Been with @EE for 22 years, wow. Moved to @Plusnet today which is EE underneath in any regard. Contract dropped from to £8 from £24. I’ll never understand how they can do it for that price using EE’s network but EE themselves can’t do it. It’ll make sense to someone I’m sure.

@virginmedia where's the technician I was promised would arrive 'first thing' today for broadband installation? You've cut me off from Plusnet, and your customer service has been useless!

@Plusnet "While I appreciate the frustration, I'm afraid we wouldn't provide a goodwill gesture if you had made an error. I do understand that we're all human and people do make errors, however as we hadn't made the error we wouldn't compensate for this" #bestcustomerservice

@Plusnet Sure. Will do that now. It seems to be switching between saying 'emergency calls only' and 'plus net' so not sure what's happening but I've not had confirmation that the port has gone through either.

@RobNoLastName @EE @Plusnet Mobile prices have fallen through the floor, and you were stuck on 22 years of sitting on their laurels when you kept paying My neighbour pays 60 a month for basic broadband for the same reason. Had it for 15 years and never rang in And if you're SIM free its even cheaper.
