@plusnethelp hi, had this msg 2weeks ago, any update? As we discussed, there is currently an issue going on with customers line rental saver payments. They are getting credited back to the customers. Plusnet are looking into the issue, and will come up with a fix very shortly.

@georgesampson @SkyUK I'm with @Plusnet and pay £17.99 I have 2 kids using their tabs for streaming and a desk top computer each PLUS I have my Now TV Stick on the go for Netflix all day and I have no issues.

@TalkTalk People in my building on BT and Plusnet - and basically ANY OTHER provider, had a 2 hr outage. Meanwhile I’m going on 20. Come on, why can they sort it and you can’t?
