Praise for customer service to @Plusnet who happily negotiated a broadband deal. I asked for a v low price in return for staying 2 years. They agreed. 👏 👏

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

@Plusnet I am from Reading area RG7 and my fibre broadband isn’t working from last 48 hours, really pissed off that I am paying a big monthly amount yet this kind of service. Your advisors tell me to wait for another 72 hours to get fault resolved. 5 days LOS is **** service!

@Plusnet What a rude and incompetent company you are. I have been a customer for three weeks and I’m that time there have been 4 failed attempts to order a new phone line that has led me to cancel my order and the rudest customer retention person I have ever spoken to.

@Plusnet Hi, we have signed up to Plusnet yesterday and today have received a message to call support or look on the website for help as there is a delay with our order. I have tried ringing but it tells me the phone line is closed and there is no live chat on the website?

Looks like my network provider is being closed down, Plusnet No new customers, no chance to change package BT mobile already merged into EE I believe
