🏳️🌈Dean Ashford🏳️🌈 (@Play_Ruff) reported@Plusnet We pay for 36Mbps (fastest our property can get unfortunately), with a minimum guarantee of 20Mbps, but we're often down at 8-16, or in bad spots at 1-3, and they just tell us its wifi. Contract or not, Ofcom Broadband Speed Code of Practice lets us leave if this continues.
