    @GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

    @Plusnet Hi Plusnet… Any plans to introduce WiFi Calling on your SIMS?? I’ve got dreadful mobile coverage indoors, and not much better coverage outside (Postcode IP17) - even your customer service lady suggested I leave Plusnet!

    @Plusnet we’ve had no broadband and no phone line for 12 days. Multiple calls to you and nothing happens. What else can we do? Is there anyone that can actually help us?

    @Plusnet Alice, it seems now I've made it clear that I intend to leave plusnet &plusnet mobile that everyone wants to help, shame there was a lack of engagement when it was needed

    Plusnet is honestly the WORST broadband provider. Slow speeds and they don’t honour nothing. LOL do not be enticed by the price. It’s cheap because they’re trash.

    @Plusnet Wonder if you can help. Unable to access my Plusnet Hib Manager. WiFi working fine, have reset it to check. Just keep getting connection has reset page. Please could you check this for me. Thank you.

    @Plusnet Yet another disappointment. Was promised a call back from a manager today and it never happened. This is the third time now over a period of 4 days. Plus net cancelled our email without our permission when we changed address. All our emails now gone and they won’t help.

    @Plusnet is there any issues in the BN22 area? Every morning for the past week, the Internet is dropping off and lights go out on router and takes a while to recover. Is this line testing?
