@Plusnet trying to help my gran, changed to Plusnet and now when I call her some Chinese woman answers her number and any number dialled out from my grans phone get number unrecognised but the internet is working can someone help

@Plusnet Hi. My partner has signed up to change to plusnet and he requested he keep his number. Email received stating change effective 18 Oct but with a new number (07579761036) rather than 07940757434. Martyn Bonnett. need to ensure number is kept otherwise cancel contract

@Plusnet I’m guessing that my internet has lost the stability that you originally, put on it to make it run smoother? It’s been running poorly even on a wired connection.
