I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

@virginmedia I can't connect to the plusnet server that hosts my email whilst using home Virgin Media wifi. Checks confirmed it's not a device issue, software issue or issue with plusnet's end (and I have no other wifi issues). It's just an issue accessing plusnet webmail. Help.

@SkyHelpTeam broadband outage now in my area both Sky & @Plusnet down Sky have told my D-in-laws father it could be up to 2 days yet nothing anywhere about it what's going on? We are in the SK14 area what's going on

So now I'm in a dilemma. I've been quite happy with Plusnet this past year. Never the problems we had in Oxford with Vodafone. But that email is tantamount to attempted robbery. "Too busy to read this email properly? KERCHING!"

@Mrwhosetheboss Think it is very much down to location. ee here I was gett8ng 100mbs down easy but plusnet and others. No wifi different as I have high speed GB fibre, I wait on 6G tech as it hits routers before phones.

@bigkevilla82 @Plusnet ... then I spent ages trying to get the new router/modem to work only to find they hadnt set it up properly B4 they sent it out. I had to phone their 'experts' to find out the problem
