Still can't raise a line fault on your website as undergoing maintenance. Strange how broadband suddenly stops and then restarts in this manner. 😐 Never had issues ever until this month.

I'm here to report my broadband in west Edinburgh cut out completely about 10 mins ago with the red broadband light flashing. A similar thing happened a few nights ago in the evening which was resolved when turned router hub off/on. Didn't resolve this time tho

I’ve had intermittent connection/speed problems since March 2020 (incl during a job interview 🙄), their customer service isn’t that great and they kept trying to close my case when the issue hadn’t been resolved. I've been in the situation where my signal has been competing with 6 or other routers on the same channel. 5ghz shouldn't be a problem.
