  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @DuncanLindsay 10 years ago at Plusnet someone screamed at me & used derogatory terms because her account was under Mrs (she’d given the info for the creation) when she was apparently a Lady. I literally just laughed, took the headset off & walked off the floor. Didn’t even hang up.

  Dear idiots @Plusnet and also @EE as u both have done it this month, if my payment date is set to 6th of month trying to take payment on the 3rd and then restricting services for your **** up won't magically make my money come in 3 days early, both account show 6th so do it!
