I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kbps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

My wife’s mother, who is 93, has found communicating via Facebook Portal to be a vital lifeline, especially whilst in hospital but with broadband down for over four hours she feels isolated. Come on @Plusnet, sort this out and at least communicate #fail @TheSun

Update on this. Twitter staff did semi help but we are back to @Plusnet ghosting my mum and holding the ticket until Monday (bank holiday). If they can show their new customers with so much contempt I’d dread to think what long term customers experience. On hold to cancel 👎🏻
