    Oh great! Internet has gone down. Not good when paying silly prices for @Plusnet Business, clinic full of patients and unable to see their medical notes or take payments! Thanks Plusnet for the continued appalling service. Glad I only have a couple of months contract left.

    Total outage this morning thanks @Plusnet. They claim "the line from our network to your home is working" but we've reset our router, and over 2,500 on downdetector also report a total loss of internet via Plusnet. That's a lot of houses to have problems internally at once! 🙄

    If you want a course on how not to handle a network outage, look to @plusnet. Their entire network is down, as is their status page, and they've stopped answering calls and given no updates on social media.

    @AndrewGalvin14 @Plusnet Same in Havant, north of Portsmouth. Only thing I can see that @Plusnet have done is switch off the customer service line so they can't be called. Rubbish!
