Appalling customer service from @Plusnet. Took over my 83 year old mothers line and have cut her off from both phone & Internet. My sister has spent weeks phoning them and all they say is will be sorted this week. It’s not yet you keep taking DD @Ofcom

@Plusnet My internet has been dropping on and off for two days, making work impossible. Your 'report a problem' broadband form is broken. There is nowhere in my account to find my landline number so I can use the automated text service. Please assist...

  • AHScrackers Gemz (@AHScrackers) reported

@Plusnet Our WiFi signal keeps dropping out, if more than 1 device being used. I've spent more on mobile data, than it have using WiFi, that we're spending £49pm on.

  • BellaFerrary Bella Ferrary $5 OF (@BellaFerrary) reported

**** my broadband... plusnet wanted to charge me over £50 for Internet access. So guess I'm gonna be using my phone's bandwidth which sucks...but much cheapness 🥲

  • SarahJDavid SJD (@SarahJDavid) reported

@Plusnet Award winning Customer service isn’t reflected in your speed of replies. I’ve now been waiting 13 days for a response to a DM I sent to this account.

  • lvs2run_ Craig Rumble (@lvs2run_) reported

@RunningCarl Worth a chat with BT retentions to see if they’ll do you a deal but the closest they could get was £40 when PlusNet was £27.99 so I said my farewells. You lose the WiFi anywhere stuff and the cloud storage BT offer but I never used either so it was an easy choice.
