Hi @Plusnet. I've been reporting the same fault for a year and I've taken time off work to allow engineer visits to only now be told that you're happy for my connection to fail twice a day as standard? Isn't that a bit ****?

@AfroChuck87 @WorkTheSpace @bt_uk Kind of is now as they are not BT engineers. They are Openreach engineers as they run the network. BT just provides broadband over the network the same as sky, plusnet etc.

Good old @bt_uk, they cancel my new phone line, I am not told so no internet again. @Plusnet just shrug and tell me they’ll see me in 10 days, don’t seem willing to escalate into BT to expedite. Left with limited 4G or BT wifi which won’t stay up longer than an hour.

@OfficialPrest Never eaten a mr Tom bar. Don’t eat chupa chups. Did unfortunately have a spell where we used plusnet and that was bad. The guilt but also the horrendous reliability and service issues
