@JL03MOO @garethadams @Plusnet To the cabinet, yes, not to the customer! Don’t tell me, your mobile phone has fibre internet too because the mast basestation has a fibre backhaul!

@Plusnet 3/x Because apparently they are ONLY for new customers, so current customers have to sit with rubbish tech and have problems for the last year or so, with very little being done about it, except swap connections at the exchange and send out countless openreach engineers.

@Plusnet hello, my internet has kept cutting out all day again. My postcode is M5 4SG. This is happening far too frequently. Can you please fix it? When this happened last time you were able to fix it remotely instead of sending an engineer so hope that’s possible. Thanks

@Plusnet Rubbish old BT router and uses old technology so 25Mbps slower than Vodafone broadband over same lines. I was told I should be glad it wasn't an even capper service.. BT company, so don't give a toss about the customers.. Cheapish, but same old crap really..

@Plusnet hi wonder if you can help. I used to have plusnet broadband and no telephone as I use plusnet mobile for that. Transfered to bt fttp and they removed the phone line when putting in fibre but you are still charging me line rental even though I have no line
