@virginmedia You’ll be glad to know the pre install team hung up on me. I give up, going with @Plusnet now. Based on other people I know that have tried to sign up to virgin, I’d strongly recommend you review your on boarding process and customer service levels. Atrocious

@virginmedia @jiscmi Are there any issues at the JaNET/Virgin boundary? I cannot connect to @uniofleicester from my Virgin connection (has happened before). Other non-VM colleagues are fine, plusnet mobile is fine, other sites fine. Reouter reboot didn't help.

And @Plusnet has just gone down for the second time this week - as usual, at a time qhen there's no support available on here. They are the worst ISP I've had in 20 years: how bad does it have to be before I can get out of my contract and find a reliable supplier?! 😫🤬😫
