Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best
