    @Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

    @Plusnet Hi, I have received a Plusnet MasterCard in the post, but I have no activation code, so how do I activate it? This is a reward for signing up for broadband in March 2025. Please help.

    @plusnet only provides a phone no for closing account when you can do everything else online. So much for companies making it as easy to leave as it is to sign up. Current wait on phone is apparently 20 minutes. Worst decision I’ve ever made was using this lot and I was a smoker!

    @Plusnet switched over to yourselves as a provider and today was my switch day, I had the confirmation email my broadband was ready to go 2 hours ago yet my router is not turning on whatsoever, been trying for half an hour and no lights are on nothing, can someone help please

    the 3 most corrupt UK broadband providers are 1. @NOW broadband 2. @SkyUK @Plusnet there online customer services staff are lazy, arrogant and ignorant, all 3 of them definitely deserves to be thoroughly investigated immediately

    @Plusnet Day 1 with Plusnet, internet has gone down completely 🙈. Is this a sign of things to come?
