@We_Spirit_Now @Plusnet Lastest update from @Plusnet saying it won’t be fixed till tomorrow morning now, that’s at least 31 hours since it went down. Some very unhappy customers.

@plusnet I clearly didn’t realise how much I rely on email until I don’t have it. Your disaster recovery is poor should have been able to switch to backup server to get people back online and recover any missing emails at later point!

@Plusnet message this morning advised to check back in a couple of hours. Now says resolution by tomorrow morning on email issue. Please expand on what the issue is and when actually service will be restored, call centre message suggests you dont know really.
