@jwripple @Plusnet Whole day on phone listening to robot alternatives - press 1 if you want boredom, press 2 if you want canned music… get to end & line cuts off due to problem you were calling about - apparently know learn it's called being 'slammed' someone trying to take over your digital ID

@RobertsonDawn3 @Plusnet I had a case in France where a dishonest official receiver falsely told my company's operator that we were in liquidation. It took three weeks to re-establish the connection. We successfully sued the operator for every day of lost service.
