-
Glint Media (@GlintMedia) reportedHi @Plusnet - please could you respond to the DM sent yesterday morning. Have just tried calling again but, despite your website saying support is available from 9am-6pm on Sundays, an automated message says you are closed.

Pierre (@lordjusticewolf) reported@ShoezooN14 @jon_trickett Haha, lol I had Plusnet once. They were good, until I found they were overcharging me. Only £2pm but hey, every penny helps. Mark Pallen (@mjpallen) reported@Nick_Waterfield @Plusnet The sharp practise is that @Plusnet make it easy to subscribe over the web but then provide no way online to cancel over the web hoping you will give up trying to reach them by phone or snail mail. Dreadful service.
-
Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported@Christo72279633 I'm not able to cancel over Social Media but what I can do for you is arrange a call back from the Retentions. All you need to do is DM your contact number and someone from the team will be back in touch within 24 working hours. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

James (@stagetechuk) reported@Plusnet Yeah, changed the DNS on my MBP to 8.8.8.8 and instantly resolved all issues with Adobe. Will switch it back tomorrow and see how it pans out…
-
David Wilson (@fatboy_no8) reported@Plusnet and so it begins again. No broadband since around 11pm last night, exactly two weeks since the last problem that was resolved, which was 2 weeks after the first. Service is a joke
-
Douglas Harper (@dougie1805) reportedThanks @Plusnet, moved over broadband from another provider. Well so I thought, only Landline moved with no broadband provision. Great service on the 1st day. Really glad I moved to you. Now unable to work from home, which now involves travel costs and overnight stays

Prof Nick R Waterfield (@Nick_Waterfield) reported@mjpallen @Plusnet I use EE for all my families phones (4) and broadband. They are very good and have great customer service. When i have been into the Leamington shop they even worked out how i could save money by moving onto a more appropriate tariff for my broadband.
-
Securicop (@Driver45787494) reported@DonnaCr73299646 Plusnet are cheaper than EE and use the same network but without 5G. Coverage is good and no issues with speed as 4G widespread.
