Ewan crook* (@EwanCrook) reported from Worthing, England

@Plusnet another complaint! I need you to contact me about my broadband as your connection is useless! Oh and your phones don’t advise that there opens time is 9am and I have been waiting 20 mins. Awful service

  • KarenAms
KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Dear @plusnethelp @Plusnet your appalling customer support means on 11th day without Broadband, WiFi and telephoned. Enforced working from home means you are jeopardising our jobs

  • robinschlochter
RobinSchlochtermeier (@robinschlochter) reported from Uckfield, England

@Plusnet Where is your customer service? I have a broadband fault, your phone line doesn’t go through to an agent and your automated SMS fault check resets to the default initial msg every few minutes

  • gregpaulshort
Greg Short (@gregpaulshort) reported from Haywards Heath, England

@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

  • ThePhysioRooms
The Physio Rooms (@ThePhysioRooms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

  • MsEmmaChaplin
Emma Chaplin (@MsEmmaChaplin) reported from Lewes, England

Another massive price hike by @Plusnet after a huge one last year, within contract. Just waiting for the contract to end then will switch of course. Should I assume I'll lose service during switch? Anything I can do to mitigate?

  • KarenAms
KarenAms (@KarenAms) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Dear @Plusnet @plusnethelp so disappointed that still no broadband or tv after 6 days. Chose you for your supposedly good customer services 😢

@Plusnet My service is activated, it was sorted Tuesday this week.

  • FiveMorbius
    Morbius Five (@FiveMorbius) reported

@Plusnet Naturally the only people actually responding to my tweets are scammers. Nothing new there. How embarrassing is it that the people faking being your company's customer service do a better job of pretending to help customers than you do actually helping them.

  • xirfan
    Irfan (@xirfan) reported

@Plusnet Doesn't look like I can just cancel my phone line and pay for Broadband only.

  • DerylLynn
DerylLynn on stranger’s island (@DerylLynn) reported

@JackieMarsden6 I’m delighted with my Starlink after years of below standard service from Plusnet so I’m happy . Who knows these days Jackie but I will say of all the billionaires I’d be more likely to trust him than Soros say 🤷

  • AlasdairUK
    Alasdair (@AlasdairUK) reported

@Plusnet Hi, do you still offer support via this method?

  • DONNYDIVArl
    Rosie L (@DONNYDIVArl) reported

So... for the 2nd time in a week @Plusnet @plusnethelp have not got back to me after promising to do so to resolve an account complaint. I'm officially bored. Do I really have to make 8 calls to resolve a very simple issue. 9th looming...

    David Anthony (@DavidBu03197579) reported

@Plusnet Hello, we are having lots of problems with the broadband disconnecting all the time. This has been happening since we signed up but was only here and there before but been almost unusable for the past week.

  • MelJD46

@plusnet where did it all go sk wrong. Where did you get the idea i would be pushed around and treated like an idiot with no choices ? #megafail

  • xdean2
    Dean (@xdean2) reported

@Plusnet looking to change broadband providers from BT but read somewhere that if you try just get routed back to see the expensive option trying to get away from. Can you confirm can swap to plusnet as new customer with new customer pricing from BT?

  • Hamish88205796
    Hamish (@Hamish88205796) reported

@DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.
