Plusnet have taken a payment after my father's death and refuse to talk to me and even refuse to take a complaint without his username which I don't know. How about you dm me to arrange someone to sort this out?

Spent days on phone with you and EE nobody wants to own the issue. Refused to give an email address

Options seem limited!!
