But then I’ve got an email to say you’re taking another full months due on 7th April?! Then again on the 27th for my billing date? What the hell you charging me more? Cancel!!

Is this part of the business model. Combined with making people run about "trouble spotting" at home when the issues are in their network

P Barrett (@PBarrett8) reported@cashbey @Plusnet @plusnethelp useless, just cuts out whenever their network can't cope and they just spend the whole time trying to tell you its something your end. If that is the only service they can provide then fine, i will take if for a fiver a month.
