@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@Plusnet I spent 40 mins on the phone 2 days ago with your customer service and was told an openreach engineer would be at my home between 1 and 6pm No one showed Your text service is not recognising my number (even though it is registered) I'm too sick to phone again

@statusisdown Yes. Broadband fine but email in local PC outlook and also Plusnet webmail completely not working. Their website is also malfunctioning. @Plusnet
