@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

  • OutaLee Lee Graham (@OutaLee) reported from Littlehampton, England

Seriously PlusNet... Your customer service is shocking

  • iusher Ian Usher (@iusher) reported from Bognor Regis, England

@Victrix75 @Plusnet @BT As long as the router is taking the connecrion in OK, the mesh system completely does the "wifi around the house" part - so it's an immediate improvement. I can't recommend them enough. (If the router is faulty and the signal isn't getting in, then a mesh network won't help.)

  • DartagnanMens Dartagnan Menswear (@DartagnanMens) reported from Chichester, England

Dear @Plusnet I having tried calling your customer services without success, my father passed away 28.4.2020 and we need to cancel his services with you, but this has proved to be very difficult when you don’t answer the customer care line, please advise ASAP. Regards

@kenjera2 Tried everything.. no response from Plusnet I'm starting to wonder if my internet connection has been taken away at the behest of the govt 20 hours without.. hopefully I'll get reconnected later cos my mobile signal is non existent

  • Chris93B Chris Barber (@Chris93B) reported

@Plusnet not particularly happy with your customer service, I didn't realise that your team can decide when and when I'm not feeling alarmed and harassed by your latest email.

  • EleanorDallaway Eleanor Dallaway (@EleanorDallaway) reported

4: the rest of the work. You’ll be able to switch one tonight”. Wonderful. “Your old wifi will stay on until we confirm the new is operational.” Great. No-one comes. At midnight, old service is switched off. I call Plusnet…

  • SimonWeekes Simon Weekes (@SimonWeekes) reported

@Plusnet Hi, my contract expires next month. I'd like to upgrade to Full Fibre, but your website won't let take the deal as I'm an existing customer. Is there any workout for this, or do I need to let my contact lapse and become a "new" customer?

  • AustinP39032121 Austin Powers (@AustinP39032121) reported

@Plusnet we have only signed up to a new contract for 18 months I have received notice the price is rising why is this as it’s terrible way to tear customers so what are my options?

  • MikeGriffith9 Mike Griffith (@MikeGriffith9) reported

@Plusnet trying to upgrade my broadband but I get a message saying - cannot make any changes whilst there is a phone order in progress - not aware of any orders; help pls

  • EleanorDallaway Eleanor Dallaway (@EleanorDallaway) reported

12: Will this 🧵 make a blind bit of difference? Absolutely not. Has it helped to let off a small amount of steam? Yes it has. To reiterate, the Plusnet advisors have been more than lovely, but they’re constrained by uncontactable suppliers, terrible processes and legacy systems.

  • kosarob8 Robert Kosa (@kosarob8) reported

@Plusnet Morning, how could I get a newer HUB for my internet connection? I have Plusnet Hub ONE (signal levels are shocking sometimes) but I cannot put this into modem mode only. I have my own wireless AP and would like to use that instead. Can we sort this, please?

  • Felix_F_Fern Felix ♿ Fern (@Felix_F_Fern) reported

@tattooedselkie @SkyUK I used Plusnet for a long time because they were well priced, but leaving them when I moved was a ******* experience. Every month they would charge me, I'd call to complain, they'd reimburse me and say they'd 100% cancelled my account and it would never happen again, and...

  • AustinP39032121 Austin Powers (@AustinP39032121) reported

@Ofcom @Plusnet why are broadband and phone providers allowed to raise prices by £6+ a month after signing a new 18 month contract? It’s very unfair and terrible practice that need’s to be stopped
