This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

Simon Deakin (@SimonD70) reported@Plusnet having lots of issues with drop out and really slow. Ran all tests as guided on the website and tests run at under 25mbps. Rebooted router etc. Can someone please look into this

John Barony (@jonbarony) reported@Plusnet @Ofcom Although the issue was fixed by myself, there is still no explanation of why a customer would have to reset there router password when a person password hadn’t been changed by myself across any part of the plusnet network until it was needed to be done regarding router
