    @Plusnet hello I got a reward credit in prepaid MasterCard which I didnt use fully and the card expired...now I was told you can't fix the issue and left to loose my balance..

    Just found out Plusnet's automated system for placing orders cancelled my order after it was placed, I've been waiting for 5 weeks for something that wasn't coming. I think I've had every internet issue possible at this point.

    @Plusnet don’t rely on them for emails they just deleted all mine they left me 4 from 2016 all my bills and support have gone

    @Plusnet just switched over for phone and broadband. Having issues with incoming phone calls not ringing... outgoing fine... checked all the hardware and tried another phone...seems to be a migration issue...local calls from a neighbour get through, anything else... nothing!

    Updates cont... 8. I've been told that the Product Team probably won't email me! 9. Emailed Plusnet's abuse address instead (it's also hidden away on the Service Abuse page, but doubles as a way of reporting security vulnerabilities. We shall see...) 10. Giving up for tonight.

    @bt_uk Wow I honestly didn't expect a reply so fast!! But it's not BT I have an issue with, it's @Plusnet and honestly they're an absolute joke when it comes to their broadband service and customer support.

    @kayjoon it seems like they have a similar monopoly to BT, and literally fleece their users :/ I'm with Plusnet, whilst still a bt line, their customer service is good and you can negotiate with them
