Frog Princess πΈ (@TheDivineFrog) reported@SamiC0hen @Plusnet Oh no Sami, that sounds terrible, was there any minimum term on your rental property? And has your work company given you any indication how long youβll keep your jobs for? My heart goes out to you, what a big worry π
-
Notahappybunny.com (@BunnyHoppingMad) reported@Plusnet be nice if you were straightforward & didnβt fob females off when we are asking for your ****** internet service to be sorted! Paying for 900 mbps and getting 170!!! π‘
-
Hazzy (@HazzyG123) reported@Plusnet My service is activated, it was sorted Tuesday this week.
-
Greg Ingham (@GregIngham1) reported@Plusnet Because of this, we'll be looking for 6 months free no charge of our bills with plusnet, customer service and service in general has been shocking.
-
Aethyr Heartsong ΞΞπΊπ (@AethyrUlf) reportedOh ffs. My internet connection has been really unstable the last few days; it'll have periods of being fine, and then be up and down ten times in half an hour. This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.
-
Hector Cassels (@herbaalhector) reported@Plusnet Your broadband is down in the Edinburgh area. I hope you are working on this. Expect a phone call soon
-
f_ar_co (@f_ar_co) reportedWhy is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

Darly (@darylh49) reported@tandleman @Plusnet Hi Plusnet. I am getting a login to server error on my email client. Also can't get into webmail on your website. Any news please?
-
Freedom Valley (@VRvalley) reported@AlisonMLees @Plusnet Even though the service is free for the next two years, the fact that a fee is being introduced at all for a service that was previously "included" constitutes a change in the long-term value of the contract you signed.

(((Mark Hoffmeister))) πΌ (@drasnah) reported@Plusnet I'm a new broadband customer effective yesterday having left EE. Your service supposedly faster 900 seems slow and glitchy. Is this the new norm do I need an engineer to call rd to check set up? I've messaged your tech bot guys and awaiting there response. Unimpressed.
