@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

@Plusnet Hi. Just come home to find there is an Internet outage in my area. Spoke to engineer and was told it won’t be fixed until Monday!! How come this isn’t going to be fixed sooner as I’m now going to be without Internet access all weekend.

@Plusnet so it is the EE network. Service problem in SE16 3LN We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer. Weird how it says can be device related too.

Cracking phone fault service from @Plusnet today. Easy interaction with highly automated service over SMS, prompt follow-up call from real person, exchange fault diagnosed in 30min and fixed within 2 hours. Good job!

Just changed from TalkTalk to PlusNet broadband. Massive difference in customer service. Pleasant vs non existant.
