Finally have one bar on my mobile after a week of no service @Plusnet No warning it was happening. No updates. No easy way to complain. No way to do business or contact people in emergencies. But I notice @Plusnet has no problem billing me for the full service today. Shocking.

@jmdlollollol @Plusnet @plusnethelp Since lockdown customers appear to become inconvenience that companies tolerating as sideline to them taking our money. Have you noticed always them who have charged us too much or charged us for a service they've failed to provide thinking when they say "Sorry" that's enough !

@CaraLisette @EE I switched from EE to Plusnet sim only (who use the EE network) a long time ago and so much cheaper. £10 a month for 30GB of data and unlimited texts/minutes. Of course, depends on what you need/use but for me saved a lot every month.
