@plusnethelp 3/4 So lost another £50+ to plusnet. Now the monthly charges raised in first 5 of 18 month contract. Still having the technical issues and not even getting the rewards which I have asked and explained missed due to medical emergency.

  • Grumps88 Grumps (@Grumps88) reported

2 months on and 55 phone calls later and still no phone or internet service from @Plusnet I’m unable to work and the care home where my seriously ill mother resides cannot make contact by landline. The stress this is causing is beyond belief

  • UKPam Pam McDonald (@UKPam) reported

@Plusnet Just tried again to get in touch with useless Plusnet. Don't blame the pandemic either. There is no one to talk to at all. I am disgusted and I have another year of this to put up with. I can't afford to ditch Plusnet either, so I am stuck with bad service.

  • benvolante Ben (@benvolante) reported

@Plusnet can you sort your network out please! My internet has dropped out more times than I’ve had hot dinners. Looking around seems to be a common theme with customers when they hit the 6 month mark of being a customer.

  • JSwindlesonF1 Thunderbird 2 (@JSwindlesonF1) reported

PLUSNET HOW CAN YOU LET MY YOUTUBE BUFFER IN 144P **** OFF

  • brownsandra1962 Sandyb (@brownsandra1962) reported

@Plusnet I had an engineer out a few weeks ago and he found no problems with the wiring or socket, the socket was newly installed just last year. He said it was the router. After speaking with someone at plusnet they managed to get me back connected via correcting my username.

  • emsieben81 Emma Benham (@emsieben81) reported

@Plusnet I’m having issues with your internet speed being inconsistent. It’s really making working from home difficult. Any ideas on what it might be please?

  • IshaqSiddiqi Ishaq Siddiqi (@IshaqSiddiqi) reported

Hi, joined @Plusnet recently and after a few days of top level connectivity, it's now constant drop offs in service with frequent flashing orange lights on the router. What's the deal?

  • filosofical_140 Ben Samuel (@filosofical_140) reported

@Plusnet I still have no signal. People can't call me and it's affecting my business. I am forced to be your customer because when I try and get a PAC number, it says I have to pay an exit penalty I never agreed to. I believe I should not have to be held to that in these circumstances.
