@Plusnet Good afternoon. We have a consistent issue with our WiFi dropping out several times a day ever since we started our with you. It is causing huge problems for us working from home and I need a solution or my contract cancelled. Please advise. Many thks

@SimonStaskiewi5 @MartinSLewis @virginmedia So why are not other providers doing this? #VirginGreedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS

@Plusnet is absolutely no debate the most embarrassing, worst internet provider available in 2021. Whoever is considering them, please I’m begging, don’t. How can my internet be turning itself off every 15 minutes? If I had enough characters, they’d be in the mud like their wifi.

@Plusnet Hello, I applied for your broadband in November and have heard nothing since. What's happening? How do I cancel as this service isn't good.

Nobody use @Plusnet we’ve had awful wifi for over a year and they just told it not there problem as I only pay for broadband not wifi. How the hell are we supposed to hole school and work from home?

@SkyUK worst broadband service ever. Trying to contact you is like trying to see the queen. Plusnet was better!!!

@Teacherglitter Have a look at Plusnet. Never had any problems & fair prices.

Anyone thinking of using @Plusnet as a #broadband provider make sure you read their small print terms. We were connected yesterday having waited a month. The speeds are so slow we called to cancel having been connected 1 day and we have been stung with a £90 exit fee. @Ofcom
