@Plusnet I’ve been waiting over a week for my SIM… no mobile service, despite being NHS doctor and needing my phone for work. Terrible service!

  • Sally_Jane_99 Sally Jane (@Sally_Jane_99) reported

@Plusnet Trying to report a landline fault (no dialtone) & have no mobile signal so can't text which seems to be the only option on the website. No chat or email details that I can find

  • evanshelpus David Evans (@evanshelpus) reported

@Plusnet very disappointing in service received today. You’ve had someone attend my 78 year old mother leaving her with no internet by performing a reset on a router and back to factory with no devices unable to connect after leaving and then not answering calls to return.

  • mrparker666 mrparker666 (@mrparker666) reported from New Milton, England

infuriating system outage page shows everything is ok when clearly they switched the net off at 2 a.m. for some reason ? #plusnet

  • AlixTraynor2 Alix Traynor (@AlixTraynor2) reported

@Plusnet All ok now. Normal service was resumed at about 10am next day.

  • _RAnderson richard anderson (@_RAnderson) reported

@plusnet I've had a 'why did you leave' email from you. The links in it are wrong - the email doesn't have a live link from "start the survey". And if I follow the 'Can't see this email" route it opens in a browser and the "start the survey" link still doesn't work.

  • Plusnet Plusnet (@Plusnet) reported

@emelschwartz If you found that our service didn't suit your needs, you'd have 14 days to cancel from signing up without penalty. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Regards, Emily Plusnet Leeds

Seeing as @JohnLewisRetail and @Plusnet think 3 months down the line, illegally deducting money from an ex-customer on pension credit is fine, I have sorted it myself, from helping mum to claim the fees back from her bank. Try and challenge, we'll see you in court. Charlatans!
