I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

Got two local fibre connection providers offering service without the need for the landline. Not ready yet, but it’s something to consider. I wonder if plusnet my current provider will ever bring back a package without land line again?

@FrameshiftShark I was with Plusnet for the best part of 20 years, great service and good prices. I only switched to Virgin myself last year because I could finally afford fibre, but I'm so close to the exchange I'm not on a cabinet and Virgin are the only company who use their own cabinets.

@plusnethelp hi there. Our broadband is connected (blue light on router), but we've had no internet for over 24hrs now. Third party websites state multiple broadband issues, but nothing showing on plusnet website. Any suggestions please? We've reset multiple times.
