@Plusnet Hi, I am getting issues with my speed when using a VPN I have to use one as its my company one, I get 54mbps without it being on and 590kbps with it on, is there a router setting that is throttling this connection? Andrew

Home from work. Factory reset the BT Smart hub, ran diagnostics, it says it's fine, internet unavailable. Ran the Plusnet diagnostic bot, it says the line's fine. Refreshed the connection. Done. Line is peachy it's your kit that's at fault. Did the router again. Still **** all.

@ShellEnergyHome Please do not buy there broadband guys. Had WiFi drop outs constantly since I joined a month ago.Never had any issues with @Plusnet . Screwed up phone to start with now just constantly dropping out.contacted and won't let you leave. Never use folk's

@Plusnet Having some very unusual broadband connection drops today. Can't seem to hold a connection for more than 10 mins without needing a router reboot. I work from home full time and can't do my job! Frustrated. Please help? 🙏

@Plusnet Thanks. More than 5 days later I still have no internet or phone line, which is very frustrating and inconvenient. Also frustrating is that I have to phone your customer service every day for an update. Is there no system in place for you to keep me updated?
