@BBCWatchdog @Plusnet how about a full refund and a goodwill gesture for all the mobile data me and my family have used during all your sporadic service issues.

@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

Disappointed with @Plusnet. Having switched broadband and landline, 6 days on and still no landline. Even more frustrating is having my emails to customer support ignored. This is not a good start

@Andy_574 @TeamYouTube It seems to be a DNS problem with some UK internet service providers (PlusNet for me, BT for other people). If you set your DNS server to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 YouTube works again. Using a VPN will should also fix it.

@scooternan @Plusnet Me too! Was on an important call yesterday and just cut off in middle- no signal at all now!

Discovered the problem. BT and plusnet have apparently added YouTube to their parental settings so it won’t load unless parental controls are turned off. That’s a couple of million people that won’t be able to get on YouTube.

@Plusnet You do realise that online chat help is actually supposed to engage with the client? If all I’m going to get is an unhelpful Bot I’ll have to start looking for a new provider

@Plusnet Hi when I am connected to my plusnet home broadband our PCs will not connect to the YouTube website. If I connect to a different network like a hotspot, YouTube works fine. The same is true for videos in Google Photos. This has only started since yesterday. Any ideas?

@Plusnet I’m tweeting out of complete frustration. I have been overcharged by you for months and months and months. I’ve spoken to several managers and it’s still not resolved. Maybe being this public will help?

@Hollydunne @AmazonHelp Excellent, you would have thought BT & plusnet would have at least let us all know. Happy to help.
