My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimerโs & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

Definitely easy to speak to a human. Iโd rate them as โgood enough to not leaveโ which is as good as any customer service gets from me these days!
