I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

@plusnethelp Realised this morning that I never received my plusnet reward card. Read up on your website and found that I should have an email about it, searched emails and found it in my bin folder..... Any chance I can get a new code?!?!? Thanks in advance

WiFi router recommendations? My Plusnet one is just awful and keeps cutting out around midday when it’s warm which is a nightmare when WFH.

Pretty **** of @Plusnet to not include MMS' in either they Text or Data allowances. The way they treat long term broadband/fixed line customers is also woeful. No sweatheart deals, just a persistent shafting until/unless you've the time and timerity to phone up & argue the toss.

Cant wait until our contract is up with @Plusnet next month! Worst wifi connection Ive ever known! It's impossible for me to stream at night and I am constantly reconnecting my laptop! had to reset it 4 times in the last hour! SICK OF IT!
