@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet My username is samuel1998 I contacted plusnet a couple weeks ago and stated my broadband kept going off then staying on for an hour and going off again repeatedly. You sent an engineer to my house free of charge to fix the problem to then be told it was fixed. 1/2

@Plusnet my internet has been down since last night I did a fault checker this morning and if says there is a fault in my area and it is not expected to be fixed till 31st October. This is ridiculous surely something can be done sooner

I saw another tweet about site problems when on Plusnet and tried on my phone using mobile data and its fine. Seems to be a problem somewhere between Plusnet and your site.

Absolutely furious with @Plusnet - I’ve been waiting over 3 months for internet and still nothing! I call them weekly and seem to be forever waiting for call backs that never happen! I just want internet

@Coral the app and mobile webpage won’t fully load on plusnet Wi-Fi but will through 4G. Can’t see any settings issues and only just happening. Please advise as doing on behalf of my elderly parents while I’m visiting them but when I go they will be stuck…..

@Plusnet tried to speak to you via your call centre in order to claim reward. On hold for 15 mins then answered, got put back on hold for another 10 mins then just cut me off. No easy way to speak to someone it seems. Poor service
