    @TalkTalkGroup tell you you’ll get an Amazon voucher but don’t pay out. Then their customer service is the absolute pits. I had plusnet before and never had these problems @virginmedia were the same price too. As soon as I can I’m going back to them

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp is there an issue in RG45 area? Second time today WiFi has gone down, can’t connect to broadband. Tried everything and still can’t can’t connect.

    @Plusnet Hi my internet has been down again since about 2pm with no sign of it working. Happened on Monday too but seemed to resolve itself after a while, unlike today. Can you look into this please.

    @MillieWiller If you’re going with BT, try Plusnet, it’s a BT company, but often a lot cheaper, plusnet always top of the customer service surveys too.
