@proceeeding Plusnet last time I was with them had Yorkshire based customer service which was an actual godsend. There are benefits to BT considering their relationship with Openreach but maybe swerve Sky and Talk Talk

@BBCWatchdog @MartinSLewis I applied to @Plusnet for broadband nearly 3 mths ago due to their customer service boast 4 people promised on their life to ring back but never did inc. the Twitter help After paying circa £100 for a survey? They now want an extra near £300 to go ahead

Big up @Plusnet and @plusnethelp had a slow connection, tweeted them, they sorted it within hours. Plus it was my fault it was slow anyway due to me messing with router settings. BRILLIANT SERVICE 💪👍

@Plusnet hi ive had my router for nearly 5 years now and the WiFi keeps cutting off, devices say connected but no Internet - do I need a new router or is this an issue in my WA4 area, I work from home and need it working reliably ASAP
