  How is reporting a line fault for an elderly, vulnerable neighbour a GDPR issue ?, Plusnet refused to take the number and log a fault due to GDPR, I was not asking for any personal info.. just wanted them to log a fault #bonkers #nocommonsense @Plusnet

  @esp8687 Both of my children recommended Sky when my Plusnet (BT in disguise) ended and they were trying to force me to go to EE because we are only part fibre and Plusnet don't do it anymore. I anticipated issues but it was a totally smooth and easy

  @Plusnet currently into hour 7 of my internet being down. When texting your help number it just keeps giving me an ETA of when it should be fixed which gets pushed further and further back.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

  @ArmchairAdml He could switch to plusnet which is actually owned by BT and gives a similar service, but as a new customer, he gets the introductory rates.

  @EE Plusnet migration to ee is a bit of lie when they say you'll be connected on the day plus net terminated and ee connects they mean days without no service at all despite setting up the contract day @Ofcom @Plusnet #plusnet #ee
