    @Plusnet Been having problems with broadband with it disconnecting periodically since Friday. Had problems last week connecting to Plusnet mobile and a new sim card was sent out. Today I can't connect again and neither can my wife on her phone.

    @McAfee_Help Hi there I want to cancel my account as Plusnet is trying to send me a new McAfee subscription and nothing is working, I can't even see any new subscription since 2007 and it's very frustrating. Thanks John

    @Plusnet Doesn’t really help sorry. Who do I need to call in order to get the money please. Shouldn’t the money automatically comeback to me. Why should I chase it. Plusnet don’t seem to understand that I have left. Told them three times. If you have a phone number?

    @Plusnet Tbf to Plusnet somebody was on TV the other day.and said they were having problems with wifi and mobile signals probably due to the poor weather.

    @Plusnet In that thread PlusNet says you still have that information: “We will still have sight of it as we measure it through a tool called Capacity Based Charging (CBC) we're simply getting rid of VMBU and as such the customer's ability to see their own usage.”... (1/2)
