Yet again sold down the river by Plusnet was told in an email fibre would be connected 6 Feb it’s now the 9th & guess what been lied to - again! They also said my monthly payment would be £25 email said £38! Should have been ready Thursday put router on - nothing! Load of bolox

Praise for customer service to @Plusnet who are happily negotiates a broadband deal. I asked for a v low price in return for staying 2 years. They agreed. 👏 👏

@Plusnet Once again, not doing anyone proud. Issues with your service, inability to send emails, poorly trained staff in the call centre, unwillingness to escalate issues. I know you are the mouthpiece Matt, but there are serious ongoing problems and this is just one more.
