    @maddoodleK8 @jeremyiwhite @whippletom VM did that for me. I said I NEVER watch their TV so I was leaving. I said as a pensioner I couldn’t afford them any more and was moving to Plusnet. Funny they cut my BB only price and it’s not only cheaper but better! So VM 👍

    @ThreeWordsWork @Peston @Meish52 Ofcom the same. Plusnet are signed to the voluntary service agreement which will never ever pay. Let me know if you know otherwise. Left us without usable internet for weeks and loads of missed appointments. Scammers all of them.

    @whippletom I've had a commercial relationship with PlusNet, which I rate quite highly, that involves them upping the price after a year, me leaving and then, a year later, returning as a 'new customer', for the following 12 months. It's ridiculous. ....of course, they've all now invented

    @Plusnet our speed has dropped from 12mb down to 2 mb over the course of a month. You have checked our home and then found a fault in the network, but this has not been resolved! You say this is acceptable but surely you can’t just decrease our speed!

    @RobL_L Thanks for the suggestion, but @Screwfix .com still not working over @Plusnet after reset. Works fine on 3g.
