@Plusnet Am I missing something on your website? I can see where to report a problem online if you're a full fibre customer but broadband customers have to wait until 8AM to send a text? Is there really that big of a difference in the level of service?

  • wondravanian Wondra Vanian (@wondravanian) reported

@Plusnet I didn't expect to actually get a text back - especially as quickly as I did! Just shows how bad the service was that I had gotten used to before I switched! It WAS super easy to use! I hope I won't need it, but where online can I report a fault for broadband?

  • Jennie_Mortley Jennie Mortley (@Jennie_Mortley) reported

@MartinSLewis Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease could you help me. I’ve been without my Plusnet landline & broadband since 27/7/22 when I reported a fault. They told me it would be repaired 22/8/22. It wasn’t! They told me this morning it would be today. It wasn’t! What can I do??

  • dave_bake Dave Bake (@dave_bake) reported

@Plusnet I ordered Broadband on 9.8 22 but my router still hasn't arrived, im sure it should be here by now. I have anxiety so am unable to call your call centre and you don't seem to have a live chat option (which I must say I find a bit ridiculous in 2022) please can you help

  • LewieKong Lewie Kong (He/Him) (@LewieKong) reported

@Plusnet Is there any work going on in Central Portsmouth? I've had 2 router/network dropouts in the last 2 days.

  • The_Morningstar Tony H (@The_Morningstar) reported

@AntheaJayne4 @PopTelecom @Ofcom I see people complain about Plusnet, but I've never had an issue with them.

@ThevoiceofSL A functional port wow progress indeed nasha you do us proud. That is sarcasm for the fellow Landers. Plusnet in the UK is a shockingly bad internet provider but they will do you proud.

  • DBraidenPhoto David Braiden (@DBraidenPhoto) reported

Hey @plusnet BB on and off this morning and tec support seems unsure what to do after 25 mins! Droitwich area. Are BT playing ? DM you.

  • Nightnewsdotnet Nightnews (@Nightnewsdotnet) reported

@MissIG_Geek Virgin took over my isp which was once cable telewest and b4 that blueyonder, could not support a new address so ditched them. Fell back on my IT student force9 dial up payg company, now @Plusnet owned by BT. I maybe have a tech problem once every three years or so, works for me.

@Plusnet well after about 16-17 days my broadband/phone has finally come on you think a good will payment of 24£ is generous. I personally think it’s an insult!! My mobile bill is between 7-50£ an 10£ a month. It’s 27.50£ terrible I have to pay that!! NOT you THANKS!!
