@GlasgowNotOsteo @Plusnet Hi Daniel, thank you for your message. They did offer a repayment plan. My issue is that it wasn’t explained to me that i would have to pay for 4 months of broadband that we didn’t need or use when we reopened. Fairly brutal customer service given the circumstances..

Plusnet DNS not working.Oh well,not a problem,I'll just change the DNS on their DHCP server.Except you can't...it's all very rounded and pretty, but so restricted that you an't make even such basic changes. So wait for them to fix it, or manually set every device in the house....

@Plusnet @MoneyTelegraph After 10days Plusnet still cannot retrieve a phone call proving they told me I didn't have to pay cancellation charges. I have a letter from the Head of Customer Services stating same. Plusnet uses threat of debt collection agencies to cover own mistakes.
