Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

@Plusnet @BTSopenreach don't know who is causing our issues but no service for a week since we were due to be switched over. Compensation means nothing when we can't get any work done/watch tv/basically do anything. I've been patient but it's getting silly now

hey @Plusnet my wifi is working on my pc howver its not letting me download things it says i need to sign in with email and password but i can accsess youtube, netflix ext just can not download anything as it says im not connected please is there a fix for this?

@TalkTalk @atkinson_misty There’s little point in sending a dm unfortunately as you just get fobbed off with excuses, passed around different departments, none of who can answer your questions or sort the problem and then suggest you go back to sales and reorder. Cancel and try @Plusnet

I've also ruled out @plusnet & @bt_uk as they effectively the same company as @EE and likely employ same standards with regards to fixing an issue that they caused.
