    I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

    My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

    @johnlewishelp It would be more useful if John Lewis were to lean on Plusnet (HARD!) to compel them to start putting out honest information about the problem, and to actually fix it!

    @Plusnet Hi guys, you recently sorted an issue out here for me. Thank you. I still have poor connectivity (#WiFi) in a few of rooms in my flat. Could that be the #Router? Eg. Without #WiFi, my phone on data is lightening; with it stutters. Thanks in advance. Roger

    @bt_uk Hi I have had a ayliffe@globalnet email address for many years through the process of Madasafish trhough to the BT owned Plusnet. Unfortuantely 7 days ago I stopped recieveing sending emails through outlook. Any help would be appreciated please.

    @witherjay @KWCook57 @Plusnet I'm through. Got to spoke to a lad who hasn't a clue but has gone to find someone who has... I'm back on hold music. It's sad. I wondered what happened to Paul Simon, but to find he's singing into telephones in Sheffield is a great come down.

    @Plusnet Broadband not working and due to high volume of calls, can't get through on the phone. Any suggestions for how to contact? I work from home and really need an internet connection.

    @Plusnet haven't had the chance to phone yet. The only issue is the intermittent router but hard to pinpoint root cause.

    @Plusnet Without copying and pasting today’s usual/repetitive answer would you PLEASE tell me WTF is going on. I can access webmail - bog all has arrived there since SUNDAY - on Saturday there was a flurry of emails but nothing since. Provide the service we pay for. GET A PRO IN!

    @Plusnet Instead of just giving out the stock answer to email users having problems why don't you try and reassure customers this isn't terminal? I've not received emails for days now and have no idea if they're held up somewhere or lost and irretrievable
