@Plusnet Plusnet Mobile deliver poor service, Moved my daughters phone to them, they sent me another customers SIM, cut off her phone, sent her on her first holiday since 1st Lockdown, 120 mile drive , 2 young children, no phone! That’ll do Plusnet…..Really

@Plusnet Openreach have installed a fibre to premises duct in our street and cut our phone in the process. According to them I should report it to you. It has been over a week without phone or internet access which I require for my business and for medical reasons. Can you help.

@Red_Amber @LadyKalma @Plusnet Was a plusnet customer when i lived in the UK and they were almost hilariously stupid about pretty much everything. Would not recommend signing up with them, it's not worth it and this just gives their ineptitude a malicious bend.
