Visiting friends in Hertfordshire ( @carolJhedges ,) and absolutely no signal on my mobile for 24 hours, which I put down to being on train, then indoors, but no signal at all. Anyone know about any plusnet outage?

My wifi is at 2004 dialup speeds, and before I can access tech support from Plusnet, I must: - Plug in a landline phone (which I do not have, it's 2021) - Plug in a different router (why would I have 2 routers? ) - Connect to a test socket (again, do not have this)

@Plusnet Hi, Thank I tried this, it works for a while then promptly reverts to cannot connect and a the process is repeated. However, I managed to stay on a bit by sharing my wifes password which is exactly the same, and this seems to have broken the loop!

@Plusnet We’ve heard the same thing so many times and yet we’re still in this position. We have no faith in the company whatsoever and so unfortunately we’ll continue to tweet about the awful service received until the WiFi and landlines are up and running
