@plusnethelp Mine's a plusnet DNS problem - set your device's adapter from auto DNS to another, like google's 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and you'll have your internet back! I think most Plusnet routers are hardwired for their DNS so it can't be set there

@OneCreativeCat1 @VodafoneUK I was leaving them for plusnet mobile and the guy said "mmm you do know they're just a piggy back company though?" Yes but significantly cheaper and much better service.

@plusnethelp Your phone service is not taking calls. I've done all the checks reset etc but all my computers are stating DNS issues. Will you please advise that you are aware of the problem and when I can expect it to be fixed? #Plusnet

Plusnet has well and truly let me down today. Sat like a spanner for ages turning my wifi box on and off. Turns out the entire network is down
