@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

Special mention to Plusnet for allocating us a router password that neither husband nor I can apparently read correctly (we both repeatedly miss the same letter so it’s clearly a terrible password :D)

@Plusnet cheek putting the price of broadband up when I spend more time disconnected than connected. The service is a joke and makes literally every aspect of my life harder than it needs to be.

Btw if you know anyone who is with Plusnet or has the means to switch to them, they're currently not charging for calls to Ukraine to try and help people reach loved ones or help them escape the war.

@StevJacks @TalkTalk I guess that's the 80/20 service at its core. I have that from Plusnet and although their customer service isn't all its talked up to be, the service is rock solid. The one this I can suggest is to replace their router, if you can. Supplied routers are garbage.

@RTGraves With PlusNet and I’ve never had any problems since moving into my flat a year and a half ago. Best deal around for me, got charged extra a few months ago and I called up and they got it sorted right away
