@Plusnet just joined as a new customer , already you have put the price up and this is before my first connection day and to top it off , you didn't connect me on the day but disconnected me so no service and a price hike , this is a terrible start

@MatWithnail I'm sorry to hear that Mat! I'd recommend giving our Customer Options team a bell on 0800 432 0200, they're open until 8PM weekdays,7PM Saturday and 6PM Sunday. They'd definitely get that sorted for you👍 I could arrange a call back if you like instead? -Max, Plusnet Sheffield

@kennykoalabear I have been very happily with NowTV broadband for 18 months, paid £22 per month for all of that time. Great customer service too. Would suggest avoiding PlusNet at all costs as we had such a bad experience with them but that could just be us!

I've just moved to @Plusnet. Plusnet has cut off my mobile service and transferred it to them...before I have received my SIM card. So I have no phone.

Hello @Plusnet I am no longer a customer of yours. Please stop sending me emails. You have all my details, I have followed all your requirements to end my account, so why do I get an email telling me about changes to my charges? Are you not talking between departments?
