Missed the #masters coverage last night after the broadband failed. Called #plusnet this morning. Call answered straight away and issue fixed in 10 mins. Credit where it's due. Great job.

@LauraDuthie76 @jonathanboogles If TalkTalk have improved, but they must have been shockingly bad before that.. So much of support is automated/computer driven.. the human support involves a rigid script approach, which is useless for nuanced issues.. Jump ship at earliest: Plusnet are okay, until end contract.

@N1k07a Definitely NOT TalkTalk, absolutely **** customer service for both us & my mum. Vodafone are pretty good as are Plusnet. Had both.

@yvonnemurphy53 Do not - I repeat - DO NOT TAKE B/B WITH SKY! They charge 2 x what others charge and when queried about their ridiculous pricing, have no defence. We went with @Plusnet and haven’t looked back. Service ✅ Value for money ✅ customer service ✅ = 100 x better than Sky.
