@JamesHarkin 1/ Look at the recommendations on which magazine. The top three are consistently 'utility warehouse' 'zen' and Plusnet. The bigger names such as sky, bt, talk talk, virgin, now, hyperoptic etc consistently get poor reviews and worse value for money. I've used and recommended

@Plusnet our devices have full WiFi signal and are attached to the router, but the internet keeps dropping out for no reason for the past week. Generally a router reset seems to make it work again but sometimes it doesn’t come back for an extended amount of time. Hp6 area

@JamesHarkin @peterdaily You get to decide when your 'enough is enough' point if there is documented evidence you've contacted them about poor service they can't charge you a exit fee for breaking contract if you still in one. I would also jump on the Plusnet bandwagon they've been great
