@Plusnet Hi Ela. Thanks, I’ve seen that. We’re waiting on @OpenreachHelp to sort out the delay but this really is appalling. The updates are basically useless. They just kick the can down the road week after week. Can we at least get an idea of when we’ll get connected from them?

@Plusnet internet is honestly the worst internet provider I’ve had. Internet constantly cutting out, so constantly having to use own data.
