Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

My issue is that it wasnโt explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didnโt need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..
