@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

I think @Plusnet should change there advert, we do everything backwards and then,When you leave because there service is poor and they up your bill up with no notification, they charge you £68 for leaving. Plus net we will con you proud. Awful service and awful company. Awful!!!!

'We'll do you proud' - @Plusnet Also @Plusnet - Internet goes down when we both need it to wfh, can't fix over the phone but apparently no need to send an engineer, but if they do and there doesn't appear to be a problem well charge you £65 Internet's been down for 5 hours now

Hi @OpenreachHelp – I ordered @Plusnet a few weeks ago and was promised my Fibre would go live on 13/02. However, this morning I was informed it was 21/02 meaning I cannot work now for 2 weeks. They're blaming you, can you help speed up the process please so I'm not without work

@Plusnet with your 100mb+ fibre would we be able to use a 3rd party modem router? Or can we access the DNS settings on your own routers as standard? (Not currently a plusnet customer)
