    ****** internet shopping is hard Virgin ramped up my bill by adding things I never asked for nor wanted, Talk talk website doesn't work, plusnet want to charge £50 for BT landline - yeah ok, get ******. Shell are offering broadband HELL NO, NOW is owned by Murdoch, & sky, so no.

    @Plusnet penalising me for ending my contract early when their wifi didn’t even stay connected to any device, Why would I continue paying for a service that didn’t meet its expectations?

    @Plusnet Hi-A manager called yesterday, while I was in a meeting and unable to pick up. He left a voicemail (with no contact details) saying he would call again later, but didn't; I haven't had an email or text this morning. So I'm still waiting for my complaint to be escalated.

    @Plusnet Thanks Plusnet. I’ll read that to try to figure out why the charge falls on me, but what about the fact I’m still having issues? It seems unfair to charge me when the issues aren’t fixed. Will it cost £60 every single time you come out to see what the problem is?
