I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

Finally after 1 hour 20 mins of shouting and threatening got through to level 2 support who understood the issue and said it would be resolved in 10 mins #plusnet

@kevinhandley @Plusnet Don’t mate plusnet are awful I pay for 50-68 mbps and barely get 30 been on hold for 3 hours and they’ve not done anything

@plusnet no internet at WF14 8 since Friday, engineer been and said bigger problem, yet customers had no update and still no internet when will this be resolved?
