@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

Plusnet engineer said the issue was the router. I put in a new router. Internet still poor. Call operator for Plusnet says it's a line issue and an engineer will have to attend. Changing my mind - I wouldn't recommend plusnet anymore

@Plusnet I'm unable to login to my account via any browser or device (just get the same blank grey screen) and despite us paying a premium for better upload speeds, today the best upload speed I can get is 2.98MB. Please can someone come back to me?

@Plusnet ok folks. My mum sadly passed away on 24/03/22. Tried to contact Plusnet when she moved into care to cancel her contract, they wouldn’t speak to me. Now mum has died they won’t talk to her Solicitor. Why not, they’re only doing their job😢

Having network issues in Gosport/Portsmouth area with @Plusnet. Been without Wi-Fi/Broadband for hours. Even after resetting and rebooting the router at least 30, still nothing
