@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

Amazingly we now have a blue light so the WiFi is back on. No ones been in touch from Plusnet. I haven’t touched the wiring or reset it, yet its come back on. To me it looks like a wholesaler issue not the wiring. I will expect money deducted off the bill for lack of service

@davidleeraynor @virginmedia So why are not other providers doing this? #VirginGreedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

  • garcon00 Mike Shaw (@garcon00) reported

@DickieMeaden Vodafone coverage ok where I am but customer service not so much. If 4G SIM only suits, worth looking at Plusnet (they use EE).

  • IanDavidFisher Ian Fisher (@IanDavidFisher) reported

@JamesAALongman Yes. A @Plusnet hub 1 which constantly (multiple times daily) disconnects WiFi and has done for almost 2 years. Plusnet has failed to remedy the issue despite the issues facing consumers over the last 12 months.

@Shortwasp I've had Plusnet broadband for ages ( part of BT now) never had any issues. Get BT sport from them at £10/m. Dont get access to BT Sport app though as discounted price . Worth a look.
