    @Plusnet Hi, thanks for the reply, I have just spoken to a very helpful chap called Harry in you customer service department who has confirmed there is a major outage in myarea so no problem I'll just wait until it's fixed.

    @Plusnet poor speeds in @Islington Current line speed: 4.9Mb. This is a measure of the actual line speed. It’s only a little higher than min. Guaranteed Speed: 2.1Mb and my work MS Teams meetings keep dropping which is bad for business! Help pls

    @foxyhorrorgames UGH I know that problem. We used to have Plusnet a long time ago. It was awful. :/

    @plusnet I’m a Plus Net customer and have issues with my landline (no outgoing dial tone; incoming calls continue to ring/don’t connect when picked up) and very slow broadband. The Phone Troubleshooter tool says the situation is ‘unclear’. Please advise how to proceed.

    @Plusnet Thank you for your reply. I’ve worked through the list of things to try, and have not been able to resolve the fault. I’ve therefore called the Plusnet support line which has confirmed there is an issue, and arranged for an engineer to visit during the week.

    @Plusnet any issues in Linwood Renfrewshire? I've got the orange light on my hub rebooting hasn't worked, microfilter was changed but still nothing.

    @Plusnet Almost impossible to work from home with the current Internet service I'm getting. I've tried everything plusnet has advised. I can't believe I'm paying for this!!!
