@Plusnet only had your Internet a matter of weeks and nothing but issues 😭 the time I get in from work, the online chat and customer services are closed. Router showing red and flashing orange and trouble shooting not resolving. Feel like I'm paying for a non existent service.

@AiberdeinQuine @Plusnet Google the issue. Your not alone. Many other customers with the same issue and Plusnet fail to adequately address it. Lost my WiFi connection 4 times today and had to reset my router.

@phil_wiffen @Plusnet Ah lucky you. I get a different story depending on who answers the phone on their side! To be fair I’ve been with them years and never had a problem but now is the time customer service matters! Down 60 hours and counting!

@Plusnet This has been an ongoing problem not just for us but others as well in Kinross I suggest you contact open reach & get them to sort their boxes out as many are not getting the service that we pay for our promised contracts are not being met
