  Turns out changing any network hardware completely breaks your @Plusnet pppoe setup. And their solutions (forum noise) all appear to be dogshit.

  @Plusnet Are you able to check if my service is starting today? Previous ISP talk talk cut our internet at midnight last night and I’m an NHS worker who works from home exclusively. Not yet had a text to confirm I can plug in our router. Help.

  @Plusnet Zerocustomerservice ! In Dubai and can’t add Bolt-on because the only way to retrieve the code is via text or phone call. How antiquated and unfit for purpose. No other way to contact customer service !!!!!

  @Ryanbrewer7 @Plusnet @plusnet I have tried getting in touch with their ops director as the call centre is useless. - GUESS WHAT? No response or responsibility. 6 weeks since we ordered the service still not switched over . Paying double charges. Pathetic company. #plusnet Next stop CEO.
