Hands down, worst customer service experience ever. #Plusnet owe me over £100 in credits but can't process their own billing service so have restricted my broadband until I pay £20. Which I have done - just in order to keep WFH etc but I will be leaving them as ASAP. Inept.

@Plusnet Update: Just been told that the issue has been going on for weeks and that I need to sit tight... As a new customer, I am really not impressed and don't think I will be recommending @Plusnet to any friends/family.
