@Plusnet My broadband died around 8:45 this evening and is still off. No DSL light on my OpenReach fibre modem. Your Service Status says no issues but still nothing here 😕 Can you help?

@ISPAUK I save on energy bills by turning off lights, on petrol by cycling and gas by turning down heating and yet, @Plusnet why do I still pay for the internet if I turn my router off at night? Why don’t we only pay for the internet we use? Genuine question.

@Plusnet my broadband isn't working, I'm in Woodley, Berkshire. Any update as to when it will be back up? I guess it's gone down due to Storm Eunice?
