  @KarakDesi **** sorry didn't see this reply! I was with plusnet and they completely messed up a home move and had never without Internet for a month and then started being ***** about the mandatory compensation. Shocking. Been with them 2 years with no issues before this.

  @Plusnet Hi. Can't get online to check your broadband status. Been struggling for at least a month - slow (16mbps when lucky - should be double at least) and lots of total dropouts - no service at all. What's happening?
