up the backside from their ‘partners’!

@Plusnet I’ve tried on multiple occasions and every time I’m either promised something and it’s not done or the agent doesn’t help! This has been going on since October and before and quite frankly I’m angry and fed up. I fear the only way to get my money back is via the courts!

@Plusnet a month on from cancelling my contract you are still saying my landline is with you, and it took nearly a month to respond to my last message. This is simply not good enough and you're charging me for a service I've already cancelled.

@Plusnet factory reset firestick as home screen available still thinking it would fix it now won't connect at all!!! go to login into website password etc incorrect after changing it now what to do, WiFi is so bad like what is wrong with it unplugged router etc still the same 😒
