Dear @martinstanford I just listened to the advice about routers. I use @Plusnet who are great. I never use a pre configured route supplied by an ISP and only use @DrayTekUK routers. I frequently check it for firmware updates & only allow my list of MAC addresses #JerseyBread

@SkyHelpTeam How useless are Sky? Moved to @Plusnet Sept, Sky keep debiting my acc. Spoke to Sky last month who apologised as Sky had failed to cancel my account and Sky owe me money. Just got an email ‘you’ve cancelled your DD don’t lose your services’. Sort it please!!

@StyledNicky @Plusnet Also had an issue since 3pm yesterday. No internet unable to have cctv recording, smart tvs not working due to no internet. Only had it installed on 28th Nov may have to look at changing provider if this is a common problem

@plusnethelp Hi there, I asked for support on this before but I was ignored. My Plusnet Hub keeps disconnecting from the internet at least 4 or 5 times a day now. I work from home, so it's making things harder and it's also disrupting our entertainment viewing.

Well Amazon @primevideouk is absolute garbage for live sport. Constant buffering & lagging. Can’t be @Plusnet as Netflix & Disney+ work fine.
