When you sign up to @Plusnet after seeing the 5 🌟 recommendation on @WhichUK for their communication & cust serv - sent them a DM with a query 7 DAYS AGO and still waiting. Quick to take my money tho. U can ignore my orig msg I now want to know how I cancel

@Starlink I enquired about Starlink when Plusnet ****** me off grabbing £164 in a direct debit rip off: I never anticipated! So l invited Starlink to quote and they wanted £299 for a dish But blimey its' now free: from best mate Elon! But wow: £75/mth! Claws it all back: via 1st quarter!!!

@ukevowners We were lucky with our ISP. The @Plusnet router plugged straight in no problem. Looking at adding their RPS next and then possibly cameras.

@Plusnet I've cancelled your broadband on 160725, looks like I'm getting a rebate from 170725 to 230725, I mistakenly used the broadband on 170725, Is this a problem ? , I am willing to pay for the extra days usage.

Calls asking about roof insulation. (Repeatedly asking "what is the name of your company" makes them hang up [they pretend to be some body].) Calls show number if I dial 1471, but if I try block it (1572 option 1 with PlusNet), "unknown". Come on, @Ofcom. Make telcos block these
