Phoning as soon as their lines are open in the morning cos wtf

Even BT offer wireless hubs when they can't connect your broadband (which happened to me earlier this year)! I had a bad experience with Plusnet trying to overcharge me a few years ago after moving home. The ombudsman had to get involved!

I call you for two occasions that don’t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though
