@joteddyuk @dvla @Plusnet And the funny bit.. Used the online service to re-do the application yesterday This time it picked up his passport photo so only needed a picture of signature. Got an email today saying his provisional will be here in 3 weeks :)

@Plusnet i had issues with my broadband on 23rd September. Was promised a new hub and my compliant to be escalated to a senior manager within 5 days. Neither have materialised. The service from plusnet is shocking.

@Plusnet down again... Do NOT tell me it is because my router is 3 years old... I have talked to your techinal team many times and they say they should last 6-8 years reliably and die about 10. 4th day running... It works it stops it works it stops...

Same as Internet, Plusnet are trying their best interests of democracy, I would have been cheering a two part scheme to defraud players and Frontier were a proper bad guy as well, eh?

@Plusnet I was told yesterday it is because my router is old... I have had it 3 years. It started having issues the moment I was out of contract. I can't renew my contract as the old one (broadband only no landline) doesn't exist. Yesterday I was told to leave it an hour turn off then on
