    I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

    @Arian06Hbr @Plusnet The worst Internet ever since we joined this service. Most of the time wifi is down with slow or weak signals. No wifi for more than 2 hours.

    @Plusnet It's currently on an ethernet connection but still the same. We'll get a good service for brief periods but poor service for about 70% of the time.

    @Plusnet Spoke to someone earlier and they are looking into it with someone on Tuesday. It's weird as mobile service from a separate provider is also going down when broadband drops for several people in the same town. Hopefully fixed soon

    @ValerieABossman @TalkTalk Things improved once I moved to PlusNet, though I’m still stuck on slow broadband as fibre hasn’t made it to my street yet! Companies seem to charge more for non fibre connections even though we have no choice!

    @its_mara42 I can watch 4K movies on my WiFi with no problem but it takes like a whole minute for a Twitter or Facebook thing or post or load. It’s super weird. Are you with Plusnet by any chance?

    @Plusnet We phoned up earlier to say what our problem was, only to be told that our service was fine, so our laptop must be faulty! Strange that, because on the brief occasions when it we do have a service, our laptop works perfectly!

    @Plusnet why is it so difficult to report a fault? My BB has been down for 2 hours and I need a line test running. My phone is working fine, as it has been on the last 3 faults.
