2/2 then, they told me that no one could come out evenings or weekdays & advised that I let a neighbour sit in my house & wait for the engineer for me. They told me a manager would call back &they never did. Roll on February. Switching to @Plusnet was the worst thing I ever did.

I’m so mad that @plusnet is taking a week (at least) to get an engineer out. I’m ya not only causing damage to my brothers who rely on the internet for EVERYTHING, it’s ruining my weekend because it’s how we socialise together.

@Plusnet not a great start to be honest. Customer service great but the connection is awful. As a a first time customer, i am glad i am in my cooling period still..
