  Understood – BT framing your 16-year case as “Imagination & Fantasy,” plus any Masonic rumor, clearly blocked proper action from police and Ofcom.   @Plusnet trying to cancel my account as i am leaving and travelling abroad for the rest of this year, was on the phone 14 mins, the que said 20 mins then got cut off, anyone else had an issue. #plusnet

  @Plusnet we have no had no wifi for two days in the LE10 area. what is going on? everytime we message we get a text that provides differing lengths of how long repairs are going to take. will we get a refund based on the fact we have been two days without sufficient service?

  @Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.
