@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet no internet for 24hours, this is not good enough. Multiple faults reported throughout Derby area, and your support team has just told me your suppliers "aim to investigate and resolve" in the "next 3 working days". I am a student trying to meet deadlines! Appalling!!

@KisbeeWayne @davidjrussel @MartinSLewis …buildings better) but Plusnet users don’t have access to this coverage, otherwise they could end up in a situation where their phone is connected to 800MHz 4G, but when they try to make or receive a call, there is no 3G or 2G coverage in that area to drop down to.

So, it seems Plusnet's Hub 2 can't use the IP address range 10.1.1.x Guess what address range I use for my internal network? Go on, you'll never guess.

@Plusnet broadband outage in street. BT, Sky, Zen provide decent customer service to neighhours. Plusnet still haven't confirmed my problem is going to be fixed. Shockingly bad service.

EE have some low frequency 4G spectrum around 800MHz, which significantly improves their coverage (lower frequencies go further and penetrate…
