@Plusnet I've received a troubling email from you about an account cancellation fee of £60, after YOU created a new account for my fibre service when I moved house. It's threatening me with debt collection. Can you please explain?

@xXTHLXx @garysmartin dont know if Plusnet does fibre but right now would avoid changing to them. had problems at package startup, line was even downgraded when with BT and Plusnet. Both providers, same problem. Not even for fibre as this area is catered poop by ISP's and network infrastructure teams

  • darac Paul Saunders (@darac) reported

@ChloeRaccoon @Plusnet @zeninternet You mean "We can't provide you with a service, have you tried using a competitor?" Well, I suppose if a shop was out of stock, they MIGHT say "have you tried $supermarket"

  • geekycow Julie Brandon 🇬🇧🇪🇺🌈❤️ (@geekycow) reported

@Mortgage_Stu @Plusnet Burst noise interference (something electrical and big switching on or off) or, if your internet goes off and stays off, some other kind of time dependent interference (e.g. time operated outdoor light that's broken.)
