So, my internet was buggered for two hours because my phone provider put a messaging service on my landline without telling me and the intermittent dial tone messed with the broadband. Cheers @Plusnet. Yes, I checked my account and it's not even on there...

Why does Plusnet always slow down my speed at 5pm every single day to a crawl so you can't do anything. Not even watch a 12 minute YouTube video at 360p and it probably won't even do 144p. Browsing takes a year to load anything. Seriously, why are they so bad just at 5pm?

@tracebicyturner Hiya Tracy, we wouldn't want you to have any issues with your texts. I'd love to help. Can I just confirm if you're on Plusnet or EE, please? -Monika

@OpenreachHelp Are you nuts and just completely ignore the facts that I have given you! It may have been booked by my service provider but I have automated voicemails from Openreach and texts that state that they will be attending on the specified date. Not from Plusnet but from Openreach

@BronteSchiltz We're with Plusnet and we've had very few issues! When our internet speed went down because of line issues they sent a repairman out as soon as they could and he was brilliant and even gave us a heads up that fibre was going to be in our area really soon. Highly recommend.

@asda_mobile anyone having problems after the migration to Vodafone checkout plusnet (EE). They're doing a 10gb and unlimited everything. 30day rolling. Just text PAC to 2732 to take your number with you.

@GraviteaUK @rogerpsan @martin_payne Lol. Only BT talk about peak times. Them and PlusNet who of course are 100% owned by BT. My speed never dips below 300Mbps. They don’t need to restrict it because the bandwidth is saturated like BT.

Anybody I know who is with Plusnet and who has replaced the standard router (if so is there a router you recommend)? Seems standard one has bad reputation for dealing with multiple devices - I'm thinking it might be at the route of my Zoom and Teams calls being constantly dropped
