@BritishTelecom @BTOpenreach1 @Plusnet so disappointed at the level of service I’m receiving. Changing suppliers has lead to a fault in the line. No internet for 9 days already. Fault STILL not fixed. 3 kids at home and 2 parents working from home with NO INTERNET. Not impressed

@Plusnet your service is so rubbish and it's been almost year now you been promising to come and fix but it's all just talk and talk your advisor promised me that u will send an engineer but still nothing and then you closed my case my internet keep crashing and I hate you now

@johnae111srcou1 @Plusnet I’ve had no connection for 3-4 days. They r saying that an open reach engineer broke something in the box at the end of the street but it seems I’m not the only one whose plus net broadband is down. It’s ridiculous.

@Plusnet over 2.5 hours spent on the phone to you trying to sort the broadband issue at my new home and it’s still not fixed. To top it off your agent has just cut me off mid-call. This is unacceptable, I can’t spend another 45minutes on hold.Get this sorted please. Unacceptable

@Plusnet If you make a call to customer care i assume the call is recorded? If so can a customer request a transcript of that call under the GDPR?
