@Plusnet How can your support not be open at this time? Broadband has been down since last night, what am I meant to do?

  • theKnotter Roger Henry 🇪🇺🪢🇺🇦 (@theKnotter) reported

@plusnet have been waiting well over an hour for a response from someone to my DM re problems with our landline. Not good enough!

  • DougieLawson Dougie Lawson (@DougieLawson) reported

@Plusnet Hi Ella, you can't ever fix my speed, it's a lost cause. It's a OpenReach hardware problem due to aluminium cables in the last 400m from the cabinet. If you can arrange to swap that out for fibre to the house you can solve the problem.

  • DougieLawson Dougie Lawson (@DougieLawson) reported

@LJB41 My Plusnet internet has been rock solid (since Mar2020) with no outages during the day except when the mains failed. Only problem I've got is 27Mbps down / 5Mbps up. I've been logged on to systems all over the world. I have to say an AWS desktop sucks (due to my low bandwidth).

  • ProbablyNowt ProbablyNowt (@ProbablyNowt) reported

Truly awful 'service' from @Plusnet broadband. 2 weeks since house move: still no internet connection. Now told to wait a further 4 days until someone will 'look into it further'. Broken promises, conflicting info, delays, 0mb. For £65 fee? That won't do 💩

  • WorkieTicket99 muckfe (@WorkieTicket99) reported

@Plusnet as I logged on today I saw if I was a new customer I would be charged £9 instead of £10.93 ,as I’m a long term customer. I thought “April Fool” .. but nope penalised for being a long term customer. Cracking .

  • SMGuitars Stu Moir (@SMGuitars) reported

@Plusnet The worst broadband I’ve ever had. Constantly cuts out and is slow. Contacted customer service, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. The only good thing is my contact ends soon.

  • DougieLawson Dougie Lawson (@DougieLawson) reported

@Plusnet It's pointless. You can't fix the HARDWARE problem. It's been this bad forever. We switched from dial-up to ADSL (and got a massive speed uplift) and then to VDSL2 (and another uplift) but we're at the limit now. The hardware problem has existed for FIFTY years.

  • Serjinoo Serjino (@Serjinoo) reported

If you're on plusnet/bt unlucko, legit scuffed as **** last couple days -.-

  • mworley71 HappyChappy (@mworley71) reported

@Plusnet award winning customer service?? Not for us! Still without internet two weeks after moving even though we gave 2-3 weeks notice and was told it would be completed on the 18th! 🤬
