@plusnethelp I've been told Plusnet cannot process the refund even though it is their error and I should speak to my bank and call back tomorrow - not like I have a full-time job I need to hold down or anything. Why should I do Plusnet's job for them? I expect compensation.

@MarcAllera Do you think it's acceptable for a new customer's line to be taken over and then no internet service provided for up to 5 days since the transfer? That's what plusnet have done.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK when will 5g broadband be available in my area (CF417PW). I'm getting fed up with @Plusnet and their laggy connections, but apprently there is no issue.
