@Plusnet please can someone on your complaints team look at question 250751947? Support agents are not understanding the issue and constant delay on a new connection and resetting a 30 day SLA is absolutely naff. MDU build was done BEFORE order placed. External build is the issue

  • johnlyons40 John Lyons (@johnlyons40) reported

@Plusnet I'm afraid that doesn't help problem is that outlook won't let me enter my plusnet username. it assumes my username is my email address

  • Transferman2025 TransferMan2025 (@Transferman2025) reported

@Plusnet This isn't an issue that can be resolved via the member centre. My broadband speeds are consistently below the minimum guaranteed (500mbps) and I would like to discuss the termination fees as they are extortionate when you are in breach of contract

  • jay_hp Jane 🐶🐈🦊🦜🐎🐝🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 (@jay_hp) reported

@Plusnet I DM’d you 2 days ago & haven’t had any response apart from automated reply which doesn’t cover the issue I have raised. Do you not accept DMs any more?

  • Beckenham BeckenhamTown 🇪🇺 (@Beckenham) reported

@plusnet no internet in BR3? Is there a service issue you can help with?

  • AllanBrierley Allan (@AllanBrierley) reported

Hey @Plusnet My Fibre has just gone down spectacularly! What gives?!

  • SenorStefan Stefan (@SenorStefan) reported

@Plusnet When I call I get stuck in the same loop: “computer says no”. From what I can tell, OpenReach has spent 4 weeks doing nothing on a 6 week SLA and your support team keep just repeating what the OR system says. This solves nothing! It needs escalation!

  • brendon_rogers Brendon Rogers (@brendon_rogers) reported

@Plusnet do you have service problems? We have an outage, and I see reports on Downdector

  • brendon_rogers Brendon Rogers (@brendon_rogers) reported

@Jingy_D @Plusnet Down for us in south east London. “As advised you have been affected by a Major Service Outage in your area which is preventing connection to the internet. This should be resolved by: tomorrow 2:30 pm”

  • H34th3r87 Heather (@H34th3r87) reported

@Plusnet my broadband is up for renewal but why is it always cheaper as a new customer? It's the same every year. Can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere.
