    @Plusnet Hi Emily, I’m afraid it still isn’t working. The full message says “Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Server error’550 recipient rejected- relay denied” Does that help? Thanks, Adrian

    @Plusnet good morning I can't seem to access email today, IMAP doesnt connect and WebMail gives a message saying "we'll be right back" but service status shows everything working. Any idea what's happening?

    @Plusnet is there a problem with the webmail service? Mine & my husbands emails are showing an error message when we try to connect, says password invalid (but we haven’t changed it overnight). Thank you.

    @KirstenTisdale I’ve been with plusnet mobile for a long time. Based on EE but cheaper. Don’t support shortcodes though which can be a bit of a pain sometimes. I’ve not really needed much help apart from an initial voicemail issue in the beginning. Been fine since (kiss of death!)
