    @Plusnet I am absolutely appalled at the incompetence demonstrated by plusnet. Over the past 6 weeks there have been a catalogue of errors. I would not recommend to anyone and will be leaving ASAP!

    @superstratrob91 ...customer support team can be reached on 0800 432 0200. If mobile account, our mobile support team can be reached on 0800 079 1133 or 500 (From a Plusnet Mobile). Both can be reached from Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00 I hope this helps. - Benj 2/2

    So…..between @plusnet broadband being down and @VodafoneUK signal being slower than a week in the jail, my working day has been utterly wasted. ANY chance either could be fixed for purpose tomorrow folks?!?

    Optimistically waiting for my new @Plusnet broadband to hopefully 🤞 go live today. Never have I changed providers and been cut off at midnight but hey ho, thats what @SkyHelpTeam have done. But we'll get onto my experience with them shortly....
