@Plusnet please help!! I've had a total mobile blackout since this morning, no signal or data. I can't make any calls and I need my device for work and personal use!

@billykayscot In a poor signal area where I live. Plusnet suits me fine

@billykayscot I switch every year to get the best deal. Basic package, not fibre. Pretty much I bounce between Plusnet and Now broadband. Now have some bad reviews but I've had nothing but good service from them. My speed is always worse with Plusnet. Now have free calls too.

Interesting that @Plusnet but my wifi up to £47.99 a month without warning once my contract was up but now I’ve cancelled they can suddenly offer me a £25.99 contract for the exact same service. A cuntract if you will.

@EE When you discontinue your femtocell service, you are going to lose at least one customer from your @Plusnet arm. I have relied on my femtocell for 12 years as there is no usable signal without walking a hundred yards from my house.

Paul (@RobanRoid) reported
@parami @VodafoneUK I used to have Plusnet - they were okay but a bit unreliable/slow service at times. Have been with EE for a couple of years now, in 2 different places, and they've been great.

@sir_frankuk @Mexico1978R @virginmedia Don’t sign up to anything with the Virgin branding. Talk Talk is equally dire as is BT. Good talkers but if things go wrong not only are you on your own they will make it much worse. Ironically, Plusnet which is owned by BT has great customer service and telecom engineers.

@jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk Just renewed with Plusnet. Super fast Unlimited Fibre package for £21/month. 3rd contract with them and had no previous issues 👍

Billy Kay (@billykayscot) reported
Do twitter folk have favourite Broadband providers. My Plusnet contract runs out soon and swithering whether to renew. Been ok generally. What’s Vodafone like? Had bad experiences with BT.
