@Plusnet No ones helped me today just fobbed me off and told me to pay more for better speed. Total joke. No one replying to DM. Lied to by staff twice over the phone recently too. Appalling customer service

@Plusnet Hi I’m having trouble with my wireless connection. Basically it keeps dropping out but my wired connection is fine. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting but conclude there’s a hardware issue. Can you help?

Seriously getting to the end of my tether with @Plusnet broadband constantly going down now. Anyone else having similar problems? Website is worse than useless and support closes at 8pm. Not great when you rely on it for working from home. 😡

@Plusnet I’m really not happy. Internet and landline still not working. You said back in January you were applying an 18.99 credit to my next bill, you didn’t. Then I spent over an hour on the phone in May and was assured the credit would come off June’s bill. It hasn’t, all lies
