    @plusnethelp Having issues with Apple products disconnecting from wifi regularly when PCs and Android are not affected. Tried lots of things and now think it may be related to IPv6. The router is not picking up an IPv6 connection. What are the Plusnet settings for this please?

    @plusnethelp We're currently moving from you because the line fault never got fixed and our contract has not started on @bt_uk yet installing FTTP. Who do i need to contact to take the banding off our current copper line still on the Plusnet contract...?

    "Unable to change service - You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later." - I have been a plusnet member for nearly 9 months. Can this be looked into please so I can try get this sorted? @plusnethelp

    @Plusnet as an ISP you have not been successful over the past few weeks I have contacted you previously regarding the issue of either no internet or extremely slow internet and a permanent solution has not been found by Plusnet Thursday evening it took 2 hours to complete (1/2)
