Dartagnan Menswear (@DartagnanMens) reported from Chichester, EnglandDear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

Ian Usher (@iusher) reported from Bognor Regis, England@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

Sarah (@WriteMindedPub) reportedWarning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE
-
NMP (@NDP2022) reported@Plusnet any chance of resolving my issue. Your company took £22.99 for a new account from me. No account created and long wait times each time I ring getting passed to other teams. Over 40 mins so far. I simply want a refund.
-
Rob Shelley (@ITVRobShelley) reported@Plusnet I'm sorry it took so long - waiting for a call to be answered. I was starting to have 2nd thoughts about whether fate was telling me to sack you off. But as I say - the 2 colleagues of yours who helped me were lovely and got stuff done By the way, your hold music is awful

-
Rob Sterowski (@robsterowski) reported@plusnet Broadband now down for 18 hours. Web pages return "Sorry about this. Looks like something's stopped working." What's going on?
-
David McGinlay (@Quigmeister) reported@Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service
-
Bri 💙 (@OriginalBigBri) reported@Plusnet I have given them another try. There is no option in the menu for what I need, but the recorded message does say I can go onto your website and raise an online support request. Please give me a link to where I can do this.

Red **** (@RedDyke69) reported@Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of “do as I say, not as I do” — preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

Ann Jones (@littlehaven2014) reported@Plusnet Hi I have received a request to return my broadband router. I am no longer a customer. I have followed the instructions to print a return label. Though I don't have a printer. I would love to return the router to be recycled. Please advise.
