I have to say that after 7 months of problems with @BT and @Plusnet we've ditched our landline and gone with @ThreeUK for mobile/Wireless broadband, totally wireless, so far, after 3 weeks of use... Best choice I've ever made! Twice the speed and no drop‐outs! Thank you #Three

@Plusnet still without mobile signal. Told at first mast was fine, then told by email mast has failed. And that’s it.! No communication, no plan moving forward, silence. Offered a free month of phone network. Does not really help not having signal. Can’t even ring and discuss it

@Plusnet Well, after nearly three months from ordering broadband still has not been completed. More delays,....Absolutely disgusted with the way this issue has been dealt with - incompetent and no appreciation of the difficulties this is causing.

@Plusnet disgusting service to my in-laws (both aged 80+). Have been getting an average of 1.5-2 mb speeds for years so internet useless. Found them a rural supplier of 22mb and you want to charge them £200 to end their contract. What about your min speed guarantee or fairness?
