@davezeking Well I've decided against Plusnet as you're not getting proper EE, instead it's the older T-Mobile / Orange network, probably why they can afford really cheap tariffs.

@Plusnet Mate, it’s been 2 days since I posted that. I appreciate you getting back to me eventually but I had to go elsewhere so I could get work done. No idea if it’s working now as I’ve not been home but it’s an issue knowing that I can’t reach anyone if I do have problems.

@Plusnet it seems as though your Internet outage is still ongoing, my Internet has dropped out repeatedly since Friday mornings outage. I've contacted customer service but they detect no issues with my end... hopefully you can get things to work properly again soon.

@Chimpman @rhymerrigby We were going to move to PlusNet and BT called up and said they'd price match so we have BT for not too bad a price. What has happened to full fibre? Pretty sure they did all the cables in the pavement months back now, but they seemingly aren't connecting properties up
