@Ofcom, you keep telling us to send scam messages to 7726 BUT what if the provider does not support this option i.e. @Plusnet so perhaps you should make it a requirement that all providers do allow its customers to do so ?

message @Plusnet this morning at 9.40am saying i don't have any mobile data on my phone is emergency calls only it's not 2.17pm and still no response. So I had to go out my way to my parents house to phone Plusnet up to to order a replacement SIM so I will be without a phone

@three_broadband how much longer do I have to suffer while your engineers work on a mast??? My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!
