    @Plusnet There was some work carried out on Monday at the cabinet I think which seems to have resolved things for now. I'll let you know if there are further issues.

    @virginmedia management …..thank you to your uk staff! There are some real good people who work for you but they are severely let down by your telephone system and “overseas” staff. Take a leaf from @Plusnet and use uk staff to provide all your customer service.

    @Plusnet Hello. I DM'd back, but not heard anything. The signal here in CH47 is most definitely degraded from a week or so ago. Mobile data performance in the town is also poor. You need to sort this or I will have to use an alternative network.

    @Plusnet I would like to give notice of my wish to cancel my service, with Plusnet. I no longer require a home phone (not used for 18month+), and the £41/mth can be better spent. Your advice would be welcomed.

    @Mandoline_Blue Plusnet - depending on how much g you need. I hate phones so I'm on about, actually I've forgotten, but must be 2 or 3 g and I pay no more than 6.50 a month. Never had issues with connectivity although they borrow from EE
