@NKrankie Plusnet all the way, prices are right, it's reliable, tech support is English and I've only needed them once in 4 years, I was previously with Virgin who are ****!

@Plusnet @AerosolSHIELD Think Plusnet should concentrate on fixing their terrible customer services and my vulnerable Aunt’s email address which they cut off since 20 August. My Aunt ha been told lies since then to say they will fix it so she gets off the phone. No manager will come to phone to help.

Rob O'Neill (@EconNewsH) reported
@Plusnet called customer services about broadband and was told I'd get a call back in 5 mins. That was 15-20 mins ago and not the first time your customer service team have ghosted me like this.

@Plusnet why is my internet terrible since switching to you? Moved from a rock solid talktalk and had constant dropouts since. I thought talktalk were supposed to be terrible and plusnet decent? I’m seeing the opposite. Constant disconnections, weak WiFi and the router is ancient

@Plusnet Having the only possible support as Twitter is not the way to go, Plusnet. Useless chat-bot, phone hold times beyond the patience of mankind. Removed the ability to create a problem ticket. It's a real race to the bottom now.

@Plusnet WTF. Yet again your internet is failing, my connection has disappeared and I bet it's not just mine locally, seems to be nothing but problems with your service, yet you still expect payment! How about I start paying you like the service you provide, intermittently?

Pureblood-Jason (@fantom4) reported
@NKrankie PLUSNET is decent and no issues and sometimes they even pay you to join almost with a £50+ pre paid credit card after so long with them. When I joined I got £70
