    @SepticFalcon @TalkTalk Have a look into plusnet you can use your own router etc and never had a problem for 3 years

    @DowndetectorUK Yep, down. Yet again. Can't make or receive mobile calls & their website's down too. It's a miracle I have BB. Done with @Plusnet. Never thought the day would come when @TalkTalk were a more attractive option

    @Plusnet 1 hour and 26 mins on the phone to you today, to be told they can arrange a manager call back withing a week! Seriously? Counting down the days until my contract is up!

    @LouiseA17186459 Hi Louise! So line rental costs are essential for a broadband connection. The broadband service runs on the same line as the phone so this is necessary for either or both services, if that makes sense.     @benmcfc I wouldn't use any network but EE, best speeds and coverage and no roaming charges. Plusnet's been excellent.
