@OpenreachHelp I’ve been waiting since October for you to connect me to ff. Eventually my provider,Plusnet has contacted me to say this would be done today. An engineer turned up but has only got one job to do, not three as we are expecting. Can you help or give contact info.

@EricBear18 I have now TV broadband £22 a month, never had any issues with it at all (had countless issues with PlusNet so wouldn’t touch them again). O2 for phone, £20 a month sim free.
