    @tinternetqueen @VirginMediaCorp I have a mixture. Plusnet for broadband and landline, recently moved to Tesco for very basic mobile. Both great customer service. Only use freeview telly, though.

    @Plusnet Hi. Just started mobile service, added to my broadband. Why did it force me to start a new direct debit, take a CC deposit and create a new user on your website please? Can I combine the whole lot together so there's only one DD and login? It's been unnecessary faff. Ta.

    @Plusnet Hello. My broadband has been dropping off every 15 mins or so for the passed hour. Is there a known problem in the WS7 area or have I got an issue myself? I'm WFH for the NHS so I need my broadband to be consistent. Thanks.
