  As a customer, I really wouldn't recommend @Plusnet Been with them for years, no idea why. Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying £35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

  I have been a loyal plusnet customer for a number of years. I received an EE router and a text to switchover to EE, without wishing too. I have followed the steps to switchover and encountering problems. My logins are not working for either provider, can you help? @Plusnet
