    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @Plusnet Hi Emily in past 6 days I have restarted device as many times as I haven't done in year. And No still Is NoT working. Turn off sim out NOT working. Flying mode Not working. Manual network Not working. So what did yr team fixed?

    @Plusnet pride themselves on customer service. It's 2022 and you can't cancel online and "all their staff are in a meeting until 12.15 so call back later" .. absolutely ridiculous. Can't wait to get shot of this crap internet.

What i want to know is how many people are affected, when is the issue going to be fixed, and what compensation are you going to give me for the total failure to honour your contract with me. For a start, how about giving people affected free temp SIMS!
