    @Bricrabtree History shows that they never did .... when we hear John MacDonald say “ nobody will loose their Job in the sector and he talks about amalgamating the workforce’s of Openreach, Virgin, PlusNet etc you know your going to finish up with £1bn + wage bill and no income stream.

    @CraigDobbin1990 @Plusnet That's ridiculous!. I'll give them a chance to sort it but if they can't provide me a service I'm paying for then I'll need to look elsewhere. I appreciate the headsup mate and I hope they'll sort you out as well as compensate you. Not good news at all.

    I heard nothing from them about my internet. Was told we needed an engineer and if we missed him we’d get a £65 fee to find out that we never needed one so I’ve been told different things from different people via plusnet customer services. Very confusing. -

    @plusnethelp I have purchased a new tplink router as reading issues people are having with the plusnet hub I have no faith in it. This appears to have rectified the issue. Is there a way to be reimbursed for the cost of getting my broadband working ?
