@Plusnet Anoush, This is now getting ridiculous (and on a public forum too).. you’ve sent a number to ring (we are aware of this number)… but as mentioned before and messaged .. we cannot ring out - even to this number! Once again .. poor service!

@virginmedia @mikenco Why is none of that investment on your customer service? Been trying for hours today to cancel via phone, text, chat, now waiting for WhatsApp. Meanwhile signing up to Plusnet has been smooth as butter. Absolutely shocking customer service, again from virgin.

@virginmedia we've been trying to cancel our account for hours now. It's utterly ridiculous. Set up with @Plusnet was easy, stress-free and honestly easy. No messing, no silliness, no anxiety. When you ask why people are leaving this is part of why, terrible service.

@Plusnet Help I've just arrived in the USA. In the process of sending texts saying landed safely and before connecting with Miami airport WiFi incurred £33.33 data charges for somehow downloading 170mb of data. Can you refund as need my smart cap over next 2 weeks!
