My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

Robert Barker π¦β (@anxious_silence) reported@babydalek REALLY annoying. Also, I keep forgetting I'm running on expensive mobile data and that clicking on a YouTube link will cost me money. Fair play to PlusNet though, have an engineer coming out early tomorrow to fix it (hopefully).

julie merritt (@julesdaw) reported@Plusnet Asked for upgrade to full fibre on 8th August, been let down 3 times with no explanation or promised secured appointment. What is going on!!!!! No idea when it will happen, no faith left in plusnet.
