    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @Plusnet is there any issues in m44 area? My grandma has no Internet service coming in. As of weds evening. Same time I swapped over to another provider. Not supposed to change until 13/8/21 as per your email.

    @Forsvk3nttv @Plusnet I believe you have your rights to that. If they cannot provide the service in which you have paid for then they cannot legally charge cancellation fees

    @eBay_UK Is down when using Plusnet Broadband but works fine with Sky 4G. DNS issues.

    @Plusnet still waiting for an issue regarding an incorrect bill amount which you admitted is wrong. Been waiting 2 weeks for bill to be corrected so I can pay it. Was supposed to have an update today and the issue sorted but still waiting. Please sort it today!

    Has anyone pointed out to @Plusnet that including a step that requires you to have a phone to plug into a phone line to diagnose broadband issues in today’s world where everyone just uses mobiles is fundamentally flawed…
