    @Plusnet no broadband in LL11 when I got home at 00:20 today and still down this morning. Orange light and ‘b’ on router. Any idea of what’s happening and when it’ll be fixed? Phone works.

    @Plusnet Hi guys, you recently sorted an issue out here for me. Thank you. I still have poor connectivity (#WiFi) in a few of rooms in my flat. Could that be the #Router? Eg. Without #WiFi, my phone on data is lightening; with it stutters. Thanks in advance. Roger

    @Plusnet Parental controls are possibly enabled when they shouldn't be, but can't log in to check settings. Any idea when the site will be back up? Is this part of a problem the site is down to fix?

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow My @bt_uk deal expires soon. Online offers renewal at £11 more per month. I live chatted them, they offered a new deal £5 more than current and also more than current deals from plusnet, voda and others, so looks like I will cancel. Shame as otherwise happy with the service.

    @Plusnet @RodSheaff @Plusnet I can’t help but wonder if you read ANY of the comments written by your pissed off customers? Have you got a crowd of work experience kids drafted in to C&P the same response day in and day out? (I can’t help but be curious about the word ‘lithium’ in that link 🤔)

    @Plusnet Without copying and pasting today’s usual/repetitive answer would you PLEASE tell me WTF is going on. I can access webmail - bog all has arrived there since SUNDAY - on Saturday there was a flurry of emails but nothing since. Provide the service we pay for. GET A PRO IN!
