@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

Absolutely flaming with Plusnet. They have hiked my bill up to £30 a month from £26.99. How am I supposed to afford this. Without even telling me. Crooks as always and wished I never went with them. Biggest regret of my life as things are dear enough!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@NeilZammit5 @Plusnet @ktnolanxx Same problem. Been two weeks now. Poor communication on issue from Plusnet, no indication if or when it will be sorted. Couldn’t cancel within the 14 days or number would be lost. Have had to get another sim and as soon as I can I will be requesting a PAC and a refund.

@Plusnet Hi Emily in past 6 days I have restarted device as many times as I haven't done in year. And No still Is NoT working. Turn off sim out NOT working. Flying mode Not working. Manual network Not working. So what did yr team fixed?
