@Plusnet Any progress on Warrington WA3 outage? It’s been out all afternoon, was told it’s expected to be back up around 7pm?

@Plusnet why is my broadband so slow & breaking connection? I sent you a DM half hour ago & have tried your "solutions". I've had Terrible broadband speed since I joined you, I had no issues with my last supplier! You were cheaper, but I didn't realise that meant no service!

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Plusnet emailed me to offer a contract of the same broadband service at the new customer price. Saved £5 per month.

@Plusnet Respect to @Plusnet and Matt for testing my line remotely to analyse it. They checked the router remotely and made some changes to my router's wireless channel that might work and asked me to keep an eye on various other issues and get back in touch. Impressed with the service.

@Plusnet You keep pushing this back on me, but the differentiating factor I can see is me now getting my broadband from you! What are you doing to investigate whether there’s an issue at your end? Others say they recognise this problem with your service, so it can’t just be my set-up.

@Plusnet Whilst your IMAP servers have never worked well they're really bad now. Thunderbird on 2 PCs (one Windows 10, the other Linux) each with different accounts unable to fetch new email since 25 September. TCP timeout upped to 600 but server keeps disconnecting.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @Plusnet upped my monthly payment from £19.99 a month to £32.38 without telling me. I only noticed this afternoon as our internet is barely working so I checked my bank to see what I was paying so I could start comparing. 🙈 it seems your better off being a new customer to most.

@itvMLshow my Plusnet bill went up drastically. I looked at sky, got a price from them. Went back to Plusnet and they lowered the price lower than sky. Plusnet customer service is really good too.
