@Plusnet OK but if I had known all this I wouldn't have bothered changing in the 1st place. Nothing but problems and costing me more 🙄

@Plusnet - Please drop the automated waffle. I've opened faults with yourselves everyday this week, and am on hold right now to log another. The problem is 100% yours or your suppliers' (OpenReach in this instance). What is going on in the Stamford Hill exchange?

@JamesHarkin 1/ Look at the recommendations on which magazine. The top three are consistently 'utility warehouse' 'zen' and Plusnet. The bigger names such as sky, bt, talk talk, virgin, now, hyperoptic etc consistently get poor reviews and worse value for money. I've used and recommended

@Plusnet At long last I got a new router, thank you. I fitted it up and then I am left with the old one. Please what do I do with it? I have had quite a few but never been quite sure what the solution is. Please advise.

@Plusnet Hi, how do I view my home broadband usage please? Can't seem to find this option after I login to your website. I'm sure I could do it previously.

£13.26 charges for late fees from @Plusnet, who's shite Internet service loses connection, at least once, every single day of the week. I think 'Internet's gone off' is said more than anything other sentence in our house. Anyone know a reliable UK #broadband provider?

@JamesHarkin @peterdaily You get to decide when your 'enough is enough' point if there is documented evidence you've contacted them about poor service they can't charge you a exit fee for breaking contract if you still in one. I would also jump on the Plusnet bandwagon they've been great
