    @Plusnet New customer you have migrated my phone line today and now I have no Internet. According to your txts my broadband can take up to midnight 17/06. This isn't the short downtime you described when switching. Called your helpdesk. Systems down call back in 2 hours!

    @Plusnet a few months ago we had issues with our WiFi not ‘syncing’ and after days of back and forth you sent someone out. Told us we wouldn’t be charged as it was an issue with the line. They came out, apparently fixed it. And then in the next month we were charged £60

    Ok @bt_uk. So why if I pay a packet for FTTP am I still getting "video paused poor connection" and "unstable internet" messages? You've altered the frequency more than once but all that does is bugger up my wifi discs. No such problem with @Plusnet superfast and it's 1/4 of the £

    @Plusnet Anoush I have an issue with plusnets porting i have a server that has not been workinh now for over 2 years due to ports blocked who can I talk to at plusnet.

    @Plusnet my broadband has just come back on after about twenty minutes but clearly there are underlying issues that your technical departments need to address.

    @Plusnet Why did he take over my case if he was then going to take 2 weeks off? I was passed to him as my last case handler did nothing with my case for over a month. How do o file a complaint?

    @Plusnet Well award winning customer service, I don't think. Cant reply to email, can't email directly, did not respond to my ticket. Now customer service say two weeks to reconnect! On hold for an imaginary supervisor for yonks. OMG now a text asking how they have done! GUESS!

    @Plusnet hi there. I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho
