    @MyMindToMe @plusnethelp Hope they help you soon. I sent a DM last Friday, no reply yet but other people's tweets sent hours ago replied to promptly. My plusnet router suddenly magically decided I'm somewhere in Germany (I'm in the UK) & I can't access some UK websites anymore, only their EU sites :(

    @Plusnet @SkintDad Your Internet is rubbish, stay away from it people it cuts off at least 3 times a day! Its been off over an hour now and still won't come on! I will be switching over to a more reliable company now. Absolute shocking service.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK when will 5g broadband be available in my area (CF417PW). I'm getting fed up with @Plusnet and their laggy connections, but apprently there is no issue.

    My broadband upload speed has been 0.5/6 for weeks and is affecting my app loading. Can someone at plusnet help. Have just renewed my contract last month and this isn't good enough in 2021. How about a rouer upgrade suitable for modern requirements? Please help

    @Plusnet is the worst broadband about, thought sky was bad, nope plummet is even worse despite supposedly having the fibre package, shocking @plusnethelp

    @bt_uk @Ofcom Surely selling us Digital voice with our new FTTP line (transferring from Plusnet) then giving us a new number/not being able to transfer our number from Plusnet because of porting issues.. and then putting a new random number on our old copper is false advertising?

    @plusnethelp Now all out of data for 1 child from tethering 1 of our plusnet mobiles as still no broadband service. Appalling customer service to be told you won’t help when we’re trying to home school and work.
