So it looks like @plusnet have responded to my complaints that the service status pages are not reporting any faults, and the detailed history listing no faults either by.. revoking the SSL Cert so no one can see it. Nice.

@Shell I was a Post Office broadband customer until you goons took over. I changed my broadband to Plusnet and you Guys want the Router back. You've charged me £35 now for non return. You've still not sent me the Returns Details you idiots! I was right to move my Internet 🙄

  • YvetteBruin Yvette Bruin (@YvetteBruin) reported

@Plusnet Hi, my bill has gone up by £10 and I’m not sure why. I went online to check the bill but when I click “view bill” I just get a buffering circle and it doesn’t open. Can you help?

  • tccounselling Tracy Carter (@tccounselling) reported

@Plusnet HI there my contract runs out in 2.11.22. Do I need to cancel giving notice or does it automatically cease in 2.11.22.

  • lipmarty75 Phil #GlazersOut (@lipmarty75) reported

Why don't @Plusnet do a super fast broadband? Their service is good but sometimes too to stream football. Was gonna change to Virgin Media for 3 times the speed for less but they let me down & the customer service has been shite. Should I stick with the slower reliable Plusnet?

  • jane_touil Jane Touil (@jane_touil) reported

Hey @Plusnet Day 8 no Internet after botched switchover. The last time someone SPOKE to me was last WED. Obvs the CEO of BT has no power to prioritise my case… or there are so many ‘priority’ issues, mine is in a long queue. Not good! Phone still DEAD.

  • MJHegs Margaret Hegarty (@MJHegs) reported

@Plusnet is your mobile network on? I have no service my broadband with you isn’t performing as it should and I use your network as a 4g back up. So working from home today is a nightmare

  • mdfdvntrs Modified Ventures (@mdfdvntrs) reported

@jane_touil @Plusnet Avoid @plusnet if you still can; they are scammers. They promise to provide service on obsolete lines that other providers won't touch, fail to provide service, string you along beyond the 14-day legal grace period with promises to fix and then charge you a £200 cancellation fee.

  • mdfdvntrs Modified Ventures (@mdfdvntrs) reported
