@Plusnet Was told internet was sorted for our house move this week but Plusnet admin errors now mean that we'll have no internet, potentially for weeks, in our new home. Please can someone help get this sorted asap.

@Plusnet I am the account holder for an 89 year old partially sighted lady. You promised broadband installation since 26th July. Haven’t received any dates of connection still. What’s going on? Your duty of care to an elderly customer is clearly very lacking!

@PhysicsAndy @Plusnet @tescomobile Tesco contract SIMs don’t yet have full contract SIM access to the O2 network, so only have PAYG access to O2. I’m guessing it’s probably the same issue, too.

@Plusnet I'd advise other people to stay away from Plusnet, their customer service is pathetic. Amongst the worst I've encountered. I've made a complaint and been promised multiple call backs from a manager which haven't materialised.

With thanks to @WeAreOpenreach and @Plusnet for a foul service I've had to bodge an assignment that I've been trying to work on #upyours

On the bright side my broadband switched today from PlusNet to OneStream, saving me about £7 a month. Not bad. Never heard of the provider before but had no problems so far so let's hope it stays that way

@Plusnet I am the account holder for an 89 year old partially sighted customer of yours. You promised broadband since 26th July. You haven’t provided this. Still no news on when she will be connected. Your duty of care is non existent! On hold on the phone for over an hour.

@johnlewishelp @Plusnet 45 minutes and counting on hold waiting for "customer support". That's not support.

I’m out of contract in two days with O2. Worst coverage I’ve ever had. Going back to EE. Do I have to end my O2 contract or just switch? I can never remember. Also any suggestions on who to go with? I like Plusnet and I think EE provide their cover.
