  @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏

  @Plusnet I'm sorry it took so long - waiting for a call to be answered. I was starting to have 2nd thoughts about whether fate was telling me to sack you off. But as I say - the 2 colleagues of yours who helped me were lovely and got stuff done By the way, your hold music is awful

  @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet

  @Plusnet in your handover to EE has been delayed bt By BT yet again still dithering. about getting router set up in house and EE states set up broadband early next week shambles ! Can I stay with plusnet and. Cancel EE as no confidence
