@Barcajim3 Plusnet is good. All UK call centres which is better for dealing with problems, much better. This is not a Britain first thing I just feel that a lot of the staff abroad work from scripts and don't have a fantastic grasp of English. Can be quite insanely frustrating

@Plusnet Hi, really getting fed up now -signed a new contract with a £50 prepaid card, never received it. Customer service said to contact the card company, they didn’t know. Very frustrating. why can’t you just credit the account for the value instead (plus extra for the hassle

@Plusnet would someone please contact me, I'm still waiting automated compensation from your error - i don't feel like I should be the one chasing for compensation it was bad enough you cutting me off for a month, and you've taken a goodwill payment!

@Plusnet so in which alternative universe does a few hours of broadband service but at random times count as satisfactory service for TWELVE days how convenient no compensation and poor comms on the fault?

@Plusnet I'm paying for the privilege of 900mbps and your service is consistently poor - averaging around 27mbps using the test on your website. I think my household is within our rights to break the contract early due to your failure to provide the service paid for.
