@Lionel49 @Plusnet I just spoke to them because I thought my payment had failed. They said there was an outage at the moment but I didn't realise it was countrywide!

1/3 - I struggled with @Plusnet for 12 months. Tried literally everything to improve the woeful WiFi signal. They said “nothing wrong with the connection or router, it must be your devices”. Basically told “This is your problem, not ours”…
