@plusnethelp hi there, I have received an email saying that Plusnet was unable to take a bill from my account but I can’t log in to pay as I’m not with Plusnet anymore. I cancelled before it started because of other issues. The bill is less than £1. Please can you help?

@Plusnet I telephoned customer services last Friday to my wireless signal had dropped dramatically over the last few days. "Angie" said she'd run some tests and that she would have to escalate the problem and that someone would call me. Please advise.

@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!

@matthfield I had connectivity issues with two routers from plusnet. I ended buying a BT router on eBay and it works wonders.
