@Idontmind64 @johnthejack LTE = Long Term Evolution = 4G LTE, which = faster Internet data. (VoLTE = better voice quality and phone calls, seen on EE BT, but not on PlusNet or Asda (using EE 3G?) usually, so call experience can differ) (H+ = faster 3G, G or E = slow 2G data)

@Plusnet have you got connection issues in Manchester? My internrt keeps going on and off

  • keithjcorrigan Keith Corrigan (@keithjcorrigan) reported

@AMaryHughes @Plusnet I’d try and cancel. You get 14 days I believe. I’m stuck with super fast broadband that keeps dropping 5-6 times daily. I’m currently trying to resolve but not having much joy at the moment and having to use my mobile data to allow my kids to work from home.

  • keithjcorrigan Keith Corrigan (@keithjcorrigan) reported

@Madfuncreative @Plusnet @plusnethelp Yes, we are the same. Broadband drops out 5-6 times daily. Making working or home schooling impossible. In the process of trying to sort, but apparently plusnet can find no issues so want to charge me £65 minimum for an engineer visit. Never had a issue with my previous supplier

Rant for the day Talk Talk, woke up again with no internet, no help to 9am thankfully switching to Plusnet with 24/7 help! Can't wait! #talktalk

@johnste79721428 @LozzaFox @virginmedia Their router is crap, always dropping out. Use my old BT router with Plusnet and that works fine.

  • Sian14 Sian Cooper (@Sian14) reported

@jlandpartners @Plusnet @plusnethelp Disappointing customer service for vulnerable 81yo with no outgoing phone line in lockdown and snow! Why need PoA when similar situation in past did not require this? Appalling service. Need it fixed ASAP!

  • paddingtonkt Paddingtonkt (@paddingtonkt) reported

@Plusnet I've been due to switch over to you. My previous provider has cut me off and I have no info from you. Please can you help.

  • csogilvie Colin (@csogilvie) reported

Hmm... @Plusnet - if you’re going to email me telling me I can get broadband cheaper from you, saying “Sorry, the offer you selected doesn't apply.” when I try and do it is NOT a great customer experience. It could even be a negative as I may look elsewhere!

  • johnste79721428 john stewart (@johnste79721428) reported

@LozzaFox @virginmedia You should be with Plusnet, never have a problem with them.
