    @Plusnet Wifi had been terrible for the last couple of weeks. The wifi keeps on dropping. Really frustrating! Any issues I should be aware of?

    @Plusnet I’ve done that and this issue with one hub has been known and unresolved for over 18 months now. Band steering should work without having to name 2.4 and 5Ghz networks separately 🙁

    @Plusnet I'm trying to get onto @All4 to watch a boxset but you again let me down. I try to connect customer service but you've finished! When are you going to sort yourselves out & when do I actually realise that you're rubbish? I shouldn't have renewed with you guys.
