@bazzacollins @Plusnet ha ha, in fact I have recommended Plusnet in the past, but this kind of spam is the kind of thing that makes me want to switch providers. NPS is as bad as Myers-Brigg, or horoscopes.

@Plusnet Hi Is it normal that my internet speed as dropped from the 70mbps to approx. 68mbps since Dec last year a small drop I know but was just wondering if I set my router up wrong or if its normal or down to the corona causing average speeds to slow down. just curious.

@Plusnet How much compensation should a longstanding customer receive after a stressful week with no broadband (lost it on the day I was switching to faster broadband🤔) and endless hours on the phone trying to sort it? £20! Thanks @Plusnet I feel very valued😞

@Plusnet There is no dialling tone on my line, tested with 2 different 'phones. Broadband is working OK. I had this exact same problem some time ago. Please advise.

@Plusnet Hi, my phone socket isn't like the one in the video it has a separate broadband and phone socket so I haven't got the micro filter attached, I dont have a phone to connect to test as I don't use the number, I have tried a different router and I still have the same issue.

@Plusnet Happens on everything WiFi and my pc that’s plugged in with Ethernet cable ! The WiFi is awful !! Not much better with Ethernet

@plusnet trying to work from home with the worst internet provider ever never recommend you to anyone waking up to flashing red light is just embarrassing thanks for ruining my chances of permanent flexible working as for you “uk call centres” no one works in them ???
