    @johnlewishelp Need to take that back about the helpfulness, last week, as all promises, yet again broken. Mum will be going to bank to reclaim the direct debit charges she has paid, nearly two months later. Disgusting and appalling service from both John Lewis and @Plusnet.

    @Plusnet I wouldn't darken your door ever again after the way you guys treated me on leaving to go to sky,£200 odd quid you charged me .day light robbery so it is .not only that but I'd been a loyal customer too

    Learn from my mistake - AVOID @Plusnet LIKE THE PLAGUE! Their 'honest Yorkshire' shtick is a not just that. Give them time, they will **** you over!
