I only need a basic service no landline. Both are same price. Any advice on which is best meaning few connection problems and good customer service?

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best
