@IanWLee23 @Plusnet We are still missing a day’s worth of emails - around Wed 10th Nov. Is it right that there’s no prospect of ever getting those back, as we’ve been advised by Customer Service? Husband now shakes his fist at TV every time your advert comes on!

It’s nice to know there is some good customer service out there. Just had a lovely call with @Plusnet who without fuss put me onto a BF mobile deal really friendly customer support, @SamsungUK could really learn from @Plusnet !

Anyone else having problems with Plusnet? Last week we had problems with email...now resolved. Yesterday and today, issues with wireless connection with TV and Smartphones.

@Plusnet Hiya. I haven’t tried yet. The issue is intermittent so I will have to do it at some point. I did follow those steps when I first switched to Plusnet and it helped. Is it correct that I have to repeat this? Thanks.

@Markgsparrow Don't ask the price, ask if @plusnet can keep even the simplest promise. A reliable router is damning with feint praise, if a box of plastic and metal is the best thing about them I've got a really pretty box of nails which is as much use as their customer service.

@Plusnet I need to ask a question about your deals, I’m cancelling my contract with Vodafone due to bad customer service, I will be losing that line on 25/11 so wouldn’t have a phone or broadband to provide for when signing up, will this be an issue with signing up to you guys?

@Plusnet If you actually billed correctly it would have been paid!!!!!! How many years was it paid on time without fail???? Your staff consistently failed to deliver, wrong amounts, router return label still not sent?!!!
