I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho

Lauder Miller (@balnastraid) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say “ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with £1bn + wage bill and no income stream.

I have tried the diagnostic steps with the plusnet hub and it has not improved

No broadband, customer services are almost impossible to speak to. 3 different stories from technical team. I want to cancel my subscription but they want a cancellation fee!
