@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

@Plusnet What a service! You executed the PAC before I received my SIM, which hasn’t arrived (or the replacement) so now without phone since Mon. That’s a stupid procedure you have. I’d have been better waiting to give you the PAC but thought you’d know what you were doing.

@ClarkQuadGirls @Plusnet Speed checked numerous times over numerous days, different times of day, no devices and multiple devices in use. 2 engineer visits both stating external speed bang on, stating issue is Plusnet. New router, numerous calls to customer services, complaint logged but not acknowledged

@ClarkQuadGirls @Plusnet Both arranged by Plusnet. This has been going on for months. Last contact over a month ago when they agreed ro register a complaint. No further contact from them, breaching both timescale for resolution and also failure to acknowledge the complaint. But I can't break contract????

@Plusnet plusnet. Half the time our Internet is slow or choppy. And today..of all days when we're stuck at home. We have had no Internet for 3 and half hours. And your help advise...turn it off and on again 😑 unacceptable!!
