@Plusnet our electric has been off yesterday due to work on the grid. Since it’s back on our WiFi is really slow & not working properly. How can we test it?

@plusnet you say you provide excellent customer service yet none of your phone lines are open, there is no online chat and you have not responded to the tweet I sent. I’d call that poor.

@Plusnet 2/3 so if we spent 6 hours on the phone in total, you value our time at £2.50 an hour. Interesting. The wifi signal is your guaranteed minimum which is about the speed of a second class stamp. Nice people at the end of your phone lines BUT

@JudySismey I don't think PlusNet offers Full Fibre broadband with a voice service so you may need to move to BT's Full Fibre package with BT Digital Voice (Internet based phone service)

@Angelinalondon0 There isn't one. All as good/bad as each other. One person will say x is best but someone else will have ahd problems with them. Just a matter of picking one. If it helps. I'm on plusnet and never really had any problems with them.

@muns80y @Plusnet I've been trying to cancel Plusnet. Just a simple task of ringing and asking? Nope. After answering some pretty tough security questions, they tried talking me out of it, then said they were having technical problems. I then an e-mail about something completely different 🙁

@Plusnet Could someone maybe help me with what's going on instead of sending texts constantly delaying my order, or is online chat only for new customers so you can get more money?

The @Plusnet service line just made me lose Whamagaddon. Why would you do that?!
