@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

@Plusnet i will note, i do not require a super fast speed here, only stable latency - im trying to play a game and this fluctuation makes it borderline unplayable, seriously considering forking the extra money and moving back to BT, never had this problem before

@Plusnet so over 8 months ago you promised me an £18 refund, i am still waiting then you try to blackmail me into saying you will put that on hold until my problems with broadband are resolved They are still unresolved as are my landline issues! pleased my contract is up soon

@Plusnet Looks like your network has came to a famously annoying halt again, then when back it was brutally bad, the router now blocking traffic to speedtest site etc.

@cooperx86 I’ve got Vodafone as main line (esim, as contract) and then Plusnet SIM card (EE MVNO) as backup. At least one line usually has signal.

@Plusnet Just reset again, this is utter rubbish, no idea why I resigned a 18 month again with you all. And I know it's more than likely the router because it is an old piece of crap, but hey only new customers get the new hub right? Disgraceful.
