I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho

It went off this morning at 07:00hrs & an agent has advised that it “SHOULD” be on by 12/02/21. BAD, BAD SERVICE 😡😡😡 @plusnethelp
