I think @Plusnet should change there advert, we do everything backwards and then,When you leave because there service is poor and they up your bill up with no notification, they charge you £68 for leaving. Plus net we will con you proud. Awful service and awful company. Awful!!!!

Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

Praise for customer service to @Plusnet who are happily negotiates a broadband deal. I asked for a v low price in return for staying 2 years. They agreed. 👏 👏

'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met

@eddiecoke Turns out the problem was the crappy PO router. I changed back to my old Plusnet router, logged into the router admin and entered my PO router's connection username & password. Now the connection never drops.

What a load of crap is #plusnet s router. Been trying for a week to connect to the internet. Get signal drop signal. Cannot connect via lan at all. Will be cancelling my contract at this rate @Plusnet

@AiberdeinQuine @Plusnet Google the issue. Your not alone. Many other customers with the same issue and Plusnet fail to adequately address it. Lost my WiFi connection 4 times today and had to reset my router.
