Outrageous customer setvice from the broadband team at @Plusnet and on twitter still cant get through on the phone keep getting fobbed off when I do get through. Luckily the @plusnet mobile team were great and sorted me out with some more data.

@MrAlgolagnist @Plusnet Probably related! I really dislike that BT bought Plusnet, I wish they had remained independent. I never had any issues until BT bought them out :(

@OpenreachHelp Thank you Paul. Unfortunately I don’t think Plusnet work weekends so we don’t have a telephone or internet for the weekend or part of next week until the process is followed and problems fixed. I’d there any way of hurrying the system up? The problem is intermittent & ongoing!

Very disappointed with @Plusnet leaving a vulnerable 90 year, with lifeline on her phone with no service or comp date after a house move. Impossible to get thro to advisors or be offered any help so trying all avenues for her

@ConstableChaos @OpenreachHelp I had that when the previous residents ended their contract with BT. Took 30 days for openworld to flick the switch back so plusnet could activate my line. Terrible system, why does it need to be set on and off, especially when a reset is registered before the close command!
