Its been a repeat problem since we joined plus net last year. We have done all trouble shooting as suggested and it's still an occuring issue.

Harvest (@harvest) reported@eli0tmart1n We've received reports of poor performance from customers who use BT/Plusnet as their ISP. The BT/Plusnet website says it may take time for service to become fully operational. We recommend you inquire with the provider directly for further updates about progress.
