    I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kbps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

    My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

    Plusnet has gone down and just completely stopped working on what has been the absolute worst and most stressful day possible for me. My mam just sent me a "please call me when you get this message" text but I can't coz I rely on WiFi calling in this house

    @Plusnet I had to cancel some appointments this morning and come into the office to work in order to make my afternoon commitments so it's been a huge inconvenience. I understand these things happen but it was made worse by the lack of communication. I hope when I get home it's working.

    @kevkerpow @Plusnet Mines also been down since 6:30am and getting absolutely nowhere. Have had to hot spot from my phones data and buy more as I'm WFH. Absolute shambles.

    @Plusnet Even now, the best you can do it a generic copy+paste job which minimises what was a massive national outage.

    @Plusnet Actually I lost a full 2.5 hours of working time, at a critical stage on a high-profile project. I would call that more than inconvenient, and not exactly a quick fix either. As I said, I did get a phone update, but the problem was never appropriately acknowledged on your account

    @Plusnet any chance of a non generic update as to when the service might be back up & running please. Still down in North Devon, has been since I got up at 7.00am.

    @SiTheGooner84 Earlier today, some customers experienced problems accessing their emails and accounts in Plusnet Member Centre and connecting to their broadband service. We worked quickly to resolve this and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    My wife’s mother, who is 93, has found communicating via Facebook Portal to be a vital lifeline, especially whilst in hospital but with broadband down for over four hours she feels isolated. Come on @Plusnet, sort this out and at least communicate #fail @TheSun
