@airliestreet Hi there! It's great to hear you're thinking of renewing but sad you'll be leaving us eventually. You would have to pay a Termination Charge if you were to cancel your services early. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

@Plusnet Would like to take up your offer to renew my contract with Plusnet. Unfortunately, before the 18 month contract ends I will have moved to the KCom area in Hull who do not support Plusnet. Will I have to pay a fee for having to terminate my contract early?

@Plusnet sent a DM and you ignore that too. Guess you aren't really doing customer service right now?

@Plusnet I've just learned that you don't support texting to short codes. Is this something in the pipeline to support? I was unable to reply to an important message from Barclays today which led to this discovery

@Plusnet Why do you have such horrible service recovery when there is a device failure caused by your team ? Customer service is poor. It has been a disappointing experience so far.

Yes, it feels like months, but @BT and @Plusnet are still trying to screw my aged aunt for hundreds of pounds to get her connection back after they messed it up. Months and still no resolution. And they’re the same company really.

@Plusnet 3 days ago I did this. I sent a DM with my user and post code etc. Tf66jw. Saxonpark. A week has gone by. No idea when we will get connected. Health equipment unable to send info to hospital to manage oxygen levels. Basic courtesy and customer respect would be appreciated.

@avfcjackson @EE 4 in a family, £112 for a holiday. Just for your phones. @Plusnet seems to be the answer. Let's **** these roaming charges off by changing supplier. The market talks.
