@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet I switched to Plusnet mobile this week and had requested to port my existing number. My number was deactivated with existing provider on Wed noon however it is still not activated with Plusnet. Not getting satisfactory response from customer service. Please help.

@Plusnet I have moved home and taken plusnet service with me. Engineer today was unable to set up the phone line for internet use due to issue with the poles outside. My partner and I work from home and need wifi online by Monday. Been on hold for ages. Please help sort this asap

@AMJ1981 @Plusnet I’m tempted. I had to call them twice, so was on hold for over an hour in total, only to be told that their systems are having problems so I need to call back tomorrow! The only problem is that it’s one of the few networks that works in my village.

@h_dennett @Plusnet I’d cancel anyway, they’ve cut my phone off twice this week due to supposed payment issues even know payments have been made and it’s actually an issue with their system
