This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

PD (@PD72645889) reported@plusnethelp I've spoken to your Support on two different occasions now, and you have sent out an engineer twice. Nothing has improved. It is not my end. It is your end. When I was on BT before Plusnet, uptime was pretty close to 100%. Now it's dreadful, all because of you.

We were switching from Plusnet to BT, the engineer came today to enable something in the cabinet but the distance was an issue. So we can't have the product we needed, Plusnet can't reverse the cancellation and I'm tearing my hair out!
