@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

Hi @Plusnet you have illegally taken control of my parents account & left them without broadband & landline. They are both in their 80s & my mum is disabled & housebound, the phone & internet are their lifeline. I need an urgent fix please.

@Plusnet my phone keeps telling me to reinsert the SIM so that I can keep using imessage and Facetime, but doing so doesn't stop the problem recurring. imessage and Facetime are sporadically not working.

@Plusnet Hi, i have a issue with my boardband. The connection is slow and is never the speed it should be. Not happy about this and just been issue since i had it and when i have called customer service the sort the issue for a few days and then it happens again.
