For the third month in a row @Plusnet has cocked up my bill and overcharged me. Looks like I’ll be making *another* call to them tomorrow. Absolutely fuming @plusnethelp. Dire customer service.

@OpenreachHelp I contacted Plusnet, they told me as it was an external wiring issue they couldn't do anything about it, hence why I've contacted you directly. The door is being replaced in around 6 weeks time, so this issue needs to be looked at otherwise you may be facing a much bigger job.

@SidW26784986 @plusnethelp Be careful we should of change over to plusnet yesterday from John Lewis it never happened and we are now without internet for 5/7days trying to work from home - livid!

@UswitchUK @Plusnet How can this happen my broadband is awful I have to keep resetting it. It keeps dropping. I switched up to fibre on plusnets advice. I’m paying money for something that is not fit for purpose. I won’t be renewing my contract that’s for sure

@bt_uk Thanks Ash. I'm a @Plusnet customer and have been told that I need to wait until 11 March for BT Open Reach to connect us. Apparently you were connecting key workers as a priority but have stopped this? I can share details via DM if you think you're able to help.

I should, I guess, mention now as I had repeatedly said to @Plusnet That we live in a village with very poor mobile phone coverage and when I was out, it left my wife with no phone or internet.

Using #PlusNet right now is worse than the old days of Dial-up, waiting for a page to load! This is the worst BB I’ve ever had.
