@Blanche1883 @Plusnet So annoyed at companies who fob us off with trite excuses, instead of coming clean, it doesn't help!

@laura_alice24 @SkyUK NO such thing as customer loyalty. Always shop around each time a contracts up and be willing to change. the money companies make because people are too lazy to shop around is insane! Plusnet have been pretty good the last 5/6 years - I make them drop the price each renewal!

@Plusnet @HomesPJ Your fix is actually going backwards. Could log in early this morning and send mail. Haven’t been able to do either since 10am. Why is your fix making things worse? Just answer the questions your customers are asking. STOP WITH THE GENERIC RESPONSES 🤬 #plusnet #plusnetdown

@AlanJSlater @wrathofgod @Plusnet As others have said, they’ve never had the best customer service. Probably the result of being bought out by BT.

@Plusnet @barongilbert11 Was able to download a few this morning n an iPad, now nothing since 09:44 on any of the three devices set up for Plus emails. Also no emails from yesterday. Has you fault reappeared or is something else causing this outage / service issue?
