Bill (@CageFooname) reported@jerryaldrichiii allowed to speak to networking directly, it was maddening. In the end I just left plusnet as I was so shocked by how poor their engineer's understanding was and how they handled it. Meant to complain to the ICO directly but life got in the way. Anyway, ISPs can be very bad!

I've been a loyal customer for many years but might have to switch to another provider if there is no roadmap for 5g and WiFi calling?

Ordered Home Essentials BT broadband at £15 per month (Plusnet £36). Trying to rearrange my finances so I can have at least a meager life & food.

I see some people had similar issues after the service outage last year. Account data compromised?
