    @BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

    @Plusnet you took over my broadband when I was away. Travelling back in the uk to a text to say my router has only just been posted today… and I can see my old connection is offline. Two kids and Easter weekend ahead. Can you see the problem? Can you check when it was posted

    @Plusnet Because of this, we'll be looking for 6 months free no charge of our bills with plusnet, customer service and service in general has been shocking.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach It’s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet don’t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.

    Why is internet down again in TS17 5LS. Supposed to be superfast @Plusnet but having nothing but problems with outages! Be helpful if they let customers know the problems are rather than wait till we contact them and they say all is fine! #noconnection #nocustomerservice

    @WeAreOpenreach please can someone help. Following a no show for an installation on Tuesday. Today’s engineer M group for OpenReach couldn’t get the full fibre running. Said that another engineer would come. No update yet and Plusnet help on phone could not give any help can you?
