    I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

    My Internet isn't working and @Plusnet are going to send out an Outreach engineer to resolve the issue. That's definitely not going to happen before Christmas is it? 🙄

    Speaking to @Plusnet on the phone now. There customers support reps are argumentative. Quite rude. The network has been rubbish they won’t listen. For the sake of your lives.DON’T GO WITH @Plusnet

    @Plusnet so called customer service as I have not received my SIM card. PAC code has been activated so current mobile SIM no longer works, problem is not Plusnet because Royal Mail haven't delivered SIM! No working mobile and paying 2 contracts, customer service - not

    So glad I’m paying for @plusnethelp @Plusnet and so far in the last hour it’s crashed 5 times! Yet they have not informed customers of issues

    @Plusnet Hi we have a problem with our business internet connection. I’ve spoken to one of your colleagues but we didn’t get very far as Google was down, we got cut off the call and she didn’t ring back!!This is becoming urgent and I would really appreciate some support . Thanks

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp broadband is erratic, today and past few weeks, we need stable connection, we teach etc! 25+ min waiting for your customer service helpline to answer, no chat available, is this SERVICE???

    @Plusnet Please stay away from plusnet they are the worst internet provider going, I am now getting 2 X less speed than my previous supplier and 3 X less than their guaranteed speed, I've only been with them 14 days but they are horrendous company to deal with

    @Plusnet 1.renewed contract for basic broadband but contract shows “unlimited fibre”. 2.Would the transfer cause any disruption on service pls?
