I've not had a broadband connection all day, however the issue is apparently "resolved". My internet speed is currently between 140-260 kps. @Plusnet have not done me proud. All I want to do is watch the final episode of #Chernobyl, not happening tonight unfortunately.

@narfcesca It is unfortunately! The more devices sharing the WiFi the worse it is. Not an expert but worked for Plusnet for a year and this came up a lot. Depending on your provider they should provide boosters to help you get WiFi connection throughout your house so worth speaking to them

@MattLangleyUK Matt what is outage, no landline, but do have internet? nothing wrong with phone or connection. as BT supplies the line, I decided to check and to my astonishment my area RHll and RH10 is suffering from outage? Pennie contacted plusnet who say phone line okay? any advice

Is plusnet treating its customers with contempt? A customer submitted an official complaint when he was unable to access his VPN for more than 5 weeks, was invited to leave. He just wanted the firewall issue resolved and fixed (like all frustrated customers)!
