    I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kbps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

    @Plusnet Hi Team, elderly neighbour is having trouble with their phone. Ran all the checks. Phone works when plugged onto master socket however not when in normal socket. All of his attempts to speak to someone haven't gone anywhere. How does he go about getting new phone socket?

    @Plusnet Problem is now resolved. After 4 days of no service. My partner @dazzlefm1 is the the account holder.

    @virginmedia @Samjone48873045 I’m having exactly the same problem? Why is your service so bad now? It’s really gone downhill. I rang Plusnet and they answered the phone within 3 minutes. I’ve spent nearly 3 HOURS (in total) trying to get through to Virgin on the phone. It is not acceptable.

    @Plusnet I usually access using pop3 in Gmail. Some emails have seemed slow to arrive lately so I wanted to connect directly and have a clear out. I had some success yesterday but it kept showing the error. Today it won't let me in at all.

    @O2 My number is due to be ported over to O2 today from Plusnet. Is there a particular time this is completed by. I'm in a very poor signal area and will not be able to receive the SMS confirmation that the transfer has been completed.
