Got wifi with @Plusnet which is by far the worst internet I’ve ever had. I lose connection every 30 mins or so and have to reconnect, an ongoing issue. Just been told by them my contract stipulates WiFi is an added extra not a guarantee so tough, I have to deal with it

@OpenreachHelp My elderly parents have been without a phone line for 2weeks now. @plusnet inform me you are aware of the issue. Mobile signal is very weak in the area. Being without a phone to contact people in an emergency is a huge worry at this time.

@Plusnet You don't think it is morally unfair to continue to charge way over the odds for a product? You would have no problem mailing me upgrades that would add to my bill, but you're not able to identify when I'm on a bad deal?

@Plusnet I tried I payed to have it installed over a year ago and you never sent anyone out didn’t even get my money back so I would never pay upfront again I went with sky after never payed upfront

@EE Spoke to them many of times.. I never had these issues with plusnet.. Which is why I'll be going back once my contract is up.
