    Can I recommend that if anyone is considering changing their phone and Broadband to @Plusnet they don’t!! The broadband is shockingly poor and quite possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!!

    My internet has been up and down for two days. Jesus Christ, @Plusnet please get your act together. I've a new router and new line. As a business customer, this is a bloody nightmare.

    @LizParkin3 @Plusnet I have been with them 1 week. Their router is terrible. I am pretty PC savvy and if I had any hair I would be pulling it out. Was with BT but they got very expensive. Their router was Brilliant. Never lost a signal.

    Dear @Plusnet, have been having so many problems with my broadband for the past weeks, signal so poor at times it's causing us to be cut-off and having to reset router. Really not good enough. Nothing has changed from this end!!! Help...
