    @Plusnet Internet is down for me too. Router light is blue and everything says connected when logged into the admin settings. Worcester area.

    @Plusnet Please read the tweets aimed at you. There are reports from all over the country that your broadband isn’t working (neither is ours). We’ve got people working from home here who need their broadband. Please fix it!

    @BBCNews you getting this? Plusnet is down for everyone and has been all night. Lots of frustrated homeworkers atm and no sign of anyone from Plusnet 'doing us proud'
