    @Plusnet as a customer of 6 months we now have the choice of getting full fibre to our door but I notice you don't offer this option, why not? If this is not available then I will be leaving plusnet at the end of contract or sooner if my slow spreads continue

    BT has my by the bollocks because the alternative is Sky, Plusnet and TalkTalk, and I’ll be cold and dead before I give any money to Murdoch; the other two are just criminally ****.

    @Plusnet It’s 22:18 and the internet has gone out once again - so much for that resolving it today. Over a week now @OpenreachHelp - what actually is the issue?
