@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

At my breaking point: @Plusnet is a scam. Absolutely everything has been tried to fix our hub going down every single day, sometimes up to 6 times within just 15 minutes. i'm done with your ****, we're moving off once we get the chance, this is absolutely unacceptable.

@plusnethelp Hey Plusnet! Are you going to answer any of my Tweets! My network connection is as stable as Chernobyl at the moment, trying to work from home with little or no success!

@Plusnet "No problem" when there most evidently IS a problem just not appropriate.

Now 17.55 and speed is dropping again. Less than 25mb/sec download. Totally useless. A response from Plusnet would be nice, but maybe they can’t respond because of the problem.

@doitjusticeltd @mssophiaparker I put up with an awful lot of "Mrs" when I did finally get through to PlusNet last week - I really had lost the will to tackle it after 6 hours on hold...

@KateSlaterPR @Plusnet Doesn't surprise, iv been and still having appalling so called broadband service from them and equally appalling customer service- total attitude, not doing what they agree they'll do, cant speak to a manager and then cut off whilst on hold earlier! The business is a total joke!

@Plusnet Made what I've now realised was a bad move early Nov trying to move broadband to John Lewis. Paid £25 up front to be told c17/11 the order had been cancelled. No refund of the £25 & currently been hanging on trying to get this sorted. #rubbishservice

@plusnethelp Hello Plusnet How can I get a firmware update pushed out to my 2704N router with 7.275.6_F2704N_Plusnet firmware? I've posted a request for help on the community forum on Tuesday, where other people seem to have got help, but have had no help there. Thanks

@chrisroast @plusnethelp Village spent six months in the Bermuda Triangle of Openreach, BT and plusnet. Pushed from company to company. One man had 11 visits. Each time told line ok. Eventually Openreach owned up. Problems in the station. BT wouldn’t pay to upgrade it.
