@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@tptsonar @Plusnet Let hope Plusnet can fix Email service (And do us proud). You think Company owned by BT would have plan B. I feel sorry for all people who have lost money due to no Email. Look like Plusnet Email sever is old Intel 486 with 1 meg ram in cleaner's cupboard.

@NickMoyes @Plusnet I still have no email. Still down. I’m a John Lewis Broadband customer via Plusnet. Internet Ok but hardly any mail access since 10th. Terrible situation.

@Plusnet The lack of information is appalling. Just 7 updates on your website since 10am on Wed 10th which all basically say the same thing: "We’re working to fix this as quickly as possible". I do appreciate you have been able to retrieve emails sent during the outage. TY for that.
