'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

@Plusnet Gawdammit, I'm being bombarded by scam texts. Surely you can stop this crêpe going through your network. My plusnet mobile account will be chucked in the sea if this carries on. Every SMS I receive is like a test to see if I'm caught out. It's 2021 for forks sake.
