@Plusnet absolutely gobsmacked how my Dad a new customer of yours has been treated. Been without Internet since the 14th of February, keep lying and not even calling him back. Absolutely amazes me the awful customer service. #poorcustomerservice #plusnet #newcustomerdontcare

@Plusnet worst service ever. Port still hasn’t happened which was due on Wednesday and now told operations closed until Monday. So might happen next week .. but we won’t call you back so you can spend 40 mins on hold if you wnat an update. Wow!
