    'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

    Praise for customer service to @Plusnet who are happily negotiates a broadband deal. I asked for a v low price in return for staying 2 years. They agreed. 👏 👏

    @LGEL @Plusnet Same here. The bot text doesnt really tell us what the issue is, time to resolve and fix times shared have been and gone and just extend if you redo the text fault … can we get a real update to the fault and when it will be resolved hy in the CH4 region.

    @TalkTalk this has gone on long enough. Your broadband service isn't fit for purpose. I will be looking to terminate my contract and move to a competent competitor such as @Plusnet
