    @Plusnet @plusnethelp I’d appreciate you looking into this and telling me why the engineer hasn’t turned up and why we haven’t been notified of this, as it has been very disruptive. Absolutely terrible introduction to your service.

    Oh @Plusnet after three dropouts on our Internet in a single night, we're really going off your service. We're trying to log into the website but have had to change our password several times as it keeps telling us it doesn't recognise it.

    @Plusnet Are you having intermittent connectivity problems in Woking (GU22 / 01483) atm? We're seeing 17Mb down, 70kb up, whereas we're used to 35Mb down and 17Mb up, but it's coming and going — it was fine on one call earlier then messed up on another and so on.

    @Plusnet not sure what service I pay for because I am never able to use the internet, just to check emails or have a word document open, for more than 2 minutes without connection cutting out. This didn’t happen with previous provider, EE. I have called you but not resolved.

    Been waiting a month for broadband with @Plusnet never deal with these. #useless and can’t ring their customers back. #clueless

    @suebenn @Plusnet @plusnethelp They told me the same thing, apparently i didnt tick a box or something, i would never want to have kept my number as i didnt even use the phone £53.97 spent on 3 five day btwifi passes now.. Oh and also the month up front to plusnet.. Absolute joke.

    @Plusnet absolutely disgusting service.. 10days still no Internet.. Why on earth did i switch... Fobbed off with another 2 days to wait for update.

    @RaveofRavendale @bt_uk We had similar issues with BT. If you're changing I reaaaaaally recommend Plusnet. Every time I've call them up for an issue they literally answer the phone within 2 minutes. It's amazing.

    @plusnethelp @Plusnet Almost died of fright after banging on front door - After recent assault by neighbour (cause of head injury) was last thing I needed - Turned out someone here called an ambulance - Appreciated but had calmed down/was sleeping stress off. Utterly freaked out/shaking like leaf! 🤯
