@MoneySavingExp Switched from Plusnet originally £30ish became £40+ after 12months due to line rental contract mismatch. Broadband good, WiFi useless and customer service awful (how did they get their reputation?) now Vodafone £24pm, no complaints!

@MoneySavingExp Moved from Plusnet+BT, to IDNet. Costs me an extra £4 a month but the quality / speed / stability / access to support is worth it. It's not always about saving money..

@joe__ratcliffe @Plusnet Have you checked your router logs? You can log into the router via the IP address 192.168.1.254 the login details is on your hub. When you log in go to the last tab, troubleshooting and then event log. I have a feeling it is nothing to do with your wifi. Check for problems. 1/2
