    my last tweet disappeared so I am trying again. @plusnet I need your help with a streaming issue where it takes around 30 minutes before the stream connects to twitch and starts to come through.

    @bt_uk @Plusnet @DrRosena I have rung Plusnet to complain but was not told the truth by the complaints department so I have written to the CEO Philip Jansen. Will he do anything? I have copied my complaint to my M.P.

    Hey @Plusnet @plusnethelp. My contract with you ends next month. I am more than happy to renew because I love the service you offer but think I could find a cheaper deal if I signed up with someone new. Is there any decent deals you can offer me to renew? Thanks in advance!

    @Plusnet your broadband is also dropping in and out the whole time. If you’re owned by BT how can you’re service be SO poor?!

    @OpenreachHelp Done this countless times with Plusnet. Last engineer said he could do no more - like all but one other who was the one who got it working originally after six days of failures. 10 days later it goes down. Last Engineer Conrad gave me a ref No. 39298. Referred 2 second line team.

    @tryingtobeaDr which provider are you with? BT are supposed to give never dropout of coverage wifi, as you can use your cellphone as a hotspot with them. We've been through all the providers here: Sky internet - seems the most reliable of BT, talk-talk, virgin, Plusnet & is the cheapest!
