If, as @EE claim, they’re the best mobile network in the country, I would hate to see the worst. Ever since I transferred over to them from Plusnet two or three years ago, I have had a succession of problems with them; the latest being the random cancellation of my sim,

@Plusnet I'm a customer. How do I stop a neighbour who found my wifi password from accessing my broadband? The easiest way, please, step-by-step, and don't assume I know how to get to router settings etc. Thank you.

So let’s be clear about @EE. They only guarantee the flow into the router. NOT the Wi-Fi signal, and Wi-Fi 6 covers less than Wi-Fi 5. When you change from plusnet to @EE no one explains this.

@Plusnet I’ve just spoken to an advisor on the phone to discuss if I’d be able to have a quicker internet service with yourselves than what I have currently. Whoever I spoke to was very abrupt with me and not very helpful. Certainly hasn’t helped me consider your service.

@Plusnet Still not received details of how to claim my reward card, despite receiving 2 emails saying plusnet are aware of the problem and will be resolved in 2 weeks. 2 weeks gone by and still waiting.

@Plusnet having some serious issues with the account for the house. Can't get through on any of the phone numbers that are posted on your websites. We might be losing access to our WiFi through no faults of our own.
