Had phone line issues, DMed @Plusnet, and by noon the following day an Openreach engineer had visited and fixed the issue. So +1 to Plusnet for quick support 👍

@Plusnet Hi. I seem to be having more and more problems connecting to my Wi-Fi in the Attic. Is there something you or I can do to improve my signal up there? I keep hearing about Wi-Fi extenders. Can you provide me with one?

@plusnet we appear to have an Internet outage in torpoint, Cornwall. My router is continuously flashing orange despite multiple resets- please could you check if it is an external problem?
