Hi @plusnet I've been trying to get through on the phone line for 30 minutes but it doesn't seem like there's anyone there. I want to cancel my broadband account but no-one will answer the phone to help me. Where can I find a form or an email address to close my account?

@ironfoxuk Afternoon Jonathan! I'm sorry for how long it's taken to reply. We’re making some changes to our mobile services. This means Plusnet SIM-only plans are no longer available to new customers. If you’re a Plusnet Mobile customer your service will continue as normal. -Matt, Sheffield

@Plusnet how can I get support with my broadband without calling you? I'm profoundly deaf and all your support directs me to call you which won't work.

Here's the message|: Plusnet email service We're reviewing our email service, which means you can't create a new Plusnet email address at the moment. We haven't made a decision about the future of our service, but if we do make any changes you'll be the first to know. 2/2

@alighirl77 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Phone them up and cancel your subscription. You'll get a much better price to stay with them and they might sort out your wifi. Worst case scenario you are £123 a month up and you need to use your phone as a hotspot until you get plusnet instead

Hi, @Plusnet an engineer has been to my property today to install my new full fibre line. Unfortunately he was unable carry out the installation due to poor access, surely this should have been ascertained before an installation appointment? Please could you advise the next step?
