Then spent nearly an hour trying to tell someone I left @Plusnet beginning of March, even had bill to corroborate, I'm wrong, they're right! Had to hang up @ 59:32 as call plan charges if you stay on for over an hour!

@Plusnet i think you need to give your customer service more training!!! 3 months to apply outgoing call barring. 1st attepted 24th feb, not done! , 2nd attempt 18apr , not done, called guy again, he tells me you guys dont do that service🤨....

@Plusnet Help ticket has gone dead with zero response. Still no clearer now with the charges in your billing system under vague descriptors. You could put any old charge on there and customers would be no wiser. I’m showing my evidence to my bank. I don’t believe this is legal!
