'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

Internet down. I mpressed with Plusnet’s comms about the problem and estimated “incident” fix time. Let’s see if they sort it by their deadline - I suspect it’s an overblown target so they look good, but clear comms is everything. Had planned non-tech tasks this morning anyway.

@Plusnet Be careful they will steal your money, if you pay a deposit to start an internet service and you change you mind before 14 days you won't get you money back First it was 5 to 10 days then 21 days, then they said we can only pay you back on the date of your contract, still nothing
