    I cannot begin to describe how angry I am at @Plusnet Latest price rise 13% increase because I’m out of contract. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 15 years. They think I’m a cash cow.

    @Plusnet result in a seamless changeover. Particularly important was to retain old number as many two-stage verification processes are dependent on them. New sims duly arrived on time, plus emails saying transfer would take place later that day. I phoned support and checked

    Hey @plusnet, we have been without consistent broadband for 3 days now and I've narrowed it down to the router. Now we've had it a while since we've been with you but the website is incredibly obtuse about ordering a replacement. Help!
