@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

@plusnethelp @Plusnet mins before arrival but I know most of them don't'. So I have to sit and hope they will come in the 5 hour window given, not optimistic as if I know anything from plusnet it is that they are unreliable, not willing to help and won't keep you updated.. pt 4

@RupsC73 Depends on your area but I've heard BT/EE is pretty decent and had plusnet a year or so ago and had no issues 🙏

@OpenreachHelp @Plusnet Every few months this Support Team have opened Question 213987940 to track an issue on your account. Can someone get open reach here asap please . While your at it book it for two months time aswell. Saves messing about later. Or. Fix it first time😭
