    @STEcopywriting I don't have fibre as not available in the area yet, but I'm moving away from BT to John Lewis (Plusnet). It's the same package but at least I'm paying half the fee for **** broadband

    @Plusnet Total blackout at 4PM yesterday, called C.S. and advised there was a problem and not could do nothing about it, informed it may be fixed by next Tuesday? Nonsense service especially when trying to WFH so asked if they could supply a 4G modem like BT does? was told NO

    @Plusnet It’s not my line, it’s my mother’s, she says nothing is working and I can’t remote connect to her router or the NAS I installed so assume the FTTC is down. I can’t DM you the details though as you don’t accept DMs.

    @STEcopywriting Don't know what it's like now, but when I used to work for BT, we had all kinds of problems as TalkTalk would half-arse installations and the whole phone line would have to be yanked out. PlusNet have been lovely. Ours isn't as fast as the Virgin, but customer service is ideal.
