  @IanWLee23 @Plusnet We are still missing a day’s worth of emails - around Wed 10th Nov. Is it right that there’s no prospect of ever getting those back, as we’ve been advised by Customer Service? Husband now shakes his fist at TV every time your advert comes on!

  @WhichUK I wonder how many plusnet users have been unable to receive emails from the server in the last two weeks? My server has been down for ages, they blame upgrading their server as the problem which has become unstable
