@KateSlaterPR @Plusnet I recently had an issue, which meant they had to switch my to a new account name. Despite being told I would continue to get my referrals (worth £2.50/month), I'm now told that because they were on the old account, they can't transfer them! That's £60 a year I'm losing.

can’t get over the fact I’ve been having problems with PlusNet and their solution was to plug my laptop in with the Ethernet cable into the box they installed into my sons nursery, that their WiFi doesn’t work with Apple devices and have I tried turning it off and back on again?

  • DaviesPieface77 Gareth Davies (@DaviesPieface77) reported

@Plusnet seems the WiFi not working any advise Wrexham?

@OpenreachHelp So I have contacted my provider Plusnet as instructed by yourselves. Day 47 no broadband or phone. All day on the phone trying to get through. Tonight I get an email saying my order is cancelled. They are blaming Openreach. Wtf?

  • keithjcorrigan Keith Corrigan (@keithjcorrigan) reported

@Topard_Property @Plusnet I’d cancel it now, I’m still having massive issues with my service dropping in and mostly out. Looks like I’m not the only one. Superfast should be supershite

To anyone thinking of signing an elderly relative up to @plusnet, bear in mind that if a bill is outstanding, no matter how small, they will default all calls to their payment line until settled. My 90 year old housebound mother cant contact doctors, or any of her support network
