@bt_uk Hi I have had a ayliffe@globalnet email address for many years through the process of Madasafish trhough to the BT owned Plusnet. Unfortuantely 7 days ago I stopped recieveing sending emails through outlook. Any help would be appreciated please.

@Plusnet Wireless connections only. Though, at the time only my laptop was using the wifi and was in the same room as the router. I have issues with wifi connectivity throughout the house.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Yes - recently I was due to renew with Plusnet for £40.98 and I asked for the new customer price, which is £26.99. Had to sign up for another 18 months but I got the new customer price.

@samtiley @Plusnet HAHA - nothing could make it worse Sam, today's spin the wheel has meant at any point you either have outlook or webmail, but never both. Anyway they need to answer my open ticket from Friday.

@Plusnet so I've had an engineer out a few days ago. broadband is down again. I was told my line is fine it must be a problem with the router.
