If your business has been seriously interrupted by the Plusnet outage, take time to consider whether a backup plan is needed. Cold comfort at this time, but entrusting your business ops to a £30pm service is risky at best.

@SoProJanet @Plusnet Been offline since 10:20 also. Just managed to get through to a technical advisor after an hour and 12 minutes of being on hold to let me know that they don't know where the issue is, but they're working to resolve it ASAP.

@Plusnet it's all fun and games for the first hour of a national outage, but keeping quiet through the second hour is fairly poor form. Any kind of statement would be great.

Come on @Plusnet flick your broadband switch back on. You’ve had 3+ hours already since your outage began. I’ll give you another hour before I take every opportunity to get the message out there about your abysmal service!!

Pretty disgusting that @Plusnet has been down for most (all?) customers across the UK for at least a couple of hours and they've refused to acknowledge it.
