@Plusnet Like lots of other people my internet is down in Brighton. Why don’t you have automatic monitoring of your services / an up to date service outage page on your website / out of hours service to get stuff fixed before 8am! I start work at 6am!

@Plusnet I’ve worked in IT for 20 odd years now - outages happen. The real problem here is that after 7+ hours Plusnet haven’t acknowledged, informed and managed user expectations. Bad form.

I would not want to be the poor sod manning the PlusNet Twitter account this morning, their service fell over around midnight and hasn't come back online.
