@BBCWatchdog @Plusnet how about a full refund and a goodwill gesture for all the mobile data me and my family have used during all your sporadic service issues.

@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet Hi, seems everyone has their internet from you down and I'm the same. Can you get someone to sort it? Incredibly difficult to work from home with no connection.

@hareinthefire @Plusnet @pfrr Apparently no known issues, but going to complete tests, that was 30mins ago, it's all gone very quiet from the diagnostic bot.

@altrinchamhq @Plusnet Yes it’s down for me in WA14, I had tried everything and was so confused as was appearing connected on the router! Not good from them to provide zero updates.

Well... Joined @Plusnet less than a month ago... Not making a great impression considering the service is down and there is zero update on the issue from social media teams. Poor form.

@Reid_BUFC @Plusnet It's been down less than an hour and half, I'd hardly call that "all day"

@Plusnet PLEASE CAN YOU PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON THE CURRENT NATIONWIDE OUTAGE! We work from home and rely on a stable internet connection. We need to be able to give our employers an update or at least an ETA for when this issue will be fixed, but all we get from PlusNet is silence!

@AlexLewSec @Plusnet Looks like a nationwide outage, wouldn't take it personally

Zero communication or update on @Plusnet website about the fact the network is clearly down across the UK- you can’t even get a dial tone when ringing their customer services either. What is going on?!
