    @OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.

    @OpenreachHelp broadband is down across the BD22 area across multiple ISPs like sky bt plusnet. Is someone looking into this?

    @OpenreachHelp I contacted Plusnet, they told me as it was an external wiring issue they couldn't do anything about it, hence why I've contacted you directly. The door is being replaced in around 6 weeks time, so this issue needs to be looked at otherwise you may be facing a much bigger job.

    @bt_uk Thanks Ash. I'm a @Plusnet customer and have been told that I need to wait until 11 March for BT Open Reach to connect us. Apparently you were connecting key workers as a priority but have stopped this? I can share details via DM if you think you're able to help.

    @UswitchUK @Plusnet How can this happen my broadband is awful I have to keep resetting it. It keeps dropping. I switched up to fibre on plusnets advice. I’m paying money for something that is not fit for purpose. I won’t be renewing my contract that’s for sure
