@Plusnet Thanks for your help, Curtis, I appreciate your efforts and will wait an update. For what it's worth, the adjoining house is empty but the problem started long before it was vacant anyway, so I can confidently rule out any interference coming from within the two properties.

@Plusnet It's fixed now, thank you. You should pass on, if you're able, that hiking prices, not just by inflation but by inflation plus an extra 3.9% mid contract is terrible PR for Plusnet. I know it's not just Plusnet and this is industry wide.

@Plusnet you’re service us getting so unreliable. Outages happen daily, currently having one. What’s going on?

We've ruled out REIN interference, dodgy router & a fault either on the line or at the cabinet. Everything points to issue between the ISP and exchange. Contract ends 3rd April, so either @Plusnet get it fixed soon or I'll fix it by moving supplier. (2/2)

@kennykoalabear I have been very happily with NowTV broadband for 18 months, paid £22 per month for all of that time. Great customer service too. Would suggest avoiding PlusNet at all costs as we had such a bad experience with them but that could just be us!

I've just moved to @Plusnet. Plusnet has cut off my mobile service and transferred it to them...before I have received my SIM card. So I have no phone.
