@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

what a f'ing joke @plusnet mobile is at times, @EE confirms they have an issue in my area and Plusnet use their network, they state they have no known issues in the area. Think it's time to move my contract to another provider... been a month now with basically no signal.

@Plusnet Your team are having some issues moving my broadband - I’m responding to sms and e-mail but no one seems to be reading my responses. Not convenient for me call - and chat isn’t available on your website. Frustrating.

@Plusnet Tell you what Sammy, I got a bit of a shock today. Got an email from Plusnet telling me my price plan was going up.... 9.35%!!! So Plusnet could increase by just CPI which is 3.9%, but choose to kneecap its customers with a further 5.45%. Not the best customer experience Sammy 🤮
