@Plusnet Despite advising your customer service agents that my mother in law was vulnerable and needed her phone line transfer completed asap. You have again let us down She was found collapsed behind her door this morning. No way to let us know. I need this fixed this weekend

@Plusnet Although it seems the four blackouts over five days were not the fault of PlusNet, I dont get any decrease in my monthly for loss of service. BT owns PlusNet so what's going on?
