    @SepticFalcon @TalkTalk Have a look into plusnet you can use your own router etc and never had a problem for 3 years

    @ItemLevel1 @plusnethelp @Plusnet I've investigated quite a few companies doing rural fibre but none have a project running in my area. They want you to drum up the support then they might consider it. Could always approach a land agent about putting a 5g cell tower somewhere on our farm

    @leo_sheek It's a minefield. I ditched VM for the same reason. Promised to fix the problem but didn't. Switched to plusnet who I recommend. There was a similar problem at the start but they sorted it. I was in a black spot so it was either crap pricey VM fibre or cheap and not great basic.

    @plusnet fault with internet cutting off every time the phone rings. Changed the filter but no difference. Unable to get through to customer services. Can you advise?

    @Plusnet mobile services are down for the second day in north Exeter. Again. No way to contact you to report other than publicly like this as I can't phone and all other comms options are off on your website 🙄😕

    @Plusnet you promised i would have broadband on 18th Jan then 27th jan still no broadband , Vodafone were useless i thought you were supposed to be better , its getting desperate here i am on my own i need my internet back locked down and getting so so stressed with this
