@Plusnet Hi there, I have an orange power light and a flashing red B on my PlusOne router, I've tried all the steps proposed when trying to sign in to the router, I've had previous problems with the router that required an engineer visit, and I'm wfh so this is very bad. Help?

@TheFatHippo57 @Plusnet Well, that was Plusnet. I have 200MB fibre to the property via another ISP for a fraction of the price Plusnet quoted for a service nearly 100 times slower. Plusnet basically didn’t have the information, or just flat-out lied. It’s one or the other. 1/

@Plusnet shocking customer service. My 79 year old mother in law has had her phone and broadband cut off with no notice and no reason. Nice way to treat a customer at Christmas. Hope she doesn’t have a fall or anything because she has no way of calling for help
