@Plusnet @plusnethelp when are you fixing your garbage routers that disconnect WIFI frequently? Pretty sure this is in breach of contract. Making work from home impossible. Looks like it has also been ongoing for a year at least going by google. @martinmorris79 #PlusnetSuck

@Stabzie112 @DonJoewonSong @TalkTalk I'm currently with Plusnet & generally they are pretty good with support. I've had two calls this year that required Openreach to attend and both got resolved quickly. They've even offered me the opportunity to leave my contract early as I wasn't getting minimum download speed.

@Sladester100 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK They may be cheap but the service sucks. Virgin Media have been okay for us so far. Plusnet are a good shout if you want to stay with FTTC 🤓

@sctmcg @KingSavageShaun Recently left Sky because they were just terrible. Couldn’t use Twitter and watch TV at the same time. Medieval. PlusNet so far are better but would like better still.

@Plusnet 08:25 on a Monday. internet broken since the early hours. Your 'customer service' is: online chat 'unavailable', telephone lines 'all closed'. When WFH reliability is important. This is a good indicator that you are not the ones to rely on if there's an issue.

@Plusnet since I renewed my internet contract (which you put the price up) the service you provide has seemed markedly slower. My family are being to complain about the lack of connectivity. Any suggestions on what to tell them?

@singingshiver Yes I can, have read up on Plusnet cos they are cheaper but there’s some negativity about how strong their WiFi signal is and that is a priority

@Plusnet How can I send “stop” messages to nuisance companies if you don’t support short-code 5 digit SMS?
