@AlexWalkerTodd Honestly the best service I've had has been Plusnet, but their rates just weren't competitive when I was switching this year

Very confusing messaging from @Plusnet have had an offer for a new 18 months fixed price contract that have signed up for some days ago but STILL getting comms about my service ending and deals for me (all with different prices on at more than I have just resigned at?) #confused

@Plusnet still no phone line and I’m still no further forward days later. Constant flow of incorrect information being given to me and no one resolving the problem! I’m a small business, I cannot run my business with continual issues due to Plusnets support team being useless!

Fair play to Plusnet for having a button on my account page to get a new discounted deal rather than making me go through the faff of phoning and pretending I want to cancel

@TheCloudBeeTTV @Plusnet Plusnet really are awful. I was with them for one year, their customer support is non-existent and their speeds although good when they're working, are usually always met with with extended downtimes. I am with BT, and they get some flack for prices, but they're reliable!

@Plusnet I found that putting the IPad in Landscape mode fixed the problem Eventually..but I could not see it in portrait mode. Your IT people should be made aware,as it may be design flaw That they are not aware of.
