@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet your broadband speed has been poor this week. Currently getting about half the estimated peak time speed and it's not even peak time. 20Mb below the minimum guaranteed speed too.

I play a yearly game with plusnet mobile. They add pennies on as allowed by the rules of prices increases within a contract to my kids sims. Then I rest it back to the original price often with more data. Never take it when it comes to sim only plans, keep an eye.

@Plusnet Yes , the only thing that sorts it is changing from LTE to 3g which is unacceptable , I didn't have this problem when I had a PAYG contract
